Epic Games Disappointing experience with Epic Games: Inadequate support and serious account security issues

As a loyal gamer and customer of Epic Games, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience on the platform. Despite the platform being one of the biggest players in the gaming industry, I found that they were lacking in the level of support needed to address my particular issue.

My problem was quite unique, and required a specialized solution. However, the customer support team at Epic Games did not seem to understand the intricacies of my issue, which was frustrating to say the least. After countless emails and discussions, their proposed solution was for me to create a new account and redeem all of my games - this involved a tedious and time-consuming process of reacquiring games that I had previously enjoyed.

The root of my problem lies with an issue in the account creation process back in 2018, which was compounded by an error in the link email and security vulnerabilities in the management email attached to the account. This resulted in me inadvertently recovering an account that belonged to someone else and living with this mistake for a whole year. When I finally decided to change the password, all it took was a simple action to effect a catastrophic chain of events that meant I have now lost access to the account altogether, including all the games that I had purchased and funded.

In summary, I urge other gamers to avoid Epic Games as much as possible. Their support network is inadequate, and there are significant issues with account security and management that are deeply concerning. I now consider Epic Games as the worst game platform that I have ever experienced, and I am devastated to have lost access to all of the great games that I had previously enjoyed.

Epic Games Epic Games Customer Support Fails to Resolve Disabled Account Issue - A Frustrating Experience

As someone who has been actively using Epic Games for several months, I recently underwent a frustrating experience that has left me feeling incredibly disappointed with this platform. As I had changed my email address, I encountered an error and decided to delete my old email address, which was solely created for my Epic Games account. Unfortunately, this led to my account being suddenly disabled.

To try and resolve the issue, I contacted Epic Games, but I was completely taken aback by the unreasonable amount of information they demanded from me. The platform requested my IP address, bank card information, and invoice IDs, which were all sent to my old email address and were deleted after my request to close it. What made the situation worse was that I had never linked any bank or third-party accounts to my Epic Games account, and I even had two-factor authentication enabled.

Despite providing all the relevant information I could, including the last two passwords used, the IP address used during the past few months, and one invoice ID sent to my new email, Epic Games would not reactivate my account. This situation has left me feeling helpless and outraged, as my account was disabled without my consent or request, and I have already gone through the necessary steps to prove my ownership of the account.

Overall, I am disappointed by this unnecessary and frustrating experience with Epic Games, and I hope that they take steps to improve their customer service and support systems in the future. As a platform that relies heavily on user engagement and loyalty, these types of experiences can cause significant damage to the overall reputation of Epic Games.

Epic Games My Frustrating Experience with Epic Games' Website and Customer Support

My recent experience with Epic Games' website, epicgames.com, has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. My son received a V-Bucks gift card for Christmas, but when he attempted to add it to his game, he was prompted to go online to complete the transaction. When I went to the website, I was immediately hit with the requirement to provide parental permission for my son to add the gift card.

After receiving an email from the site requesting additional information, I attempted to sign my son up for a game he already played. However, when I tried to use my email address, the website informed me it was already attached to an account and therefore not valid. To make matters worse, this error caused my son to be temporarily locked out of all Epic Games on his Xbox.

Upon contacting customer support, I was instructed to formalize my son's account, as it was currently "unnamed." Unfortunately, this proved unsuccessful, and I was left with no choice but to send another email to support for further assistance.

To my dismay, their subsequent response suggested that I create a new email address for my son to use specifically for Epic Games. This level of hassle and inconvenience is unacceptable, especially considering that my son has used Xbox gift cards to purchase V-Bucks packs in the past without experiencing any difficulties of this nature.

It is difficult to understand why a company would hold its users' accounts and purchased content hostage over something as simple as adding a gift card to a game. I must concede that the customer service representative I dealt with was friendly throughout our interactions, but the company's policies and procedures are simply unacceptable in this day and age.

Epic Games My Frustrating Experience with Epic Games' Customer Service

Let me tell you about the frustrating experience my son and I had with Epic Games. He purchased a 2800 V-BUCKS FORTNITE gift card from Amazon, only to find out that the card was empty. Understandably, he contacted Epic Games' customer service to get the credit he paid for.

