don't bother buying from FaZe Clan. I copped something and it never came through. Ain't no phone number to hit up either. I shot them an email and they said they could send it again if I wanted. I told them to do it and asked for a tracking number, but they never hit me back. I sent hella emails trying to follow up, but they didn't even bother to respond. Straight up unprofessional and don't give a damn about their customers.

This group, FaZe Clan, has a lot of young followers. They seem to have a lot of control over them and know that they won't complain. They have contests on their YouTube channel all the time and get kids to post about them, but they don't always give out the prizes they promised. They had a pumpkin carving contest recently and said they would give out 10 gift cards worth $100 each for 10 days. But they didn't give out any of them, even after people tried to contact them. They just ignored it and moved on. Don't let your kids get tricked by these guys.

Don't even think about buying from FaZe Clan. I ordered something for my kid on 12/7, so it would be here by Christmas. They said it shipped on the same day, which was cool. But, as of 12/16, it still hadn't arrived. I asked them about it, and they said that Fed Ex lost it. Fed Ex said they never got it. Turns out, FaZe never even sent it! I begged them to send it to me faster, but they said no. Now, it's supposed to come on Dec. 28. They didn't even say sorry or admit they messed up. They just don't care. So annoying! Be careful!

So, my son bought a sweatshirt from FaZe Clan on Dec. 21st and paid for fast shipping. The order number was ***. We got a text message confirming the order and my card got charged. But, we haven't heard anything else from them even though we've tried emailing their customer support and the *** customer support. I even messaged them on social media, but still no response.

I just checked out FaZe Clan's website and it's pretty dope! They've got some sick merch and their team is stacked with some of the best gamers out there. I'm not really into esports, but I can appreciate the skill and dedication it takes to be a part of a team like FaZe. The website is easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth. I might have to cop a hoodie or something to rep the FaZe fam. Overall, I'm impressed with what they've got going on.

so I gotta say something about FaZe Clan. They got this "all sales final" thing goin' on, which they don't tell you about until after you already bought somethin'. My kid, who's only 11, spent a bunch of his bday and Xmas money on a sweatshirt that cost a lot. But when it came, it was too small. So I hit up the company to see if we could exchange it, but they straight up said "nah, can't do it." So now we stuck with a sweatshirt that don't fit and a sad kid with no cash. Not cool, FaZe Clan.

I got a hoodie from FaZe Clan like a month ago and it still hasn't come. I'm so pissed at this company, man. I thought I'd get it in time for Christmas but nope, not even close. I've sent a bunch of emails but only got one reply, which was kinda helpful I guess. My package left the airport like a week ago and I haven't heard anything since. I spent a lot of money on this site and I can't even get what I paid for. If it doesn't show up this week I'm gonna demand a full refund. I better get my *** bucks back for shipping too, this is a total joke.

I gotta talk about FaZe Clan real quick. So, I copped one of their sick T-shirts from *** and it's been over three months and I still haven't gotten it. Like, what's the deal? I paid $55 plus shipping and I haven't even gotten a confirmation number. I hit them up multiple times and haven't heard anything back. I know someone else who got their shirt within a couple weeks, so what's the hold up? I don't wanna cause any drama, but I either want my shirt or my money back ASAP. If they can't deliver in the next week, I need a refund.

This website took my money twice and won't give it back. I ordered twice from them, first on December 12th using my card, but got an error message about my zip code. But they still charged me and I didn't get a confirmation email. When I complained, they said they never got my order and my charge was pending. I lost money. I tried again on December 15th, but got the same error message and another charge on my cash app card. I complained again and asked cashapp to help me dispute it. I just want my money back and never to do business with them again. Don't buy from this site, it's a scam! They ruined my son's Christmas.

I bought 3 hoodies from FaZe Clan and they didn't send me anything even though I paid for shipping. They sent me a message that didn't help and now they're not responding at all. I ordered the stuff on August 1st and they said it would take 7-10 business days to arrive. But it didn't come and when I asked them about it, they sent me confusing messages. They told me to check with Fedex, but I already did and they said to ask FaZe Clan. Then they sent me an email about an order from last year that wasn't even mine. I told them the tracking number was wrong and asked for help, but they haven't replied. They're not doing a good job of taking care of their customers. I spent a lot of money on something I never got. My order number is FCXXXXXX and I paid with a credit card. The tracking number is XXXXXXXXXXXX.

I bought some stuff from FaZe Clan's website on December 12, but I still haven't got any email or shipping info. They charged my credit card, but I haven't got anything yet. I tried to contact them, but they didn't answer my emails and their phone number is disconnected. This is not cool, man. They violated some rules and did some shady stuff. I want them to give me an order number and a tracking number, or just give me my money back. If they don't do that, I'll report them to some government agencies and post some pics on social media. FaZe Clan, you better fix this mess ASAP.

My order is taking forever and I just want a refund or my product. I ordered a hoodie early December and its taking such a long time to get processed. My order hasn't even been processed yet and its been well over a month. When asked about whether my order has been shipped they say that its been "expedited" which it never was. They just seem like they dodge consumers and orders to steal money. I want my hoodie that was ordered or a full refund.

I bought a sweater but it wasn't said that I would be charged fed ex *** on top of the price and then I issued a refund many times but nothing so far I ordered a faze call of duty sweater for my brother on March 23rd or 24th for *** using debit then they charged me a extra *** for shipping then I was called by Fed ex saying I have to pay an extra 70 to them which wasn't told on the faze website about that then I issued a refund to them multiple yes but they haven't responded and there customer service is absolutely terrible so that they might stick me with this bill and it's a complete over charge and scam on there half

They sent me the wrong item from an order on the 4th of December and have stolen my money and won't issue a refund nor respond to my calls or emails XXXXX Order number They sent the wrong item prior to Christmas that i order the 4th and they received my return last Monday and won't respond to emails and calls and have stolen my 75$ i paid for the sandals I have photo proof of everything they have done! Their employee *** SIGNED FOR THEM the name on the return label was ***. And his phone number stated it was (XXX)XXX-XXXX and he won't answer my calls i have like a dozen screen shots of everything that has taken place but will only let me attach one photo here so contact me for all my other photos that prove their scamming me and stealing my money

An order was placed and never received. Company is refusing to issue a refund. I placed an order on December 2 for 3 shirts for Christmas presents for my son. The website stated that it should ship within 7-21 days. Today is January 3 and the order still has not shipped! I have emailed them several times and they always send a generic response stating they apologize for the delay etc. Today I emailed and requested a refund because I still haven't received the order and I no longer want it. They replied and said that they couldn't issue a refund because their site states no cancellations or refunds. I then asked is a customer supposed to wait until however long to receive an order even though their website says that it will ship between 7-21 days? No response as of yet. At this point, I want my money back. I don't want them to reply to this complaint stating that the order has now been shipped. Based on the other complaints placed on this site, it looks like they only ship it out once they see they've received a complaint. I want a refund, nothing else.
