Yo, so I gotta tell you about Electric Picks. I was lookin' for some dope jewelry and stumbled upon their website. At first, I was a little hesitant 'cause I saw some reviews sayin' they only give store credit for returns. But I decided to give 'em a chance anyways 'cause their stuff looked so fly.

I ended up gettin' this sick necklace and bracelet set. When it arrived, I was stoked. But then I tried it on and it just wasn't my style. So I hit up their customer service and they told me about their store credit policy. I was kinda bummed 'cause I wanted my money back, but I figured I could find somethin' else on their site.

But then things got a little heated. I was talkin' to their customer service and I guess I got a little too aggressive. I told 'em I was gonna contact my bank to get a refund and they straight up told me they weren't gonna help me out. I was like, "What the heck?!" I mean, I get it, they have their policy and all, but I thought they could at least try to work somethin' out with me.

So, I ended up keepin' the jewelry and usin' the store credit to get somethin' else. And I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with my new purchase. But I don't think I'll be shoppin' at Electric Picks again. Their stuff is cool and all, but their customer service just ain't worth the hassle.

Electric Picks ain't worth the dough, man. You can get a cheaper anklet that might turn green, but at least you won't be breaking the bank. I copped a Python anklet from them in January, but by March my ankle was looking like the Statue of Liberty. What a bummer, dude. I was so let down by the quality. Additionally, one of the pearls was fine, but the other was flat on one side and lumpy on the other. This was definitely not a matching set, unless you have a flat and bigger side of your face that needs evening out.

When I contacted Electric Picks to request a refund, I was met with sass and attitude. They told me that I should have read their return policy, and because I had received a Black Friday discount, I was only eligible for store credit. However, I had no interest in store credit to a misleading store front.
