Eckler's Corvette Poor Service and Damaged Products from Eckler's Corvette - A Warning to Others

I recently made an order on Eckler's Corvette website and was disappointed with the service I received. Firstly, I never received an email confirming my order or providing me with tracking numbers. This made it difficult for me to keep track of my package and know when to expect it. When the first box finally arrived, it was damaged by my dog. I usually put my dog in his kennel when I know packages are coming, but unfortunately, I forgot this time.

I called customer service to ask for tracking information, and they promised to email it to me when my other items shipped. Two days later, two more packages arrived, and the same thing happened. I called customer service again, and they assured me that they would send an email with tracking information. However, I had to wait for a week for the last package to arrive, and it was damaged along with the product inside, which was worth over $230 of weather stripping.

At this point, I was very upset and called them back. However, their representative told me that there was no record of me ever calling prior to this. I was shocked that they could not email me a tracking number or order information. It made me question the kind of place Eckler's Corvette is. They still email me promotions every day, but most of the items I need are exempt from promotions, making the emails useless.

I have decided to take my business elsewhere and would advise others to stay away from Eckler's Corvette. If you want to try and make this right, my customer number is ***-000.

Eckler's Corvette Disappointing Experience with Eckler's Corvette: Lack of Communication and Duplicate Shipment

I recently made an order with Eckler's Corvette (ecklerscorvette.com) for a total of $108.25. Unfortunately, I did not receive a confirmation email after placing my order and became concerned that it had not been received. After spending hours on the phone with various representatives, I was finally informed that they had not received my order and that they would place it right then and there (Order number ***0001).

A few days later, I received my items in the mail, but to my surprise, I received the same items again a few days after that. I contacted the company to inform them of their mistake, but was told that I would have to pay for shipping if I wanted to return the duplicate items for a refund. I was willing to return the items, but I was not willing to pay for their mistake. I had already spent so much time dealing with this company, and their lack of organization and accuracy had caused this error in the first place.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Eckler's Corvette. While I did eventually receive my order, the lack of communication and the mistake with the duplicate shipment left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that they can improve their processes and customer service in the future to avoid similar issues.

Eckler's Corvette Exceptional Customer Service from Eckler's Corvette: A Review

I recently placed an order on Eckler's Corvette website on the 26th of last month. To my surprise, the package was shipped the very next day. I was excited to receive my order, but when I checked the USPS tracking, I noticed that the package was floating around Atlanta and then, for some unknown reason, ended up back at Eckler's in Florida! I was a bit frustrated and confused, so I decided to give them a call to sort out what happened.

I must admit, the hold time was a bit long, but let's be real, we all have things to do while waiting on the phone. I personally worked on my car, painted my bedroom, and even read a book while waiting. It's not a big deal, especially when you consider that even at restaurants, you have to wait for your food, especially if it's any good!

Finally, Kathleen A. picked up the phone, and I explained the issue to her. She was extremely apologetic and promised to investigate the matter. She assured me that she would get back to me by the end of the day. True to her word, I received an email from her at the end of the day, stating that she was still looking into it and would get back to me in the morning.

The next day, I received a call from Kathleen A. around lunchtime, and she informed me that the problem had been solved. She also promised that my package would be on my doorstep in a few days, thanks to FedEx. I was relieved and grateful for her excellent service, fast follow-up, and complete resolution to my problem.

I must say that I am impressed with the quality of service I received from Eckler's Corvette, especially Kathleen A. She went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved, and I received my package as promised. Today, the package showed up on my doorstep, nicely packed, and looking like a real quality piece. I am thrilled with my purchase and grateful for the excellent service I received from Eckler's Corvette. Thank you, Kathleen A., for your outstanding service!

Eckler's Corvette Terrible Customer Service Experience with Eckler's Corvette - Stay Away!

So, I was looking for an electrical door switch for my Corvette and I found Eckler's Corvette website. I was excited to find the part I needed and I quickly placed my order using my credit card. However, things didn't go as planned. I never received the part and I had to call customer service several times. Each time I called, I had to wait on hold for over 2 hours! When I finally got through to someone, they gave me the runaround and told me that the part was on backorder from an outside vendor. I decided to cancel my order, but I never heard back about my refund.

After waiting for over 2 weeks, I finally received an email saying that my refund would be processed in 5-7 business days. I thought everything was going to be okay, but I was wrong. It's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't received my refund. I tried emailing the employee who sent me the message about my refund, but I didn't get a response. I also tried calling his extension several times, but he was never available to take my call. It seems like he's too busy to help other customers.

