eDreams Booking Cancellation

Tried to book flight tickets to and from Croatia, for €600,- total.

Upon making the payment the E-Dreams website immediately said the booking had been cancelled. I also received an e-mail that the booking could not be made, and that no money should have been transferred.

The payment, however, was still deducted from my bank account.

I was informed by customer service that it would take 10-15 days to reimburse me.

Why is this period so long? Are you accepting payments for fake tickets (that are never bought) to invest it for 10-15 days?

eDreams Opodo unable to change flight in time staff, lying saying that I was eligible for a voucher/ refund

Last year (Oct 2020) moving from LDN to Munich Germany.

- Booked a flight through Opodo flying Lufthansa as thought it was the safest thing to do regarding Covid, cancellations etc.

- The booked flight was originally scheduled for Sunday 1st November 2020.

- Germany bought in new Covid regulations (https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-10-28/germany-agrees-to-impose-toughest-restrictions-since-lockdown)

- Flight had to be changed to an earlier date Friday 30th October due to Covid.

- Lufthansa said I had to contact Opodo to change flight.

- Lufthansa stated if that I had booked directly thought them, it would be simple to change the flight.

- Opodo unable to change flight in time, due to lack of staff and resources during the pandemic.

- Was informed from Opodo that a credit voucher would be sent to use in future (£ 151.46)

- Fast forward 12 months and numerous phone calls and chats (see screenshot attached) no credit voucher or correspondence from Opodo has occurred.

- Opodo now saying that voucher is not possible as per airline term and policies in case of no show.

Desired outcome: I want compensation from OPODO as I had to re-book the ticket from Lufthansa. It is not Lufthansa's fault. It is completely OPODOs fault. I would like OPODO to either refund me, or provide a voucher for OPODOS services.

eDreams Unsent confirmation email

I booked three ticket Dublin to Stansted on the 22nd. I have asked on several occasions for this to be sent and still nothing. 224.53 euros was taken out of my account within seconds but no customer care service is available. I have to book again with a reputable company as Edreams are making it impossible. I want my money back and if they booked any flights at all them cancelled.

eDreams Incorrect billing

On 3 July I booked a flight from Johannesburg to George (South Africa). Booking no: [protected]. The price when I check out was R1725.00, but I was billed R5298.56. I immediately phoned the call center and the lady informed me that the incorrect billing was due to a system error and that I will be refunded in 5 to 7 days. Today 09 July I received the refund of only R1913.52. Please assist me with the correct refund.

eDreams Scammers and fraud for Booking [protected]

My booking was cancelled on 20th June 2022 and your customer service told me that I will be refunded in 10days and still nothing. Stop scamming people and refund my money now else I will sue you! Attached are the details. Yesterday they invent a new story that they never deducted money from my account but attached are the proof from my bank. I will go forward to sue them now, they are doing this with lots of people. Please don't get fooled

eDreams Extra fee after booking

I booked a flight via edreams from Rome to Palermo on june 8th, operated by Ryan Air. Two days before departure I get an email from e dreams to check in.

Trying to do that I get the message that for this flight online check in is not possible, I should check in at the airport. On my Ryan air account the flight didn't even show up, because obviously it was booked through e dreams. At the airport I get a nasty surprise: I had to pay 180 euros for late check in, for three people. I kept getting emails from edreams for the check in even days after that.

When complaining and trying to get a refund from them I got the answer that it's none of their business, I should complain with the airline. Now I know very well that Ryan Air requires online check in. As the flight was through edreams that wasn't possible. So why should I pay 180 euros more? e dreams never mentioned these additional costs obviously, otherwise I would have booked with another company and paid a lot less. At the airport I was told that e dreams uses to do that with a lot of customers. Never again will I book with this fraud-company and I hope other people understand what this company is doing too!

eDreams refund

On behalf of three customers: Violeta Nushi, Vlora Navakazi and Arta Basha Jakupi (cc in this email).

and with the reference to [protected] with eDreams, we received an information that:

(1) regarding your flight booking (reference: [protected] ) from SKP - Skopje, Skopje Macedonia to DTM - Wickede, Dortmund Germany , has not been confirmed after submitting your request to (Wizz Air) (in amount of 445.00 Euro).

(2) While for the flight booking (reference: Z9DIXB) from DTM - Wickede, Dortmund Germany to SKP - Skopje, Skopje Macedonia the payment has been charged correctly and your booking is confirmed (in amount of 650.00 Euro).

For your information, we paid by Credit Card of Vlora Navakazi, the round trip: from SKP to DTM and from DTM to SKP in amount of 1095.00 Euro.

