Multiple aliases in Ohio alone generated and reported from multiple agencies with security freezes and fraud alerts in place for the better of a year. Constant steady and escalating generation of negative information to stress credit report from east accounts and a possible 895 credit score in west account TX. Caused multiple banks, royalties and pension company to glitch on name and TIN/SSN combination resulting in requests for W-9 forms to verify or deductions of up to 24% back up withholding taxes would begin within a 30-day period from all accounts and dividends. Constant generation of negative info for the purpose of stressed credit rating and report in east accounts and excellent credit rating and scores in west TX accounts in dual analysis.