I tried calling back and talking to someone else, but no one was available. The recording kept telling me that they have high call volume 24x7, but I don't believe it. They also suggested that I email them instead of waiting on hold, but that didn't work either. They took over 5 days to respond to my email and their response was vague and didn't even answer my questions.

I have to say, I'm really disappointed with Eckler's Corvette. They claim to have award-winning customer service, but that's a joke. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. They don't know how to run a business and they don't care about their customers. I would advise anyone looking for Corvette parts to stay away from this company.

Eckler's Corvette Disappointing Experience with Eckler's Corvette: Delayed Shipment, Poor Customer Service, and Wrong Parts Received

My husband and I ordered leaf springs for his 78 Nova and the install kit from Eckler's Corvette on 03/25/2021. We chose Eckler's because it said the parts were in stock. Unfortunately, when we paid for the install kit and $55.10 for shipping on 03/27/21, we later found out that the parts were not actually in stock. We received an email on 03/31 that our shipment was delayed, which was disappointing but understandable given the current circumstances.

As time went on, we became increasingly frustrated with the lack of updates on our order. In June, I sent an email to inquire about the status of our order. In September, I sent another email for an update. Finally, in November, we received a response that our leaf springs were now on back order but should be arriving soon.

Unfortunately, my husband passed away on January 4th, before we received our order. On January 20th, we received an email that the springs had been shipped. On February 3rd, I sent an email asking for an update on their whereabouts. I received an email on February 4th that the card on file was inactive, so I called and paid it. I finally received tracking information, but when I called on February 17th to ask about their location, I was told by customer service that they did not know what happened to them.

After a frustrating experience with customer service, they replaced the order with another set and I received them that weekend. However, upon inspection about 3-4 days later, I noticed that they were a totally different order number. My husband had ordered a 68-79 Nova 5 leaf spring set, but what I received was a 67-69 Camaro 5 leaf spring set. According to their website, it would not fit.

I have spent the past three weeks sending numerous emails and calling countless times to resolve this issue. Yesterday, I spent an hour and a half on the phone with them. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. It has been a frustrating and disappointing experience dealing with Eckler's Corvette. I would not recommend shopping here for auto parts or anything else. It is not a reliable source for anything and will only cause unnecessary stress.

Eckler's Corvette Eckler's Corvette: Terrible Customer Service and Rip-Offs

I recently ordered a gas tank kit from Eckler's Corvette, which they claimed was "The Most Complete Kit on the Market". I paid the full price for the kit, but unfortunately, the gas tank sending unit was back-ordered and I did not receive it with the rest of the parts. I waited patiently for nine months, hoping that the back-ordered part would arrive soon.

Finally, I received an email from Eckler's Corvette, informing me that I needed to pay more money to receive the part that I had already ordered and paid for in the previous year. To make matters worse, my wife received a call from their accounts receivable lady, who was quite unpleasant and demanded that I pay them right away.

When I called them back to inquire about the situation, I left a message with my name and number, asking them to call me back. Later on, I received an email stating that I owed more money. I gathered all the information showing my payment and emailed them back, but I received another call saying that I still owed money.

I tried to explain that the part had already been paid for and told them the date and the amount, but the accounts receivable lady kept cutting me off and refused to listen to me. She said she had to talk to her manager and hung up on me.

I decided to call their customer service department, but after being on hold for a half hour, the same person answered the phone that I had previously talked to. She didn't seem happy to talk to me again and kept cutting me off, which was quite irritating.

I asked her for my refund and was told that "I can order my part again and pay for it or get lost". I was then hung up on again. This experience was extremely frustrating and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is horrendous and they rip you off.

Eckler's Corvette Disappointing Experience with Eckler's Corvette: Missing Parts, Poor Customer Service, and No Refund

I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about my experience with Eckler's Corvette. I used to have some good interactions with them back in the day when they were under different leadership, but ever since they sold the company to new folks before 2006, things just haven't been the same.

So, here's what happened. I gave Eckler's a call to order an interior kit for my 1956 Chevy. I told the associate what model I had, and they ordered what they said was the right kit for me. But when the kit arrived, it was missing some parts. I figured we could still make it work, so we had an upholsterer put the front seat on, and that was fine. But when they went to put on the back seat, it just didn't fit right. It had these weird "dog ears" in the top corners, and it was too short.

