eDreams Refund

Edreams owe my a refund after they cancelled flights from Singapore to Brisbane in April. They still haven’t paid it. Jetstar said that they issued a refund for $93.95 on May 25th Into their Mastercard. edreams are denying receiving it. Booking number. [protected]. They said the airline Jetstar has refunded me but they haven't. I am still owed $93.95.

eDreams Flight Refund - Flight not provided on the day

I booked a flight through Edreams for 1st of July 2023 from Johannesburg to Harare return same day. Morning flight on SAA was fine no issues.

Afternoon flight through Euroairlines was a nightmare as I was stuck at the airport only to find out there was no flight on that day.

I lodged for a refund via Euroairlines to which they instructed me to provide Edreams with a refund waiver code which i did together with my refund. Euroairlines paid Edreams on the 4th of July 2023.

Since then I have been told wait 30days then another 5 days and another 7days and today another 7days cause the refund team are not accessible and the agents are so ill equipped they sell you the same [censored] story over and over.

Desired outcome: I need my refund

eDreams Booking

Hello I made a booking through sky scanner and got directed to https://nl.eDreams.com and paid 251,62 euros to odigeo payment ref [protected]

The transaction went through successfully and I confirmed with my bank and i never got confirmation after payment Amsterdam to ibiza and return HG5679 or even booking reference or anything I spoke to the chat help line and the ai cant find my booking I also have payment references

eDreams No communication feels like a scam

eDreams Frozen ticket service

I froze a two way ticket from barcelona to kuala lumpur.

Now when im trying to import and pay for the ticket I not able to import the fare into my app and pay for it.

Customer support says that I need to be a prime member which I am.

They also said that I should wait and try later which I did and it does still not work.

Now they saying that they cant see that im logged on into the app but I have it infront of me open.

I have print screens that I cant import the fare

eDreams Scam

They are providing false Information like if we need to make some changes on our booking we can make it if it is early. I tried to do the same after my Booking. I want to make a small change on my booking in an hour after my booking they asked me to allow 72 Hours to make this change. I waited for 72 Hours and when I try to contact them waiting for hours they raised another request and asked me to wait for 72 Hours again it happens Thrice. The Customer Service Agents are so rude. They just Spend like almost 1 week still no Progress. They will only say please wait we will update you. And even they said that they created incident with Airlines but I contacted the Airlines they said that they didn't get any request from Edreams. Such as scam they wasted almost like 1 week as my Booking date was near I still didn't get any Confirmation. They need to compensate the Flight charges as they made me wait till the last minute and the ticket prices are touching the sky. Such a worst Experience

eDreams Wrong flight provided

Dear complaints team,

I would like to file a formal complaint regards to a flight that I book yesterday in your website which was to Barcelona Spain leaving london at 20:30 from London Stansted and arrived in Barcelona at 23:40 pm. My concerns and reasons which lead me to make this complaint is that I was surprised when the payment was made and it came out that my trip was destined for Girona Costa brava, which is not the case because at the time of making the payment I make sure all the details were correct. It is also important to mention that on several occasions the page did not let me proceed with the purchase. I need someone to study my case and give me a solution as soon as possible. I have attached a picture as evidence that I had made a reservation for Barcelona and I was surprised that it is for Girona.

Please do something about this as all I am looking is for a solutions as I don't even want to have this bad experience with Edreams. I am traveling with my family, two adult women and two children, it is too frustrating to have to do these emails when it could have been avoided. I hope to have a response from you very soon and not have to escalate the complaint since I think that is enough with the pictures.

eDreams Taking money from my account for "prime" membership with i never consented

Once i booked a flight ticket via E-Dreams. After nearby half year they just mistreated my credit card and charged me 54,90 Usd for E-Dreams prime without any warning or advertising message. They wasted my time, my money. I already reported issue to my bank and was obligated to block my card. I sent immediately email to that scammers and requested refund and cancellation of that Prime membership. I found out that this company scammed a lot of people.

eDreams Ticket Booking

In September 2021 I've booked 2 return tickets with eDreams.

