I'm glad i didn't look at this site prior to getting quotes and dealing with the company first hand, or else i may never had got the opportunity to arrange my insurance policies so easily, and at a very competitive rate. Faith L. was so very pleasant to deal with and always immediately responsive to my questions and calls. I don't like to "shop" for insurance, but my policy came up for renewal with a quoted cost 26% higher than the year prior - and i had to go with a new company because the broker was no longer doing busiess with "***". So, i didn't like it, but i felt i had to go and get a couple of quotes. M&W was a company that didn't provide an on-line quote, and i liked that. I called, spoke to Faith, she checked a fuller range of insurance providers, and voila, i found something better than what my previous broker offered. So much for cutomer retention on their part. Anyway, i'm all set up now with home, auto and motorcycle insurance - it was painless. And i am somewhat confident that renewals next year will proceed the same way. Thank you, Faith.
