Sent broken unit. Did not refund any money
Scammers. Do not trust this business. I thought they would be ok since they're a Canadian online store. They refused to refund or replace a unit that I sent back due to the unit being sent to me broken. They claimed it arrived more broken when they received it so they refused to refund money or replace. They lied stating I didn't send it back in the same packaging. I documented and took pictures of everything but they continued to lie and contradict themselves. This place is very crooked, I would avoid purchasing anything from them.

Agree. These people are scammers. If anything at all goes wrong you are on your own. They are the most ignorant and arrogant business I have ever dealt with. See my comments about a TV I ordered from them that never ever came anywhere near to my place. I'm still awaiting a refund.
I bet you two are friends or know each other. 4.6 rating on google. i've purchased from them for years. Never had an issue... just bought speakers yesterday.. and they gave me the sale price one month before the sale started. In my experience they have been good to me.