The trip was canceled by the airline and so I am eligible for a refund.

It is 2023 and I am still waiting for a refund.

I've chased eDreams multiple times for the past years and the common answer is we are waiting the airline to issue the refund.

The situation is clearly embarassing for eDreams. They keep saying they are waiting the airline to issue a refund which is nonsense as eDreams took my money therefore they should issue the refund in the first place and fast then deal with airline in background.

In addition, I've managed to speak with the ariline and they said refund has been issued to eDreams in 2022.

I am seeing similar cases all over Internet and I will be happy to participate into a class action.

eDreams No invoice issue for flight booking

I've booked a flight ticket to Mexico via eDreams, and I've been requested for an invoice for over a week, yet I have yet to receive an invoice. Every time I call, they mention something irrelevant, and tell me to wait for 24 hours. But many 24 hours have passed, I've yet to receive an invoice, which is a simple request, and customer rights. eDreams Cheated me regarding luggage on a flight

Please see attached under photos my serious complaint to edreams complaint office that they just completely unlawfully ignored

They just cheated me (fraud)

E dreams have also so extreme many complaints and they can get out of it because they are not a member of abta or similiar.

Someone must stop them cheating. I have tried ombudsman but they said they only can help reg. Complaints of lawyers etc.

I sincerely hope you can help me get my money back. Thank you

eDreams Unable to check in via airline as requested by edreams and had to make an extra payment to checkin

Reference booking: #[protected]

I am extremely upset and very angry with your service. I booked 2 flights with you from Dublin to Stansted for 6th Aug. plus a flight form Luton to Dublin 7th Aug for 2 adults.

I tried to checkin online well in advance as requested by Edreams. Your website app system is a complete scam. I was unable to checkin and so I ended up having to pay €55 each at Dublin airport in order to get our boarding passes in order to fly.

On our return, you advised us to checkin with the airline which was Ryanair. It also refused to let us verify our identity. We had to pay £55 each at Luton airport in order to checkin, get our boarding passes and to fly home. This has been a very stressful weekend for me and my son.

Overall, I had to pay €237 in order to check in and gain boarding cards.

Our flight cost with you was €148 which did not allow us to fly. I had to pay an additional €237.

I am demanding a full payment of what I had to pay out which is €237. I am attaching proof of payment. This is happening all the time from what I heard from Ryanair. You are third party who Ryanair does not approve.

I will be taking this complaint further if you refuse to make a payment. Ryanir advised me to forward receipts to you and that I would be reimbursed.

Desired outcome: A full payment of €237 for the inconvenience caused.

eDreams Refund

Don't use edreams. They're not trusted. If you crying for help they can't.

My booking ref is [protected] the tickets for me and my husband.

I need help to update my last name use married name on the tickets based on the passport with 3 weeks notice but nothing have been done. Me and my husband cancelled the flights a week before flights and expecting the refund or credit but I got the email yesterday on 7th August 23, it said the tickets are non refundable whilst we've paid a cancellation fee with. So disappointing.

I had the same experience 7 years ago to update my last name. I used flight centre and they did it within 2 hours.

No more edreams.

eDreams Fraudulent charges against my credit-card account

My name is Carlton Duncan living in Jamaica. A few weeks ago, around July 5th, I paid for a basic flight ticket on behalf of Miss Sanike Ferguson, D.O.B. APRIL 23 1985. Notification was sent by you to her at [protected]@gmail.com. Her current telephone number is +[protected]. She would travel from Cayman to Montego Bay one way only. The flight was properly and duly charged against my card. However, only this morning, I received notification from my Scotia Bank in Jamaica that my card was debited by EDREAMS for additional charges of JMD$10,824.29 x 2. (Mastercard last four digits: 5648) Please, what is this about? I made no further authorization beyond the BASIC ticket. Please arrange a refund immediately.
