I ordered my Nike Dunks a month ago and still don’t have them. They have a very slick business practice of “all sales are final”, so I can’t get a refund. I guess that I got to wait until my bank, pnc, gets off their [censored] and do something about it.

Also they have no phone number to talk to a live person. I don’t recommend Feature to anyone! Mess with them if you want. I just hope that you don’t get stuck like I am getting stuck!

This app is absolutely crap ! I ordered a pair of shoes over a month ago and they have still not shipped and they will not let me get a refund it’s a total scam and I am so mad I can not get my money back please do not use this app

really has a unique vibe to it every time i enter their store; and the app doesn’t disappoint, it’s always very clear to navigate products and enter draws which is very convenient for customers like me, they truly are a trustworthy company.

I love this app! Beautiful but simple layout, seamless transactions, awesome content. I love the fairness of the draws- doesn’t allow bots to muscle out true sneaker enthusiasts. Great job Feature!- you are my favorite “feature” of the sneaker and apparel market!

The day has finally came where I can shop all my favorite brands all in one app! Feature has been my favorite retailer for years now and I’m excited that they came out with an app to make shopping and entering sneaker raffles easier! S/O to the Wynn location for putting me on!

Love that Feature has finally come up with an app—but what’s the point in using it versus the mobile site if I have to log in EVERY single time I want to access/shop from it? It may seem minor to some, but I want to be able to shop and enter draws without the repeated keystrokes.

This is an excellent app the look and ease of use is wonderful. Feature has a great selection. Only thing I wish was different if you clicked on a raffle the app would remind you that you’re already entered . Only other thing that would make this app the best would be if I win Travis 6 raffle lol

Pretty good. Feature itself is a great place to shop online. Good products. As far as app I wish it was not like the website version. Not that it’s bad, I just expected a little more with simplicity and functionality. Please add a way to save our credit card info and address info for easy check out and raffle entry.

On a sale that they had I bought two shirts for like 20 dollars cheaper but on the store it said that I would arrive between 5-7 days that time passed and I didn’t receive my order so I tried to contact them and they didn’t answer or when they did they told me that they were going to check my order and never answered.

Love this app and the ease of searching for products within it. I also like it for the releases/draw tab and how convenient and easy it is to submit my entry for releases that I hope to get. Have not run into any major glitches and the only thing I wish is that it would remind you which releases and raffles you have registered for

The feature app is pretty cool But it’s rough around the edges it’s more like a link to the website so I personally feel like just going on their website from my browser versus using the app that pretty much links me right back to the website the website is a little more user-friendly easier to navigate the app is pretty much the same

Their customer service was absolutely horrible. I u given any updates on my order so i tried to get in contact with them about it and got ignored 6 times. The only time i got a response was when they said they’d “look into my order” yet never asked for my order number. Completely lied to for nothing. Still haven’t received my order till this day.

I ordered two pair of shoes over the app 12 days ago, the order is confirmed but today I haven’t got any shipping information, no response from customer service with this data (wrote them 3 times yet) responded once with excuses about they being busy about a recent sale event, no way to talk with somebody in charge to get an status or my order, impossible to cancel the order too.

By this point my hope is to call the attention of some manager who can get my product being shipped.

I’m livid right now! Just received in the mail some Jordan’s I purchased through this app and they look horrible! I was so excited to receive them to be immediately disappointed after opening the box. The sneakers look bad, like fakes honestly. I paid $150 including shipping and taxes which came to a total of $175. Being that I was unhappy I was going to put in a return ASAP but to no avail. These J’s couldn’t be returned for a store credit. I wish I could upload pics so ppl can see how horrible they look. The soles are uneven, there is glue all around the shoe, the leather is bent up. Also has dirt spots on them. I’m so angry right now. I want my money back! If I can’t have that at least give me a store credit please.

Last couple days I keep getting notifications but the app won’t open

Popped up and signed into the raffles on the Web a day before the app loaded up in release for me.

Been waiting 2 weeks for an order to ship and nothing no one has responded to any of my emails horrible service

Lit rarely ever loads and when it does past the ‘Feature’ page you can’t search for anything because those won’t load either!

Almost an entire month and my order isnt even confirmed.. what a joke of a company. Took them 2 weeks just to respond saying nothing.

I’ve been using this app for two years and I still can’t win a shoe don’t know why I try and I still do hopefully one day I can write a good review

It’s ok but when u forget ur password and put ur email it doesn’t work I idk about it it’s kinda hard to use and out ur account in it I don’t put all my trust to it

I have entered endless and endless raffles, I have not won not even one time, even if it’s a random raffle for a shoe that isn’t popular, nothing. Seems rigged in my opinion.

They never have all of the releases on the app, just some random ones. Sometimes they have “exclusive drops” but they’re just shoes that didn’t sell out from the website. Useless

Place the order for some shoes through Apple Pay. No order confirmation and I tried to contact customer service they just have no way to get to me my purchase is pending I got a dispute it

App is a let down doesn’t update when raffles will happen I have to go through their website just to see what raffles are happening. Missed out on many great pairs I’ll stick to champs,SNS, dicks and many more.

In app I’m prompted with a small window suggesting I use the app that I’m already in. What's that about?! Mobile experience is much better just going to the website, in my experience, and that’ll be my method of use ‍♂️