However, the customer service representatives seemed to be unhelpful and kept asking the same questions repeatedly. Despite my son's consistent follow-ups and the absence of any record of the V-BUCKS on his transaction history, it took 21 days of email exchanges before we requested a phone call to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, Epic Games' customer service was only via email, which is why it can take months to address any concern.

After 22 days, Epic Games refused to give my son what he rightfully paid for and instead pointed us to Microsoft, which was utterly confusing since Microsoft does not sell Fortnite cards. Eventually, we discovered that the card was from Epic Games and contacted Amazon's customer service instead, where they informed us that the code had already been redeemed but the V-BUCKS were never received. Thankfully, Amazon was quick to refund my son's $25, and we received the credit within an hour.

I have to say that Amazon's customer service was efficient and outstanding, deserving of a 5/5 stars rating from me. In contrast, Epic Games' customer service was a complete disregard for their customers, and they only caused undue stress and hassle, earning them a 0/5 stars rating from me. Shame on Epic Games!

Epic Games Epic Games' Disappointing Customer Support: My Son's Hacked Account Left Unresolved

When I recently contacted Epic Games customer support to report my son's hacked account, I was utterly disappointed with their handling of the situation. Their unhelpful response caused me to feel as though I was dealing with robots rather than human beings who cared about their customers' needs. Though I provided a plethora of information, such as screenshots of older purchases invoices and IP addresses, as well as the last log-in and last 4 digits of the credit card that was first used years ago at the time of opening the account, they still required even more information. I felt as though I kept jumping through one hoop after another, and nothing I did seemed to satisfy them. In fact, they eventually disabled both my PlayStation and PC accounts, leaving me feeling frustrated and disenfranchised.

What was most galling was that while I was doing all this to restore my son's account, the hacker was still able to access it and change things like the display name on Epic Game. Even though my sons had spent a considerable amount of money buying skins and v-box over the past years, Epic Games support seemed to have no urgency or interest in resolving the issue. This careless attitude left me feeling angry and helpless.

In this day and age, poor customer support is not acceptable. It leaves a bad taste in one's mouth and damages the reputation of the company. In light of my experience, I would advise readers to be wary of Epic Games and their support. I regret ever having bought anything from them and wish I had just played their games for free. They have shown no inclination to resolve my issue and have left an unpleasant taste in my mouth. Epic Games is not deserving of your trust or your hard-earned money.

Epic Games Disappointing Cyberpunk 2077 Experience with Epic Games: Failed Attempts, Ineligible Refund, and False Playtime Record

Like many others, I recently purchased Cyberpunk 2077 from Epic Games. Despite having a laptop with above minimum specifications for the game, my laptop shut off only 5 minutes into playing. Upon discovering that the PS store had taken down the game and was offering refunds, I contacted Epic Games to see if they would do the same. Unfortunately, I received several failed attempts before I could even start playing the game. It turns out that the game had been such a disappointment that even Amazon refunded me for the PS4 version I had bought for my daughter. Originally, I did not mean to purchase the PC downloadable version for myself, but due to my mistake, I ended up having to download the game twice on different machines. I also noticed that Epic Games counted my playtime from the moment I logged into their launcher, and this proved to be problematic because I had to download the game twice. Despite not having played for more than an hour, including the time when the game froze while I prepared dinner for my kids, Epic Games claimed that I had played for over two hours and thus made the game ineligible for a refund. However, during my correspondence with Epic Games Customer Service, a representative initially confirmed that I was due a refund and required me to verify my account and email address first. After completing the verification process, another representative informed me that my refund had been denied because I had played for more than two hours. This is simply not true, and I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience with Epic Games. In fact, I intend to let all my clients who use my PC repair services know that they should avoid purchasing any product from Epic Games in the future.

Epic Games Frustrating experience with Epic Games' customer service: Stick with Steam instead

When it comes to Epic Games (epicgames.com), it's difficult to know where to start. The problems with their customer service are numerous, to say the least. It seems that they have a policy of using fake names like "Apple Cider" and that their sole focus is on not helping their customers.

I recently had a frustrating experience with them when I tried to surprise my daughter with a birthday present - 2800 vbucks from their website. Unfortunately, these vbucks didn't appear on her Switch the next day, and so I reached out to their customer service. It turns out that the online purchase would only apply to the platform it was purchased on, not to the account that was linked to it. Confusing, to say the least.