I reached out to Eckler's to see if we could get the right product or a refund, since we had spent over $2,500 on this kit that they told us we needed. But they basically told us that we had ordered the wrong kit, even though we had given them all the right information. We've been fighting with them for a year now, and it's been a real headache. We've talked to several different representatives, but two of them don't even work for the company anymore.

They told us to send back the product, and that they would deduct the cost of the front seat from the kit. They said they would send us return labels, but they only sent us one label when we had four boxes to return. I had to contact them again to get the other three labels, which took another week. And then, when we sent everything back, they said they didn't receive all four boxes. Luckily, I had saved all the tracking numbers, so I was able to prove that we had sent everything back. But even with all that, they still haven't given us a refund.

It's been a real bummer, because we haven't been able to enjoy our classic car for the past year. We've missed out on three big car shows already, and we might miss out on two more. It's just not right. If you call a company to order something, they should be able to get it right and ship you everything you need.

Honestly, I don't think Eckler's really understands classic cars. If they did, they would have fixed this situation a long time ago. We've been patient, but if we don't get our refund by Wednesday like they promised, we're going to have to call our credit card company and our lawyer. It's just not fair that we're out nearly $2,500 and still don't have the product we need.

Eckler's Corvette Ecklers Corvette Review: Incompetent Leadership and Dysfunctional Systems Cause Huge Headaches for Customers

Ecklers Corvette is a company that I would not recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase automotive parts. I used to think that they were a good company, but it seems like they have fallen under the leadership of some of the most incompetent people in any industry. Recently, they went through a systems change and the consequences of it are enough to bury this company.

I ordered a part for my car about 10 days ago and to my surprise, Ecklers managed to send the part to their own company! When I called to ask about the status of my order, I was assured that they had corrected things and the part was on its way to me. However, this was a complete lie! I was told this lie by two different people within customer service. I ultimately had to work with a case manager and even he was not able to provide any real assistance.

Imagine a company's ordering system being so screwed up for a week and a half and how many thousands of orders must have been impacted! I also ordered another parts kit which contained multiple parts and a key part was missing from the kit. They did not bother to tell me in advance that the part was backordered. I guess they just wanted to surprise my shop when they opened the box. You would also think it would have crossed their minds to run a parallel ordering system and ensure the new system was functionally operational before taking down the old one! But they clearly never properly tested the new system. Who does such crummy work?! Thank God they don't make airplane engines.

The best thing this company could do is get rid of its entire IT department because they are incompetent to the point of endangering the entire company. Heads should also roll at the top for the fiasco they oversaw with the new, dysfunctional system. Accountability would be welcomed here.

I emailed the CEO, President, head of HR and head of IT in my complaint email. I don't expect a response from any of them because they don't give a damn about their customers in reality. My guess is they are handsomely paid for the destruction they bring upon their own organization. I will never use this company again because they simply cannot be trusted to do the right thing and this has caused huge headaches for myself and I know for many, many others! FIND A BETTER PARTS VENDOR and save yourself a huge headache!

Eckler's Corvette Poor Customer Service Experience with Eckler's Corvette: Wrong Part, No Return Label, and Unhelpful Staff

I recently ordered a seat hinge cover in Claret Red for my 1980 Corvette from Eckler's Corvette. Unfortunately, when I received my order on December 13th, the part was black and unpainted, which was not the right color that I had ordered. I immediately called Eckler's on December 14th and spoke with Corey, who informed me that it was not their problem and that I would have to go to the sub-dealer who shipped the part. However, when I called the sub-dealer, they told me that I would have to deal with Eckler's. I called Eckler's back and spoke to Corey again, who made me feel like I was trying to steal the part. I asked to send pictures of the part, which I did, but when I called Eckler's on December 16th to confirm if they received the pictures, they said they never received them. I resent the pictures and was informed that it could take up to 2 months to resolve the problem. They would send me a return label, but when I called on December 20th, no return label was sent. I spoke with someone new who said they would send me a new return label, which I received on December 21st. However, when I tried to print the label, it was incomplete. I called Eckler's and informed them of the problem, and they said they were having this problem and would send another label. On December 30th, I called Eckler's again and spoke with Corey, who told me that it was the holidays and that it was not their problem. I would have to wait for the sub-dealer to take care of the matter. I told Corey that I bought the part from Eckler's, not the sub-dealer, and all I wanted was my $82.67 back or the part that I ordered. On January 4th, I called Eckler's corporation office and spoke to an HR person who was really nice and tried to help. She transferred me to Corey, who informed me that the holidays slowed everything down and that they would resend me a new shipping label by the end of the week. I told Corey that I was tired of being put off and lied to. If I didn't get this matter handled by the end of the week, I would file a complaint with the BBB and put a stop payment on my credit card. Corey informed me that if I did that, I would never be able to order any parts from them again. I told Corey that I spent over $2000.00 on parts from Eckler's before this problem with no issues. There are other companies I can order from that this would be no problem for me to take my business somewhere else. What a mess all over an $82.00 part sent to me in the wrong color. I was treated like I stole a part and/or changed the part out. I am the Constable of my county and work closely with the Naval base in our area. I have never been treated like this from any business before.

