Can anyone let me know what the outcome of the case against Mark Marshall came out?
I can not seem to find the verdict and he is about to build in my neighborhood.
I don't want the construction to be left abandoned like the building on Murfreesboro Rd.

Can anyone tell me if the suit was resolved, Mark Marshall is about to build in my neighborhood and would like to know if it also will become an abandoned property.