Meanwhile, we receive an invoice just for (2), actually for booked flight, in amount of 650.00 Euro, which is OK.

Our concern is: when will be proceeded the refunding of the payment for not confirmed booking (1), in amount of 445.00 Euro ?

We will be waiting for your information and ready for any other request of paper work if required so in relations to this case!

eDreams Debiting my atm twice

Dear Sir,

A letter of complaint

On the 2nd of March 2021, I paid two flight tickets with reference [protected] belonging to Atanga Stella and [protected] belonging to Nchefor Epse Nforbuh Florence with my ATM card from Edream . A total of 543589 CFA francs (about 988USD) was debited from my card.

On the 4th of April 2021 my ATM card was debited with a sum 69528 CFA francs (about 127 USD). Unfortunately I wrote several mails through the PissedConsumer.com website and to us.warranty.[protected]@edreams.com regrettably I did not get any respond.

Sir on the 25th April 2022 my ATM card has been debited with the sum of 75,806CFA (about 138USD). Please I wish to find out why your company keep debiting my account and the amount be paid back to me.

I have written several letters with no reply from them

eDreams Ticket cancelled and short refund.

3/7/2022 Purchased a ticket DOH - Melb

Paid $3,040.13

Charged by QATAR $2,947.20 - No refund and you cancelled ticket.

Upgraded to business class paid further $8603.00 (Refund $8,533.00) $70.00 Short.

Only to be called to say there was an error and flight is being cancelled and no other sweats were left on the flight.

I had to then purchase another flight which left 12 hours later.

I was inconvenienced beyond belief and had to spend

eDreams Failure to refund

I have requested a refund for the cancelled flight for now almost 3 years. This is unacceptable. I have been inconvenienced and all I get is the same generic response. I am now requesting formal arbitration for reference number [protected] to resolve this matter. All I have wanted was either a refund or a flight credit to date I have received nothing. eDreams Cancelled tickets refund

I have booked 4 flights tickets for my wife and 03 children flying from London Heathrow Airport to Algiers via Madrid on 22/11/2021. I paid with my debit card £1097.67

January 2022 the flights were changed then cancelled by Iberia airline.

I contacted Edreams and asked for a refund.

Since then, I have been calling them every month for updates but its always the same story, you get put on hold for hours to be told you need to wait the airline authorisation for the refund.

Iberia airline told me that the refund has already been done to the travel agent.

Today I called Edreams I had to stay on the phone 4 hours and speak to 03 different persons to learn that I would get £280 refund out of £1097.67 and wait for the remainder another 03 months.

This is ridiculous, I believe that Edreams are scammers and try to get people just to be tired and forget about their money.

I worked hard to get that amount in order to buy those tickets and I feel that I am being bullied by Edreams.

eDreams Price charged and dummy flight booked

I have booked the flight (supposed to fly on 29 June 2022) via e dreams from amsterdam to tenerife south on 28 June 2022. They charged my card and give me the confirmation mail without PNR. When I asked e dream customer care about the PNR, they told me its a charted flight and no pNR is available.

It is a vueling airline and I have confirmed with them and they told me there is no such booking under my name. My flight was supposed to fly on 29 June 2022. There is no such charted flights claimed by them.

I want my money back, I have paid almost 170 euros for this flight

So edream is a hoax company who lures customer into buying tickets but they never booked the flights with the airline.

Despite of asking multiple times edreams never provided the PNR on mail.

Have just had a similar experience, in which they sold me Lufthansa tickets DC to Paris, without getting me on the flight. Never wanted to use them but was diverted from the Lufthansa site when trying to make the booking. Would very much like to file a complaint with the relevant agency.

eDreams Refund for a canceled flight

I am waiting for a refund, for a flight that was canceled more than two years ago.

I bought the flight tickets from EDREAMS for a flight with Virgin Atlantic.

EDREAMS claims that it opened an application for a refund with Virgin Atlantic only in January 2021 and has not yet received the money to return it.

From a conversation I had with Virgin Atlantic, I was told that the money was returned to the company (EDREAMS) in August 2021 and also indicated to which credit card number the money was returned.

Unfortunately, there is no one to contact, you can only have a conversation with bots.

EDREAMS owes me $ 1747 on airline tickets, and they do not want to return.

Desired outcome: I hope that EDREAMS will show fairness and return my money, which was returned from Virgin Atlantic.

eDreams double booking payment

Hello,

I have a question:

How is it that you have debited me 859.07EUR plus 47.75EUR making it 942.77EUR and the flight was supposed to be 790EUR total?

Another thing i tried booking it before and got debited another 86.90EUR, CAN I GET REFUNDED the difference please?

eDreams Wrong Date on flight

My Son booked a flight for 26.6.22. he took a screenshot of this before pressing confirm.

