I got a car from Elite Auto Sales, Inc. two months ago. At first, everything seemed fine, but then some lights on the dash started coming on. I took the car back three times, and after driving over an hour each time, their mechanics finally said they needed to keep it. Today, I finally got my car back after it being gone for over a month and a half, and they didn't communicate with me at all during that time. I had to drive to the Dunn location to pick it up, and when I did, I noticed that I only had 16 miles to E even though I filled it up with gas before dropping it off. The mechanics in the Raleigh location even drove my car to their residence overnight to see if the light would come on, and I have no idea where they live because a full tank of gas is over 400 miles. To make matters worse, my armrest is filthy and torn, and my whole car is covered in black smut. They were supposed to take it to the *** dealership to fix something, but they decided to do it themselves. I'm glad to have my car back, but I've been paying for it without being able to use it. I'm staying clear away from this place.

they still refuse to fix my car. Elite Auto Sales is a scam and I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from them. They are dishonest and will sell you a fake warranty just to make a quick buck. The salesperson was rude and unhelpful when I brought the issue to their attention. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else for your car needs.

I bought a *** 320i from Elite Auto Sales in Garner on 8/17/2022 at around 6:30 p.m. They were closed when I left. I went back to the same seller at 12:30 on 8/18/2022 to tell them I wasn't happy with the purchase and wanted my check back. They said the check was still in the office and hadn't been cashed when I returned the purchase. They promised to give me an owner's manual at the time of purchase but didn't, and they only gave me one key. The navigation system didn't work, and not having the owner's manual made me regret my purchase. I felt deceived that they didn't give me the owner's manual and told me the navigation system worked. They also said they changed the oil, which was dirty, and found a leak that they patched up. They took the vehicle and key into possession and refused to give back my check. The bill of sale didn't say I couldn't return the purchase within a reasonable amount of time, which would have been less than 12 hours at Elite Auto Sales. I don't want to exchange the car, and I don't want to do business with Elite Auto Sales. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.
