I placed my order on November 2nd, 2021 and was told it would ship by November 22nd. I was pretty excited to get my hands on this bad boy and couldn't wait to see it in my front yard.

But, as luck would have it, November turned into December and I still hadn't received my Santa. I decided to shoot them an email to see what was up and they got back to me pretty quickly. They explained that they were still waiting on the supplier to send them the item and apologized for the delay. I was a little bummed, but appreciated the transparency.

I emailed them a few more times over the next few weeks to check on the status and they always responded promptly. They were always super nice and explained that they were having some issues with the supplier. They even offered to refund me if I wanted, but I really wanted that Santa so I decided to wait it out.

By the end of January, I was starting to lose my patience. I decided to request a refund and they acknowledged it right away. But, a few days later, they emailed me to let me know that they had finally received shipping confirmation from the supplier. They asked if I still wanted the item and if so, they could reverse my refund. I agreed and within a week, they shipped the Santa to me.

Even though it took an extra two months to get my Santa, I was really impressed with their customer service. Lance, in particular, was great at keeping me up to date on the status of my order. They were always informative and kind, even when they were just as frustrated with the situation as I was.

Overall, I would definitely buy from Fan Shop TODAY again. They may have had some issues with their supplier, but they were always transparent and communicative about the situation. And, I gotta say, that Santa was worth the wait. I can't wait to use it next Christmas!