In the gap between my initial purchase and their response, I ended up buying the same amount of vbucks directly through the Switch. When I explained this to "Apple Cider" and requested a refund for the initial purchase, they refused to help me. They even hoped that the situation wouldn't stop me from making future purchases, which left me feeling angry and frustrated.

After this experience, I can't see myself giving Epic Games another penny. It's unfortunate that they operate this way, and it feels like they're only still in business because of the addictive nature of their game. In fact, I'd go so far as to compare them to a tobacco company. If you're concerned about the effect that your purchases have on your mind and your wallet, I'd urge you to stick with Steam instead.

Epic Games Epic Games vs Steam: The Battle of Online Game Stores

When it comes to online game stores, Epic Games is often compared to the reigning champion Steam. While Epic Games has a lot of potential, it's clear that they're not quite there yet. As many users have pointed out, their UI is lackluster and frustrating to navigate. For example, the friends list takes up a significant chunk of the home page and can't be minimized. It's little things like this that make a big difference when it comes to user experience.

What's more, Epic Games has been accused of playing dirty by bribing developers to exclusively use their store. While this may be good for the developers, it's not necessarily good for the users. Consumer choice is important, and by taking that away, Epic Games is essentially buying out their competition rather than truly competing. This may work to attract some short-term attention, but in the long run, it's not a sustainable business practice.

Despite all this, there are some features that Epic Games does well. For example, they offer free games to users, which is always a draw. However, many users already own these games on Steam, so it's not necessarily a game-changer.

Ultimately, most diehard gamers will always choose Steam over Epic Games. Steam has had years to perfect their platform and invest in features like remote play, a large community section, mods, and a cleaner UI. Epic Games may have jumpstarted Steam into updating their client more regularly, but they still have a lot of work to do if they want to truly compete.

In conclusion, while Epic Games has some potential, their current business practices and subpar UI make them a less attractive option than Steam. If they want to truly succeed, they need to invest in the user experience and focus on truly competing rather than buying their way to the top.

Epic Games The Epic Game Store: Developer-Friendly but Consumer-Unfriendly

The Epic Games Store has caused quite a stir in the PC gaming community. Many people are rightfully upset about the company's controversial practices. Some of their policies have been labeled unethical and consumer-unfriendly. However, despite the negative feedback, Epic continues to throw money at publishers to secure exclusivity deals for new releases on their platform.

This exclusivity means that some games that were advertised and promised on other platforms will now only be available on the Epic Games Store. This has caused frustration for gamers who prefer to play their games on other platforms. Additionally, Epic's store lacks several basic features that are available on other popular platforms. For example, there is no shopping cart available to consumers. This lack of features was especially evident during the Summer Sale, which was poorly executed.

One of the reasons Epic justifies the existence of their store is to offer a better revenue split between retailers and developers. Unfortunately, many people believe that improving the platform should be their top priority rather than focusing on taking market share away from other well-established platforms. Epic's platform is not without its merits, but it lacks many consumer-friendly features that gamers have come to expect. Furthermore, some of the features that they do offer, like a review system, still have significant flaws.

One worrying feature of the review system is that developers are given the option to opt-out of allowing reviews to show up for their games. This creates a system that is not entirely transparent and could lead to negative repercussions for consumers.

In conclusion, many gamers have expressed concerns about the Epic Games Store. While it may be developer-friendly, it lacks features that are essential for consumer satisfaction. If you are looking to purchase one of their exclusives, it might be best to wait and get it on a reputable platform that values their customers. Ultimately, the Epic Game Store is simply not worth the hassle and frustration that comes with it.

Epic Games Terrible Customer Support Experience with Epic Games: A Frustrating Encounter with Locked Accounts and Unhelpful Representatives

My experience with Epic Games (epicgames.com) customer service was one of the worst I've ever had. Despite desperately needing assistance, the support team was unhelpful and unwilling to work with me. In my situation, my son, who has autism, was locked out of his game, and after speaking with Nintendo customer service, we were directed to Epic Games. However, despite numerous emails back and forth with the support team and attempts at troubleshooting, there seemed to be no resolution in sight.

What's worse is that the support team ultimately requested a slew of information that I simply did not have, nor did I think I would ever need to provide. The list included private details like the public IP address(es), dates of account creation and purchases, original display name for the account, last 4 digits of the first payment card used on the account, date of my last login, and a host of other information. It was clear that Epic Games didn't expect me to have all this information and was simply using it as a way to avoid further assisting me.

