Negative Experience with Eneba: Faulty Codes, No Help, No Refund. Avoid Eneba to Prevent Disappointment
I recently had a very negative experience with Eneba (eneba.com). The code I purchased did not work as advertised and I did not receive the items or vbucks that I had paid for. I tried to seek help from the seller, Microsoft, and Epic Games, but they were unable to provide assistance because the code I had purchased was not valid and was considered a scam.
It was very disappointing to find out that the codes were already redeemed and not honored by the companies. Additionally, Eneba was not helpful in resolving the issue and only provided minimal responses even after sending in pictures and other important information.
To add to the frustration, Eneba is refusing to provide any sort of refund for the $70 I spent on the faulty code. As a result, I have to file an investigation for fraudulent activity and close my bank account.
It’s incredibly disheartening to have to deal with a terrible experience like this, especially when it pertains to gaming codes and real-life finances being tied together. I would highly advise anyone considering using this website to exercise caution and avoid the risk of similar frustration and disappointment.
Mixed Experience with Eneba: Difficulties with Verification and Exchange Rate Concerns
When attempting to purchase DLC from Eneba, I was met with some difficulties during the phone number verification stage. Despite trying various combinations, including the country prefix, I was unable to proceed with the purchase. Upon contacting customer support to resolve the issue, I initially received timely responses; however, communication ceased after a certain point and it has now been over 12 hours since I received any response. The last message I received suggested that I use a different phone number, which was not a feasible solution.
Additionally, I noticed that the price of the game had increased due to the exchange rate, meaning that the price displayed on the page was not the final price. While the increase was not significant (2-3 dollars), this does raise some concerns about potential misleading practices.
Ultimately, I decided to choose a different key reseller and found that the transaction was successful on the first attempt and at a slightly lower price.
Based on my experience, I am hesitant to conduct business with Eneba in the future. While I cannot fully discourage others from using the site, I would advise customers to exercise caution and remain aware of these issues.
I purchased a €50 Steam Gift Card key from Eneba for €65, only to find out that the key was already used. When I contacted customer support, they refused to provide either a replacement key or a refund. Extremely disappointing experience – I expected much better service.
I bought cd key for 4,41 euro but eneba put on hold 441 euro instead and it's now pending in my bank
