They were paid to install new roof, soffit and fascia in autumn of 2017
They were paid to install new roof, soffit and fascia in autumn of 2017. Placement of the diverters (front & back) that were installed have never worked properly. At my request, they have been out several times over the last 2 years. On 11/12, they removed some wet boards and shingles and installed new diverters that did not work. They came back in December, took pictures and said they would be in touch. After not hearing from them, I contacted them again in February. Once again someone came out took more pictures and said they would talk with their supervisor. After no one contacted me, I called Bruce at the company, gave him my complaints. He said he would call me on 3/16. I have not heard from anyone.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