As someone who has spent hundreds of dollars invested in Epic Games and the game my son loves, it was incredibly frustrating and disappointing to not receive the assistance I needed. Without a phone number or another way to connect with the company, it seems like they are entirely uninterested in helping their customers. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, and I would not recommend Epic Games to others.

Epic Games Fortnite on Epic Games: Cheating and Other Issues Affect Gameplay Experience

Hey there, if you're considering playing on Epic Games' platform, you should know that there are some issues with cheating in Fortnite. Despite claims that they're working to crack down on cheaters, it seems like cheating is more rampant than ever before. The game is frustrating because it often feels like you're up against players who have an unfair advantage. They can take shots from miles away with perfect accuracy, while you're struggling to gather resources and make your way through the game like everyone else. It's easy to report these cheaters, but the process can be long and arduous, and it often feels like nothing is ever done about it.

In addition to the cheating problem, there are some other issues with Fortnite. While it's satisfying to collect resources and build, it feels like that aspect of the game is overshadowed by the prevalence of cheaters. Furthermore, the game's graphics and gameplay can feel lackluster. Shooting and aiming is clunky and dissatisfying, and the overall visual experience is far from impressive. The addition of non-shooter elements, like the ability to fly like Spiderman, is a questionable choice that doesn't really add anything to the game.

Overall, it feels like Epic Games needs to step up its game if it wants to keep players engaged. There needs to be more effort put into preventing cheating and making the gameplay experience more rewarding for everyone. If you're considering playing Fortnite, it's worth knowing that the game has some major issues that may impact your enjoyment.

Epic Games Epic Games' In-Game Purchasing System: Frustration and Concerns as a Parent

As a concerned parent, I wanted to share my experience with Epic Games' website, epicgames.com, and their in-game purchasing system. My son had allowed his friend to play Fortnite, and unfortunately, his friend made an unauthorized purchase before I could intervene. I immediately tried to cancel this purchase, but I was informed that this was not possible. I searched the website from top to bottom, but there seemed to be no option to request a refund or cancel the transaction.

Frustrated, I decided to use one of my son's refunds to get the vbucks back. However, the fact that I only have two more refunds available to me creates a sense of unease because there is such a slim margin of error in these circumstances.

Furthermore, as a parent who is trying to teach her son about the value of money and budgeting, this incident proved to be a setback in my endeavors. I had purchased a set amount of vbucks to buy my son's battle pass, and had asked him to earn the remaining vbucks in the game to help him learn the value of money. I was disappointed when his friend made the purchase, and it hurt to see him heartbroken when he realized his mistake.

Additionally, this incident made it clear to me how easily accidental purchases can happen in the game, while correcting them can be almost impossible. I am hesitant to ever purchase vbucks again, and certainly not through epicgames.com, until their predatory practices towards in-game purchasing changes.

As a concerned parent, I would like to know how we can unite against these practices and promote a more responsible and ethical gaming experience.

Epic Games Epic Games Launcher Needs Improvement: Slow Downloads and Installation Issues

There's no denying that the online gaming space is a competitive market nowadays, and one platform that has had a significant impact is Epic Games. However, we have to be honest, there are a few issues that need to be addressed about epicgames.com.

Firstly, it's frustrating when the Epic Games Launcher fails to recognize Fortnite as already installed. I understand that it may seem trivial, but it's an issue that shouldn't be happening. It seems that the software is so far back, it's not recognizing folders and installations that should be simple to find. What’s more, there doesn't appear to be any options to manually locate the Fortnite folder -something that should be a basic function of a program like this.

Another problem is with the slow downloading speed, which can be agonizingly slow at times. I have personally sent three emails to Epic Games regarding this issue, but have received no resolution. Slow downloads could make or break the experience for online gamers, and it's undoubtedly essential to remedy this as quickly as possible.

As a fan of gaming in general, it's frustrating to use software that limits the experience instead of enhancing it. The entire Epic Games Launcher seems limited and bugged. It's as if the developers didn't take inspiration from other programs and work to create something more functional and efficient. The fact that users must endure issues like these is disheartening, and it truly hurts the overall experience.

