I gotta give a shoutout to the peeps at FareObuddy for their top-notch customer service. Those customer service agents were super friendly and helpful, ya know? They didn't rush me or anything, they took their sweet time to answer all my questions. And let me tell ya, I had a lot of 'em! But they didn't mind, they were patient as can be.

Not only that, but these folks made sure my travel plans were on point. They double-checked everything to make sure my itinerary was in tip-top shape. I mean, who wants to deal with any hiccups when you're traveling, right? They made sure I had all the info I needed, like flight times, layovers, and all that jazz.

I called a spirit airlines number Friday Sept 8th regarding a canceled flight. Venara answered claiming to be from spirit and would help. She found me a flight with another airline and said it would cost around $400 but I would be refunded for the canceled flight. I was charged $150 for the airline and another $350 for travelunravel. The fees didn't make sense and the airline told me the tickets for the flight were $150 not what she claimed they were. I've tried calling to dispute this and fareobuddy hangs up or transfers me then hangs up. They told me I need to speak with vanera who originally made the purchase and that she would call but never calls and she emailed me saying I need to speak to a supervisor. They will not help. My next step is to dispute it with me bank once it clears. They are a scam
