Denefits I wouldn't give this company a single star if that was an option!

I wouldn't give this company a single star if that was an option! I have a recurring payment option set up and they somehow claimed my payment was late and reported me to the credit agencies. When I asked to have it removed they refused and said its not their problem file a dispute. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

I told them that a auto repair shop got over on me and ask them to cancel my debit and stop reporting to credit agency . They completely disregarded how scam the auto repair shop was and insisted that I pay them as well .

I have been in contact with denefits about Impruvu a credit repair agency who is mostly a scam since nothing has been done to repair my account and we are going on 2 and a half months. Both I and denefits have been trying to reach the credit repair scam without success but denefits says they cannot cancel the contract on just my word and they will continue contacting the company. I have been charged 3 times and will be charged again in January. After seeing reviews I hope they don't report to credit agencies because I am about to cancel my cards to prevent from getting charged. I warned them that I would report them to the fare trade commission and the ComplaintsBoard.com.

Denefits I was not informed that my payment declined on the day of the transaction

I was not informed that my payment declined on the day of the transaction. Within less than 24 hours I paid it, but was still assessed a late fee of $25. I contacted customer service and was told that there was nothing that they could do about the $25 fee. It is absolutely ridiculous that there is not a 24 hr grace period. I responded to the first attempt to contact me to settle the amount owed and they still charged me.

Worst company ever and I suspect they are committing fraud, including obviously foreign sounding. Phone reps using fake American names and email addresses. Works with another company I suspect is fraudulent and a scam, *** and Rondi L of Las Vegas NV. Do not use this company.

When denifits attempted to make a payment using a card they had on file, it was denied because that card had been stilen and when I filed a police report and notified the bank, they canceled and reissues it. However, I didn't know Benefits was trying to still use that card. When they contacted me, a late fee of $25 was applied to a $19 payment plus a 3 processing fee. I agreed for the processing fee and the monthly payment but wanted the late fee waved since it was unintended and I had the money in the account. They refused, I said let me make a partial payment without the late fee, and I'll write the billing dept and offer to provide the police report and bank info showing the reassurance. They refused to take a partial payment over the phone, they would only take all the money. I said I wish to dispute the additional ammount , and will happly make the contracted amount plus processing. they still refused, I was point ed to where I could make a partial payment online, so that what I did. That day I wrote billing and also they send a copy to Sam Williams the agent I spoke to . There was never a reply. Two weeks later I cat a call again, saying im in the rears, and they did not get my email (I copied the business I set up the contract with, and I'm sure they will verify it was received. This time I sent it again and waited on the phone for the guy to recieve it. He said he did. But get this, I calcualte the payments ive made and my proncaple, interest and admin fees are more than what was owed, Im now tld that since I didnt maketh amoutn I was being pressured to make, they payment I made just want to principle and not one cent went to the payment, even though I paid $7 and my payment was only $19 + 3 admin. I keep gettign the round andround, and they dont call or retuen emails. If your a buisness consider looking to use Denifits for your payment processing, consider looking elsewhere, I dont like how they do buisness. I know the buisness i deal with des not see a cent of these jacked up fees.I suspect Denifits makes their bread and butter on them.

Denefits Our overall experience with Denefits has been poor

Our overall experience with Denefits has been poor. They lied about their guaranteed payments, you have to jump through hoops to get paid when the customer defaults and they apply new rules to old accounts which is grossly unfair. As a dental practice I'd like to warn any and all medical practices or any other office in an industry that relies on payments from their customers from a third party. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT WILL COST YOU TOO MUCH.

Yes, I had a tooth that I had previously had a root canal done on and it ended up getting an abscess on that tooth that caused a lot of pain. Benefits accepted me so that I can have that tooth removed and made the full payment within 3 weeks for the remaining balance.

As a provider working with Denefits. I have had mulitple trainings about their services and they seem to make up rules as they go along to benefit them. They are not honest since day 1, they are deceitful. I made sure to ask many questions and even asked the "professional" whom called to give us a refresher and still gave us wrong information. Now I am stuck with contracts that were suppose to be "guaranteed" not being paid even though I collected all the necessary information needed.