The conformation came through with the flight date of 1st July

I actually managed to tak to 3 different people at eDreams. All of them told me something different

It ended up with a manager called Sonny tellng me I am hiding something from them calling me a liar

Disgusting service, they have told me it takes 72 hours to look into anything

eDreams Illegal withdrawn money from people's accounts

We have not received a reply from edreams prime concerning the withdrawal of 54,99 euros from my account ONE MONTH AFTER I bought two plane tickets. I bought two tickets a month ago and paid for them 398 euros. But, I got a notification two days ago that another 54, 99 euros were withdrawn from my account although I have already paid for the tickets.

Therefore, It is illegal to withdraw money from people's accounts ONE MONTH AFTER they have ALREADY paid for the tickets.

eDreams They will never refund you even airline refund them

So even airline refund them immediately they won't give the money to you. I have contacted airline, they refund in the same day but now a month has passed, I never received eDream refund.

I will consider to make legal actions to them. This is unacceptable, it should be immediately banned from Canada.

eDreams Purchased airline tickets through eDreams with no tickets issued

RE: Order [protected]

Name on tickets: Michael Cosmano (and family) and Scott Parente (and family)

This is a follow up email to finalize our re-booking, since none of my calls have resulted in tickets.

The tickets are in the names of the Cosmano and Parente families. We bought the tickets for them and are working on changing the dates on the tickets for them.

As a summary please be advised that we purchased 9 tickets through eDreams on March 21, 2021. Those tickets were for flights in December 2021. On September 3, 2021, we requested for those tickets to be converted to open tickets in anticipation of re-booking in December 2022. At the time South Africa Airlink offered open tickets with no fees for up to two years.

Several calls have been made to eDeams as we began the process of re-booking. In each call I was told that the change was recognized and that I should get an email or phone call confirmation within 48 hours; none were received. I have listed below the timline of these calls. This was one of several unfulfilled promises that I have received concerning this issue.

I have included a list of dates and names of the people at your company that I have contacted over the course of the past 9 months.

It is imperative that this issue is resolved quickly and that someone from your company will confirm with me the re-booking. As a reminder I want all 9 tickets re-booked to the following flights:

December 26, 2022

SA Airlink Flight #4Z657, CPT to HDS

December 29, 2022

SA Airlink Flight #4Z872, HDS to JNB

then Flight # 4Z901, JNB to CPT

My expectation is that you will immediately respond to this latest request. I will no longer call your office, wait for an hour to get an answer only to be told that I will get an email or phone call reply in several days. Frankly this experience has been very unprofessional and does not reflect positively on your company. Unfortunately, I will be forced to pursue other avenues to resolve this issue if you are unable to respond immediately to this email.

• Email from Victor S. to [protected]@aol.com indicating we should be able to change the flights online using “my booking”

September 14, 2021 Raj I told him that I was still waiting for information, he promised a call back in 3 to 5 days.

September 21, 2021 Jian He told me that someone would call me back within 48 hours.

October 15, 2021 ? I called again to confirm we could book by June of 2022 for flights in December 2022. He confirmed that I could change tickets to an open booking. Airlink policy allowed a two-year open ticket according to their website.

December 7, 2021 Jian He turned tickets into open tickets with the requirement to rebook by June 30, 2022 with no charge if the ticket prices were the same.

May 23, 2022 Muskan I asked to rebook tickets for Dec. 26, 2022, CPT to HDS and Dec 29, 2022, HDS to CPT. He told me that I would get an email within 48 hours with the new tickets.

June 4, 2022 Abhinad He told me that the request is in the system, and I should get an email or call back on June 6 with the new tickets.

June 7, 2022 Abhishdk He told me that I will definitely get an email by June 10 with the new tickets.

June 14,2022 Khyati She told me that they are still waiting to hear from airlink. Promised to escaplate and to expect some response. I told her that I have heard this before and expect at least a response with some further information.

June 16,2022 Khyati I told her that I was still waiting for a response. She promised to escalate the issue and promiseed a return call. She claimed that they were still waiting for the airline to confirm the change.

June 23,2022 Anwesha I explained the issue to her , she put me on hold and tried to contact the airline with no success. She said she would have someone call me back in 24 hours. I told her that I have heard this several times and don't believe her. She would not transfer me to anyone else. She gave me the following email address to send an email. June 23,2022 Sent email to edreams address given. Received an autoresponse and filled out the on line forms requesting help. Case number [protected]

June 24,2022 Rishabh Told him the same story, he said someone would call within 4 to 5 hours.