In conclusion, Epic Games is a platform with much potential, i.e., impressive graphics, and an engaging user experience. However, their software has bugs that make it difficult for gamers to enjoy their favorite games fully. Customer support doesn't provide much aid, and slow download speeds only add to the frustration. We hope that the developers at Epic Games take note of these issues and come up with solutions to enhance the platform in a meaningful way.

The age of Epic Games's domain suggests that they have had sufficient time to establish a reputation as a reliable source of information and services. This can provide reassurance to potential customers seeking quality products or services.

Epic Games Epic Games' Refund Policy and UI on Consoles Need Improvement

As an avid user of Epic Games' gaming platform, I have noticed some significant issues with the company's refund policy and the user interface on consoles. Although they offer refund tokens to allow for accidental purchases to be refunded, the limit of one token per year seems somewhat restrictive. It can be frustrating to accidentally make a purchase and then not be able to utilize the refund token, especially considering that this can happen more than once a year.

Moreover, I have had experiences where I have contacted customer service regarding accidental purchases, and they have directed me to the cancel purchase button located in the bottom right corner. I believe that this option should be more prominently displayed and readily available to users to prevent accidental purchases from occurring in the first place.

Furthermore, the user interface for viewing styles on consoles is inconsistent and confusing. In the locker, the button for viewing styles is X or Square, whereas in the store, it's X or A. This inconsistency can lead to accidental purchases, as users may press the wrong button out of habit.

When I reached out to Epic Games' support team about these issues, their responses were generally unhelpful. Often, they would only tell me things I already knew or announce changes that should have been communicated more clearly within the game itself.

Overall, while I continue to enjoy the games offered by Epic Games, I think there is still room for improvement in terms of their customer service and user interface design.

Epic Games Epic Games' Confusing Account Linking: A Frustrating Nightmare

When it comes to logging in and linking accounts on Epic Games, things can get pretty complicated. In fact, the process is so convoluted that it can be downright frustrating to anyone who just wants to enjoy some video games. I recently had to reach out to their support chat to try and figure out why I was having trouble using my Fortnite account on different consoles. As it turned out, I had a "nameless" account that needed to be switched to a full account in order to work properly. But even that didn't solve all of my problems.

One issue I ran into was that if I linked my account to Epic using my Xbox, I found it nearly impossible to link the same account to Nintendo. And honestly, I couldn't even begin to explain why that was the case. Trying to figure all of this out took up hours of my time, and in the end, I still didn't feel like I fully understood the whole process.

It's frustrating that once you link accounts, you can never change the account that's linked - you can only unlink it. The amount of extra security and linking that goes into using your account across different platforms and consoles just feels unnecessary for something as simple as playing video games.

Overall, I think that whoever came up with this process of linking and unlinking accounts should be fired immediately. It's not user-friendly, it's not intuitive, and it's a headache to deal with. In my opinion, it would be much better if users could simply have one username and password that they could use across all platforms and devices without all of the extra linking BS.

Epic Games Epic Games' Dishonest Business Practices Result in Lost Customer

I had recently purchased an Assassin Creed game through Epic Games and unfortunately found myself in a situation where I had been deceived. Despite my intentions to purchase the English version of the game, I had mistakenly purchased the Russian version instead. It was only upon waking the next morning and attempting to change the language on the game's interface that I discovered there was no option to do so.

Left with no other option, I decided to contact Epic Games directly to inquire about a refund. However, to my great disappointment, I was informed that their refund policy would not allow me to obtain one. Despite my explanations that I had not truly played the game and that the game had only downloaded and opened itself without my intervention, they refused to offer any further assistance.

As a result of this negative experience, I am sad to say that I have decided not to return to Epic Games for future purchases. I cannot abide by being mistreated and taken advantage of like this, and it is my genuine belief that others feel the same way. Ultimately, Epic Games has lost me as a customer due to their dishonest and unsatisfactory business practices.

Overall, I would recommend that others look elsewhere for their gaming needs, as Epic Games is not a company that can be entirely trusted. While there may be some compelling products available through them, it is not worth the risk of dealing with their unscrupulous rules and regulations.

Epic Games Review: Epic Games Launcher - Frustrating Permissions System and Uninstall Risks

When it comes to the Epic Games launcher, opinions are definitely divided. While some people seem to have little issue with its setup, others have been left feeling frustrated by the experience. And unfortunately, it seems that the latter camp is growing.

