First i would like to start by saying how wonderful Daphne *** is and how quick she responded and got me the tub that i was looking for. I had such a terrible experience with American standard with delay after delay so i reached out to ellas and Daphne *** reached out to me within 2 minutes of getting on there website. See had my order done within 5 minutes and will be shipped on Thursday. I couldnt even believe this was possible.. im so Thankful to Daphne and her quick response and i would recommend them to anyone and will be buying from them from now on..

Bought the deluxe model and love it! Nice sturdy quality material, very powerful jets and plenty of them. Ordering process was smooth and stress-free, quick shipping and well protected, cardboard and wood used to ship. Plenty of instructions for DIY'ers. Very satisfied with price and product.

Daphne was my representative and she was always polite, answer my question directly, and is the most caring and empathetic service representative. Daphne if you read this I want to thank you, you are the reason I bought an Ella walk in tub. The tub itself is luxurious, quality built, and is very therapeutic and soothes the soul. I did a lot of research before purchasing a walk in tub. It paid off! The Ella tub is everything they advertise. The tub is beautiful, substantial, and easy to install and use. I purchased this tub through a large chain lumber supply company. First I had 3 different companies come to my home and make presentations. The cheapest estimate was $23,000.00. I paid under $6,000 for the Ellla tub a local reputable contractor did the complete installation for $1,100.00. I saved about $16,000.00 and could not be happier!

We love our Ella's Bubbles Step-In Tub. It has helped us relax and "bubble away" the stress of 2020! There have been no problems and it works even better than expected. All of the hardware is very high quality and the shower lifts out attached to a long hose. We ordered the combination of water jets and micro-bubbles. Being in our 70's and building a new bathroom, we decided a step-in tub is a must, and Ella's Bubbles tub is a treat. The tub is easy to get into and out of. When planning the new bath, we ensured a high capacity water supply and drainage to the tub, which allows it to fill and drain very quickly.

I purchased a Monaco Chi model directly from Ella's Bubbles for my husband, who is recovering from a stroke. I am completely happy with the tub! I shopped extensively before deciding on an Ella's Bubbles model. Customer service is great! I LOVE this tub as much as my husband does!

We have had our Ella’s Bubbles walk-in tub for about a year and use it almost daily. It is attractive, functional, and has all the features desired in a walk-in tub. I would highly recommend this tub to anyone looking for a high quality walk-in tub.

The tub has kept my mom in her home after falling and breaking both hips. They have taken care of warranty work even though my installer didn't file any paperwork on it. They sent the part for free and talked me through installing it. Other than the temp control failing, the tubs been trouble free.

This tub has been fantastic. It fills reasonably fast. It's dual drains work well as long as your original drain opening is as large as the capacity both drains put out. If not, you will need to redirect your drain to your nearest larger drain or come up with a drainage alternative for one of the drains. The tub drains in less than a minute.

I love this tub! The jets are wonderful and the tub empty’s really quickly when I’m done. It’s very easy to clean and the sanitizer for the jets is a huge bonus. Money well spent.

Wife was having trouble getting out of a traditional bath tub. We have had our Ella’sBubble walk in tub for about 1 year now and my wife loves how easy it is to get in and out of, we have both air and water jets with heated seat , this helps her relax after a long days work. If I had it to do all over again I would still buy an Ella’s Bubbles tub
