On July 27, 2022 I took my vehicle to Bimmer and Benz repair shop because my car had a jerk a little when going into 2nd gear. I had a diagnostic done and was told that my transmission had 7 faults on it and was starting to slip and needed to be replaced and it was nothing major and was no rush to get it fixed. I told owner Derrick that I had Endurance Warranty. He called in to see if I was covered and was told no under the plan that I had. I had this plan for over a year and never had to use the services (not even the oil change) and I called endurance and the lady emailed me the warranty. I had never received it. On July 28th I contacted Endurance and spoke to LLoyd Downs and asked if he had a plan that covered transmission mount and he advised that the Secure Plus plan did. I told him that I was already a customer and he looked into the system and told me the plan I had was no good for my type of vehicle and I should have never been put on that plan because I have a high mileage vehicle a Mercedes benz. I explained to him why I needed to upgrade because I had 7 faults on my transmission and needed it to be repaired. He put me on the new plan said it goes into effect in 30 days or 1000 miles. On 9/27/22 I took my vehicle to Mercedes Benz repair shop and was told that my engine mount was cracked all around and my motor was shifting Endurance sent their adjuster out there and he advised pre existing issue. I had no claim for my engine. Reached out to endurance and spoke to claims manager Art and he advise that previous claim for old plan was for engine mount. I contacted claims dept and spoke with Dominque and was told that on 7/27 claim was put in for "engine mount front - both front motor mounts collapsed fluid leaking out of mount. that is a total lie I have my diagnostic from Bimmer and Benz and none of that is listed and that wasn't the cause of my problem.

I have the paper work in my possession. I told endurance to play the tape of my conversation with LLoyd to listen to what I told him prior to him telling me that the Secure plus plan would cover my repair that I needed. Today he tells me that LLoyd told me that on the call and that is a flat out lie. The representative Jamie that I spoke to yesterday in claims stated that LLoyd works off commission and that he should never put me on that plan because that's not the best one for my vehicle it should have been the superior plan. They are trying to get their commission then why lie and cause people like myself to live this nightmare. Jamie stated Lloyd need to be retrained why re train on my dime now. Art the manager would not allow me to listen to the tape of LLoyd and my conversation we were on the phone for about 30 minutes. You are not allowed to speak to anyone in Corporate or nor will Endurance reps give out the name of Art Supv or anyone higher up. I am very dissatisfied and feel I was extorted out of my money and now claims records have been falsified again I have my diagnostic report. I want this company to honor my repair and my vehicle is still at mercedes benz shop and all endurance says is their sorry. They are very sorry and I am probably not the first person this has happened to and what is the sense of recording when you won't allow the customer to hear the recording. I want them to allow me to hear the recording instead of calling me a liar they should honor their mistake and then retrain their employees. I already paid for my repair since 2021. They did say if it happen again they will fix it what in 10 years. I am asking for assistance with this matter and I will not stop until they are exposed for what they are doing. I will take every measure to Endurance being held accountable for their mistake. The only thing Endurance employee has been trained to do is say I'm sorry. When you own your mess you don't have to keep saying your sorry. They don't care about their customers and there is no reason why I should have to go through this.

Thank you

Wanda Thomas