One of the major issues that many users have encountered is related to the launcher's permissions system. For example, one user found that they had to give the UEEditor admin rights to get it to run at all - but then had difficulty saving anything they created. Another user noted that they had to constantly switch between the launcher and the editor just to keep things running.

And even worse, some users have reported that uninstalling the Epic Games launcher can be a risky move. Apparently, doing so can cause games to be uninstalled as well - which is bad news for anyone who doesn't want to lose their progress or redownload huge game files.

Of course, there are some fans of the Epic Games launcher - but they are becoming increasingly scarce. With so many other options out there, it's hard to justify dealing with a frustrating or unreliable launcher. So if you're thinking about trying out the Epic Games launcher, be prepared to put up with some challenges along the way.

Epic Games Review: Epic Games' Lack of Customer Service Neglects Users' Needs and Concerns

Epic Games, a globally-renowned video game development company, has gained significant attention lately due to their unsatisfactory customer service. Customers are often left feeling neglected and frustrated, and this attitude was further demonstrated in a recent incident involving a hacked Fortnite account.

A concerned parent reached out to Epic Games after her 13-year-old son's account was hacked, providing them with all the necessary evidence to authenticate the claim. Initially, the company was supportive, but the response from Epic Games quickly changed after the account was recovered, only to find out that the hacker had installed a cheating program, resulting in a ban for the account.

While the innocent user simply clicked "continue" to an error message without having any involvement in the cheating software installed by the hacker, Epic Games denied their request for account retrieval with the excuse of violating their code of conduct. The customer was understandably disheartened, with their son having lost all the progress he had made and items he had purchased.

Customers expect more from a company as renowned as Epic Games, and the lack of compassion and responsibility in their customer service is severely impacting users' trust and satisfaction towards their brand. The company needs to take responsibility and provide a more customer-friendly approach towards resolving issues. It's essential to strike a balance between rules and regulations and understanding the needs and concerns of their customers, especially when it is not their fault. Epic Games needs to rethink their approach to customer satisfaction, and become a more customer-centric organization.

Epic Games Epic Games: Disappointing Services, Deleted Reviews, and Questionable Practices

As a consumer who has had an experience with Epic Games, I must express my disappointment with their services. In my case, I had purchased 3D models on their marketplace from a seller who provided broken items that were unusable. Despite my efforts to have the seller address the critical issues and compensation, they ended up blocking me and running away with the money. As a consumer who had received extremely poor services, I took to the reviews on the site to warn others of the terrible experience I had, only to find that Epic Games had deleted my review. This raised concerns as it indicates the platform may be deleting negative reviews to protect their profits.

Additionally, it is disturbing to learn that Epic Game's grants program, meant to support developers of open source projects, is being seen as nothing more than a show. The company does not bother replying to applications and only seems to carry on with it to appear as a good or supportive entity. Sadly, this alludes to a lack of genuine interest in supporting the community in the long term.

Furthermore, Epic Games has been known to intentionally break agreements they form with other major companies such as Google and Apple for their selfish gain. Their actions were rightly frowned upon and led to their banning on both platforms. Epic Games also relies on manipulating developers to release games exclusive to their Game Store, a practice that is a disservice to the consumer's choices.

Lastly, the ownership structure of Epic Games is also concerning, as Chinese company Tencent reportedly holds a considerable stake in the company, which falls under the authority of the Chinese Communist Party. It's disturbing to think that this company may not maintain the ethical standards we expect in other parts of the world.

All in all, my experience and these revelations are worrying, and make me question if the company values consumers and developers or only profits.

Epic Games Negative Review: Epic Games Ruined Rocket League and the Battle Pass is Toxic

The overall sentiment of this review is highly negative, with the reviewer expressing their dissatisfaction with Epic Games and calling for others to avoid purchasing anything from them. They cite Rocket League as an example of Epic Games ruining a game, stating that the servers were much better before the company took over. The introduction of the battle pass is also criticized as a toxic concept that has negatively affected many games in the industry.

Overall, the language used in this review is highly emotive and negative, with the reviewer seemingly frustrated and angry at the actions of Epic Games. They state that the company is the worst in the industry and that they, along with many others, would not mind if the company went out of business. The use of expletives and derogatory language detracts from the overall validity of the review, as it comes across as emotionally charged and lacking in substantive arguments against Epic Games. However, it is clear that the reviewer feels strongly about this issue and is not alone in their opinions.