Denefits is a rigid system with no mechanism in place for investigating and rectifying legitimate customer payment problems. I foolishly enrolled in autopay with them, and right around the time the first payment was deducted, my debit card was compromised. The payment didn't go through, Denefits sent me a text message after the payment was declined on the night that it was declined. The next morning, they slapped an exorbitant late fee on me and also reported my payment late to the credit bureau. I asked if there was anyone I could speak with to explain the situation and hopefully have the late fee waived, and I was told no that was impossible. I withdrew from savings and paid the entire bill off. I then asked if my profile could be removed from their website as I was not comfortable with the fact that my Social Security number (as well as other personal information) was clearly visible there for anyone who might be able to hack into my account. The obtuse customer service agent assured me that the site was secure and that only I could see my personal information and I did not need to worry about whether Denefits personnel could see it! I discovered they had reported my late payment a month later, when my credit score went down. The irony is that I had signed up for autopay to make sure I would NOT be late making payments. Denefits is a hypocritical, rigid, and greedy company.

Denefits helped me afford treatment I would not have been able to myself. The treatment was life altering. Is there anything that Denefits can improve upon? Its perfectly fine the way it is.

This company Denefits was working with Fortress, a 3rd Party credit repair company, that did absolutely NOTHING for my credit. I ended up paying Fortress off but NEVER told Denefits to close my account which drops your credit score! I am in the middle of closing on a home and they do this! I am most certain Denefits is aware that when accounts are closed it drops your credit! I fixed my own credit:660 and the closing of this account by Denefits dropped it to 635! I am so furious!

I am with a medical office that has been using this company to help finance patients without credit and give them a second chance. This company has been absolutely horrible. They do not protect their providers and seems to be they make up rules and policies to fit the situation. They promise guaranteed payments but when it comes down to it, you need to fight to get your money. We have been very slow due to Covid-19. We had not financed any patients last month and because of that they are refusing to pay us money that is owed to us. Please save the headache and run as far away as you can. Terrible company! If you want to chase your own money, then this is the company for you.

Denefits 1 star is too much for them!

1 star is too much for them! This month is the first time I have been late, they have no grace period at all! I was called on Tuesday about my payment not going through and I made arrangements to pay them today Friday, literally 4 days later, and that I would call them when I got the money in the bank. I was called back yesterday for a payment by the same guy that agreed on the Friday payment, I reminded him that I would call today before end of business and make the payment. He called me this morning and demanded payment because I had promised to pay today! yes I get it but I said at the end of the day I have to cash my check and get it in the bank. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was called a liar! I wish I had the money to pay them back ASAP they are a joke and should not be allowed to have a business. Bunch of SCAMMERS!

Denefits I will never recommend this company to our patients again, and I will warn other clinics to avoid them completely

I will never recommend this company to our patients again, and I will warn other clinics to avoid them completely. They update their 'policies' after you've had patients sign contracts, and start withdrawing for fees that you HAVE NOT agreed to. Recently, they decided the penalize clinics who aren't getting new patients to sign up for financing each month, by charging 3% but failed to declare what that was. 3% of what exactly? Good question that took 2 phone calls and an email to clarify - 3% of all your current patient balances! So you're charging your patient a set amount, but then Denefits randomly decides to add a fee for not promoting their business and the amount changes, so you're ultimately not getting the agreed upon amount that the patient owes. Not only that, but because it's 3% off the total of ALL patient balances, you might not even be breaking even! It should be against the law to do this, their business practices are disgusting. They have zero credibility because they do not abide by the contract terms and neither do they care if you tell them you do not agree to withdrawing what is legally due to you.

Denefits As a dental office, working with Denefits has been a huge disappointment

As a dental office, working with Denefits has been a huge disappointment. Every week the rules change and we are constantly getting hit with more money taken from us. When you go to the patient's account online, the numbers never pencil out correctly. It seems as if we should get all the money for the procedure that is financed through denefits but that is never the case. We are ending up at least $200 short on one account. We had a patient not pay their bill and were told that we needed to submit a claim. I did, but apparently we didn't have the correct paperwork to submit it because the claim was denied. They didn't tell us when we signed up with them that we needed to have that paperwork. So we will not get paid our "guaranteed" missed payment like they promise. Now we have been told that we are getting charged a 3% fee (of what we don't know) because we have not signed another patient up to be financed. We have never heard of this fee before so this is ridiculous. They are taking money from our monthly fees that we did not agree to nor are they any explanations of why they are paying us less. This is a shady company that lies, steals, and cheats. I highly recommend that all dental offices stay clear of Denefits. They should have their rating dropped and their endorsement from the ComplaintsBoard.com revoked.

