We have used Emerson Exteriors annually for several years to power wash our driveway, our patio and the outside of our gutters. They are professional, dependable, communicate easily on-line, and do a high-quality job.

Emerson Exteriors is our go-to company for helping us maintain our 1927 home exterior: window washing, removing moss and power washing, We really like their use of soft impact technologies. Conscientious, polite and professional.

A roof's life can be shortened by poor maintenance. We were so impressed with the depth of knowledge and competence of this company. Work was fast and efficient and no surrounding plants were damaged. Price was better than other quotes too!

I hired them for exterior work and gutter cleaning on my house. They were prompt, professional (also good looking) and were very reasonable. They went above and beyond and repaired my gutters and installed heavy duty drain screens. Will certainly use again!

Emerson Exteriors came quickly, worked efficiently, cleaned the gutters and the part of my north wall that had mould on it. The gutters work, the back wall looks like it is new. Great service and at a fair price. I'll have them back in the summer to treat the roof.

I have used Emerson Exteriors for years now and found their service to be excellent. They have great before and after service. My property looks so much better after they have been here. I use them for both gutter cleaning and roof (moss) treatment and have been extremely satisfied with both services.

Emerson exteriors cleaned the outside of my 3 story home (vinyl siding). They did a great job -- even the mossy/algae north side is very clean. They were prompt and did exactly what they said they would, in record time. Even the estimating, contract acceptance, invoicing and payment process was excellent.

It gives us great pleasure to say what we did NOT like about doing business with this company : nothing. In other words, we have zero complaints. Perhaps the following is the greatest compliment - when, not if we require work on our houses in the future, Emerson will get the call. Way to go Britton and crew.

Emerson Exteriors was recently hired to remove mould and stains from stucco siding and other areas of our building complex; they were extremely efficient and pleasant to work with from initial contact for a quote to completion. I have recommended them to our property manager and to another business looking for help.

We have used Emerson Exteriors on 2 occasions now, for window washing and gutter cleaning at our triplex, and we will use them again. Communication with them is easy, pleasant and clear. They turn up on time, in fact a few minutes before. We are satisfied with the quality of the work, and appreciate the efficient service they provide.

We have used Emerson for the past 4 years for roof treatment. 2 years ago we added window cleaning and this year gutter cleaning for our 26 unit townhouse complex. The workmanship is excellent. They are thorough, on time, and very efficient. The workers are courteous and willing to please. Their quoting, invoicing, and follow-up are superior to most contractors. The Emerson driveway/power-washing crew did an excellent job on my property. I have to compliment them on their complete approach; from their initial, respectful introduction right through to the final clean-up. I was impressed by their attention to detail; the patio, driveway and retaining walls are clearly showing the benefit of their work. Their friendly manner was also pleasing. I should also add that the company handling of my initial enquiry and timely follow-up communication was both pleasant and professional. Emerson Exteriors will certainly get my recommendation whenever/wherever the need arises.

The other day I saw an Emerson truck at my neighbour's house. It reminded me that I had wanted to write and post a review of their work because I have been so very pleased in all of my dealings with Emerson. I recommend them without reserve. Emerson has worked at my home several times over the past few years. They washed my windows, de-mossed my roof, washed the exterior of my home and power washed the walkways. No matter the job I found that they executed the work with professionalism, taking care not to damage anything and always carefully cleaning up after their work. I found the people courteous, kind, hard-working and professional. The professionalism of this company shows up in many ways -- in the estimate of the work to be done, the clarity in specifying the work they will do and the costs. The team showed up when they said they would and there were no “surprises" in the invoicing. I manage contractors for living and have seen performance of many contractors. I didn't really think I would write review for Emerson Exteriors. Power wash a driveway is not a big job. However,Emerson team hit everything a good contractor should do. 1. Doing good job - we contacted Emerson because my wife saw their work on street and was impressed. Not ad, not flyer, just work itself; 2. Respond promptly - I received response right away even though it was not a quote, but they let me know what to expect for the next steps; 3. Provide a formal quote - I think this was what set them apart from many other companies in this business. The quote clearly outlined what is in the scope, more importantly, what is not. They also included a video to allow customer to visualize the work and end product. Managing customer's expectation was great for work such as power wash where there is no clear set of industry standard; 4. Show up as scheduled- they told me it would take a while because their workload (again, manage expectations). Then, once the work is scheduled, it was implemented flawlessly 5.Great end results - we are very pleased with the end product - the driveway is almost like new.
