Heard a lots about UPVC windows, checked on market most popular once, so found Indian brand (wanted to support Make In India project) Fenesta windows, so decided go for it.
I had a hard time communicating with them and failed on time delivery 3 ###ing times..
1st failed to install on time during my housewarming (30 March 2016 installation suppose to complete), the sales guy Bangalore (Hariprasad - [protected]) didn't pick the calls for next whole week until my housewarming finished without windows. call the call center no response 1st, either later no follow ups. The housewarming was done without windows, very embarrassing moments during our housewarming. The reason given was we failed to give them measurements on time, when I bounced back along with the quotation date then they turn around and said its due to their SAP issue..

2nd time gave me another date, their promise was to finish installation by end of Apr 2016, so that we can move in 1st of May, failed again..

3rd time gave me another date 10 May 2016, failed again.. Can anyone believe it..finally the material arrived to the site on 13th May 2016 and they told me they can only install the windows 17 May 2016.. Isn't it ridiculous..

I have used VEKA & Fenesta both products in my projects. But VEKA has a wider product range as like vertical sliding windows, triple sealing systems which gives noise reduction apporx. 45 dB but in Fenesta, it is maxmium possible in 37dB. Being an Architect, will recomment technical excellent Brand i.e. VEKA. Worth to mention their after sales service in the industry. Fenesta is a 2 mm system which is outdated technology.

My experience with Fenesta Building Systems was awesome. Last year I installed Fenesta Windows in my living room. After placing an order, they arrived in perfect condition and the designs fulfilled my expectations. I would like to say thanks to Fenesta team because I'm pleased with the selection, the knowledge and the guidance Fenesta people provided me.

I have a nice experience with fenesta customer service cell.Theses people helped me and my husband a lot.Within two weeks of ordering, the windows were installed and they also took regular follow-up with us until the order were placed.They deliver some really high- class product which requires zero-maintenance..I am very pleased with their product :)

I have used fenesta windows but not satisfied with the performance, have used for one window VEKA profiles i.e e-winDOER windows and the performance is tremendous.I request you all please if you are planning to use uPVC, go with VEKA profiles e-winDOER windows .