Denefits Denefits, LLC is and has been harassing me for over a year

Denefits, LLC is and has been harassing me for over a year. I gave this company the benefit of a doubt for over a year but that will end now. This company partnered with *** to mislead me into a contract. An employee of *** led me to believe that Denefits, LLC would report to ALL THREE of the credit monitoring agencies (I have proof via the email conversations). I gave them the benefit of a doubt time and time again waiting for the company to do just that. This never happened. This company only reported to Equifax. Once I pointed this out to Denefits, LLC (on more than three separate occasions) their support team email me indicated they have been reporting to Experian and Equifax regularly. That is a blatant lie and my consumer credit report is the proof (multiple screenshots of my consumer report tri-merged from the last year with only Equifax displayed). I took the liberty of researching the complaints this company has had on ComplaintsBoard.com as well. They have cancelled contracts before when they were in the wrong and it appears they refuse to do that for me nor give me the full refund I am entitled to. I asked more than three weeks ago for my CC information to be removed from their website and they failed to do that and allowed another transaction to go through. This company is operating in extremely bad faith. *** LLC colluded to get me into a contract with no intentions of keeping their word or their clients word. This is illegal and very deceitful business practice. Lastly, *** is a credit repair company. Denefits, LLC is a health care company reporting the alleged credit repair account as a medical debt. There are a lot of shady things going on between these two companies.

Lost $1,000.00 Denefits is a company that manages the billing for another company called *** Repair. I allowed them to do credit repair because my ex has ruined my credit and I needed to get my life together so that I can buy a car, get a place to live, etc. However, after a couple of months, I ran into a major financial crisis and they were funky about working with me to lower my payments or cancel the service. Each time around midnight they hurried to *** the money out of my bank account but if I was a second late they would constantly call, email, text, etc. it was scary. I then felt like it was something fishy going on and I asked how I could cancel the service but they quickly said they could postpone their autopay until I got back on my feet. However, after reading about other clients, I feel like this is a scam. They are just money-hungry and haven't really helped my credit. They claim that they cannot stop or cancel my account because they only manage the payments for them. Truthfully, they create this long contract full of promises and never really fix anything. My credit stayed the same and actually went down using them. I lost my job and could not work and they made me PAY to change my payment date, harassed me thru text messages, numerous phone calls, etc., all because I missed the payment date. I also thought that it was strange they handled the payments because Fortress credit repair seemed reputable the first couple of months but I was only fooled into believing they were legitimate. I have yet to have them cancel my account/membership and they are threatening to put their company on my credit ***, reporting to all of the bureaus. I am so frustrated and disappointed trusting them, I only hope they don't damage anymore lives with this greedy awful company.

Denefits In February, I was trying to make a payment on their new patient portal

In February, I was trying to make a payment on their new patient portal. I hit one "make payment" and button and the company charged my debit card for my ENTIRE balance. There was no confirmation screen, or anything, it was a one button misleading transaction. I called them immediately explained what had happen and they refused to do anything about it. They claimed it was impossible and that they were keeping the money. I begged and pleaded, offered to pay more money that what I was originally making a payment for, expressed to them what position this was putting me in and they STILL refused to do anything. It was later revealed to me by a Denefits team member, they could have helped me from the beginning if they wanted to. They just refused. I made a claim a bank with claiming the charge was unintended and that Denefits knew this and were keeping the funding anyway. I asked for screen shots of my transaction or a video. In response to this, they sent the bank screenshots they manufactured of my transaction and were not actually from my transaction. I knew right away these weren't' from transaction. asked repeatedly if these screenshot were of my real time transaction or if they created them. They NEVER gave me a straight answer. My suspicions were later confirmed by a a more senior member of their team. They sent the bank MANUFACTURED screenshots as if they were of my own experience. Amazingly deceptive. These also showed nothing about what the actual screen looked like or the payment option buttons. I spent a month trying to work with them and get answers but they just kept refusing to answer questions and pushing me off saying "there is nothing we can do". So, with the deceptive information, the bank reversed my claim and again the money was taken unexpectedly out of my account. Right in the middle of a pandemic I remind you. After this, I told them my plan to go public with this information and my story. A nice woman then tried to actually help me get some funding back but at that point it was too. She also confirmed they COULD HAVE DONE THIS FROM THE BEGINING...and none of this needed to happen The money had already been taken out, and they couldn't give any real time line for when I could receive any of the money. So I decided to just let them keep their precious money and I would let the public know about their deceptive practices. I documentation to prove everything I wrote here. BEWARE BEFORE YOU DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
