I submitted documentation for review and was informed that it did not meet the required standards. I then provided alternative documents and explained that those were the only ones available to me. Additionally, I facilitated direct communication between Educational Perspectives, nfp and the college, granting them permission to obtain the necessary forms. Despite these efforts, I did not receive any response or assistance from them. Furthermore, they refused to issue a refund. If they were unable to review the documents, they should have at least had the decency to return the payment. A company that relies on customers giving up on disputes and retains their money without providing any service does not deserve to be considered a reputable organization.

I highly recommend Educational Perspectives for the evaluations of your transcripts. I used their services in February . I earned a degree from Mexico, so I just checked the requirements that they need to do the evaluation. I filled the application online, then I received an email with the instructions for payment. I sent the package with the documents on February 7th, through Postal Office services. They received my documents on February 10th (Monday), and on Thursday, February 20th, I received my evaluation in my email account. In 7 labor days, just like they said. To return my original documents, I chose the option provided by Educational Perspectives. They sent my documents on February 20th, and I received them in my mailbox on February 27th. Before choosing Educational Perspectives' services, I was reading reviews, and I doubted my decision due to all the negative reviews here. However, I was thinking that people usually don't post good things about places or services. So, before making a decision, ask questions to the personnel of Educational Perspectives to clarify your doubts and make the decision.

They stole my original documents that I cannot renew because they were issued in a conflict-stricken region and there is a war ongoing. They sent me a fake tracking number that never updated, and my documents never arrived. I urgently need my original documents returned, along with a refund for the money I spent on them, but they are refusing to cooperate with me.
