So difficult to get in touch with a representative after NO delivery for over a month… they straight up gas lit me saying it will be shipped out shortly and it wasn’t… I never received my order and the USPS link they sent me shows still that it hasn’t been shipped out… despite this, I had to track them down to get a refund and even after their confirmation that they will refund, I still haven’t received my refund. Extremely disappointed because they seemed to have some semblance of legitimacy.
