I got an Embr 2 Wave thingy and I got a nickel allergy so I talked to someone before buying it. They said I could get a new band that doesn't have nickel. But they didn't say it was hard to change the band. I tried for over an hour and still can't use it. They didn't say I would have to pay to send it back. I didn't even use it yet! When I tried to send it back, it said the fee is more than what I paid for it. I paid $383.90! That's crazy they want to keep so much money.

They were supposed to take out 4 payments of $79.43 every month but they only took out the first one in November and then on 12/12/22 they took out the second one of $79.42. I called them to tell them that I sent it back on 12/8/22 and asked for my money back. I had to fight to get the first payment back finally on 12/27/22 but I still haven't gotten my second payment for the $79.42 that they took out on 12/12/22. The company that's on my payment is called Sp Aff ***/*** Card Purchase. Can you help me with this?
