I bought some vouchers from Groupon for the aircon servicing by Eurohub Aircon. I am very frustrated and annoyed by their outrageously poor service attitude. The fine print of the coupon states that the customer will need to make appointment at least 1 week in advance so I went to make an appointment for my aircon servicing 1.5 weeks in advance. The first time I called, I was told to message my address to another number and wait for their reply. When they did not reply me the next day, I called to enquire. The manager Alvin then told me rudely that my appointment can only be confirmed 1- 2 days before the appointment date. I was thinking, how can a business not know the schedule for next week? Why did he insist on not confirming my appointment even after my request? When I demanded to know the reason, he shouted at me and told me to call Groupon to cancel my voucher before slamming the phone! For those expecting good service from Eurohub Aircon, I can only say GOOD LUCK!

After they serviced three of our a/c units just this Jan. Just roughly a month and a half two units started leaking. We're really dubious to the integrity of this company when it comes to their service. Sebastian is nice but it still their work quality is really questionable.

I too feel that EUROHUB provides the poor service. In my case I purchased 3 Groupon voucher. Some how I got the appointment with the help of Groupon customer care.

When they arrived for the service, they switched on all the units and checked is everything working. then they started their service. Once the service is done, they mentioned one of Unit's thermostat is faulty and also returned the same in the invoice.
Once they left, I swithced on all the units, but the one with faulty thermostat dint work. When I call them they keep mentioning on the point that they already mentioned that the thermostat is faulty and they cannot do anything on it.

Anyone will expect the Unit to be in same condition as before service. But when I mention this point they dont listen.

totally unprofessional service.. Singapore still has this kind of company walking around to cheat people.. don't know what to do :(

As for appointment, Eurohub was prompt and courteous, but with regards to servicing, they finished 2 units in 5 mins by just vacumming...I will say that's a bad service

Same to me.. cannot sleep for few days.. it worked before though leaking, but after the chemical wash advised by this guy.. it is getting worse.. not cold at all and blowing wind only...

Do not get their service! I purchased 3 groupons for 3 aircons in my flat. Just today they came and did a lousy job - I paid $45 for washing the filter and vacuum which I can do myself! It took them 5 mins to do all 3 aircon! I asked how come they didnt even open the case to see inside like what my regular servicing company does, the service guy Sebastian said no need! How would you know if there's anything wrong if u dont check thoroughly?! And now my aircon is leaking! Dont tell me that because my Groupon is only $15 for "general servicing"!What a load of BS! He noticed I was very dissatisfied as I kept on asking questions and told me to call Groupon if I have a complaint! Oh yes indeed I called Groupon and asked them to blacklist Eurohub from their partner companies seeing that so many other consumers have been tricked and experienced poor and rude service!

They came to our house yesterday and told my wife we need a $75 repair. She said don't worry they are working fine. So that night we turn on the unit in our daughters room and the aircon is not blowing cold air.
AND two of the remotes are missing. They say hey will return and fix but not holding my breath

same here! got 3 groupon vouchers and when i tried to make appointment, it took me almost everyday calling them to confirm since it says in the T&C that it's only until 14 Dec. worst case, they came to my house and finished cleaning 3 aircons in less than 15 minutes! and what could be worst is that after cleaning 2 aircons from the common rooms, both are not cooling at all! i sms the guy to complain and what he says is that we need chemical wash blah blah blah and maybe the condenser overheat.. everything happened just after they clean the aircons?! was it sabotage so that we call them again to check the aircons and get their services to do repair and chemical wash which is more expensive? I REALLY REGRET GETTING THESE VOUCHERS.

I'm a foreigner here as well so I am not well versed on consumer protection laws in Singapore. But i definitely agree w/ you - that guy needs to reprimanded. It's not about revenge even. It's about helping future consumers avoid having to deal with someone so rude. If you find out what's needed to be done, I'll most likely participate.

Hey, I am sailing in the same boat as all of you. I have the same experience and have been trying till date to get an appointment. I will cancel too. I am an expat in Singapore, so I have one query: Does Singapore have any consumer protection agency to whom we can complain? Because, it is not just about getting the money refunded but it is also important to have this Eurohub guy penalized for such a lousy attitude.

We complained to groupon and we got the refund. We didnt exactly get our money back as we got groupon credits. As for being blacklisted, we told groupon to do this but i dont think this will happen.

I have exactly the same bad experience with Eurohub Aircon. Possible to complain to Groupon and get a refund? Such company should be blacklisted.

Join the club. We've been trying to schedule the appointment for 2 months now. Still no aircon servicing.

Any idea how we can shout this to the public better? Consumers don't deserve this from businesses. We need to let the public know.

Nope... they didn't service my aircon... this irresponsible company did not follow up with my complain ever since i called Groupon to complain... if you are unhappy, you can call Groupon to complain and cancel your voucher... dun waste your money on such unreliable service providers...

So did you finally get your aircon serviced? Let me know. I also bought the groupon vouchers and have not been able to make any confirmed appointment so far - they say will check every time but never call me back. I am fedup of calling them already... Let this be a $30 lesson learnt!
