Bought a cane for $75 and the cane tip was as narrow as the cane. It provided no stability whatsoever and actually posed more of a problem for me to carry. When I tried to return it after 2 weeks I discovered that the return window is only 7 days. I called to ask if there was any way to get a wider cane tip for the cane (within the 7 days) and was told that’s the only tip.

I bought two canes from FashionableCanes on August 18, 2020. They promised to deliver my order within 2 to 8 business days. However, it's been 17 days now, and I still haven't received my package. Every time I check the delivery status, it says that I will receive it either that day or the next. But it never arrives.

I live in Brooklyn, NY, and my package has been in Brooklyn five times already, listed as out for delivery. But then it gets shipped to Kearny, NJ, and so on. It's frustrating because I need those canes, and I can't rely on FashionableCanes to deliver them on time.

I asked Prima who the owner of the company was, but she refused to tell me. When I mentioned that I was going to notify American Express and stop payment, she slammed the phone on me. I eventually found out who the owner was and sent him an email asking him to call me regarding his two rude employees and how they were representing his company to the public. However, I received zero response from him.
