However, I did not hear from the customer service department for over 12 hours and now my order “cannot be cancelled”. The order had not shipped or been processed at the time of cancellation. The business is not losing money as I re-ordered similar products in a separate purchase from them. I expect better customer service from an institution this large. The inability to cancel an order that has not been shipped seems borderline scam-like and abhorrent when I caused them no trouble during working hours or post shipment.