Eckler's Corvette Deceptive Shipping Times: My Disappointing Experience with Eckler's Corvette

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Eckler's Corvette. I was looking for a part for my car and found it on their website. It said it was in stock and would ship in 3-7 business days, so I went ahead and ordered it on May 24th, 2022.

But two weeks went by and I still hadn't received any shipment or tracking information. So I decided to call them up and see what was going on. And you won't believe what they told me - it was actually gonna take 70-75 days to ship! Can you believe that?

I was so disappointed and frustrated. I had missed out on multiple car shows because I was counting on that part being delivered in a timely manner. If they had been upfront about the shipping time, I never would have ordered from them in the first place.

I saw another review from a guy named Ray who said he felt like the service was deceitful and unacceptable, and I totally agree. I don't think I'll ever do business with Eckler's again. And based on the other reviews I've seen, it seems like this kind of thing is pretty typical for them. So if you're thinking about ordering from them, I would seriously recommend looking elsewhere.

Eckler's Corvette Prompt Delivery but Unprofessional Billing: My Experience with Eckler's Corvette

I recently made a purchase from Eckler's Corvette and I must say that I was quite impressed with the prompt delivery of my order. The product was exactly what I was looking for and I had no issues with it whatsoever. However, my experience with this company took a turn for the worse when I received a bill in the mail a month after receiving my order. To my surprise, the bill had a RED PAST DUE stamp in the middle of the page and I was being asked to pay an additional $3.66.

Now, I have been ordering products online for quite some time and I have never received an additional bill in the mail from any company. I was quite taken aback by this and I felt like I was being scammed. When I contacted the company representative to inquire about this, I was told that it was due to an issue with PAYPAL's tax collection system. However, I had placed another order through them after this incident and I did not face any issues with improper tax collection through PAYPAL.

I must say that I am quite disappointed with my experience with Eckler's Corvette. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior from any other company that I have dealt with. It is quite unfortunate that I will not be doing business with them again, all because of a measly $3.66.

Eckler's Corvette Eckler's Corvette Review: Unreliable and Poor Customer Service for Auto Parts

I gotta say, Eckler's Corvette ain't the best place to get your auto parts. I ordered a part for my 1970 Ford Torino on July 8th and didn't hear a peep from them until July 15th. I tried calling them, but was on hold for over an hour. Ain't nobody got time for that! So, I went on their website and used the chat option. They told me the part would ship in 2 days, but it didn't. I called them again on July 21st and finally got through to someone. They said the part was scheduled to be picked up by FedEx that day, but I ain't sure if that was just a coincidence or not.

Anyway, the part finally arrived on July 23rd, but it was the wrong part number. To make matters worse, they added an additional $22.61 for shipping and charged me $53.31 for the core charge. I sent the part back and they refunded the part and core charge, but they didn't refund the $43 for shipping. That ain't right!

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Eckler's Corvette to anyone. They ain't reliable and their customer service ain't great. Save yourself the trouble and find another place to get your auto parts.

Eckler's Corvette Disappointed with Eckler's Corvette: Poorly fitting bumper and bad business practices. Shop around for better options

I recently had an experience with Eckler's Corvette that left me feeling disappointed. I spent a considerable amount of money, over 3 thousand dollars, on a front bumper that ended up fitting poorly. I called in for a return and had no issues with the process. I then ordered a higher-priced bumper that fit much better, but when it came to making things right with my shipping costs, they fell short. This cost me around $60 or $70, which may not seem like a lot, but as someone who restores many older Corvettes, it adds up in the long run.

Overall, I was disappointed with the way Eckler's Corvette handled the situation. It was bad business on their part, and it ultimately lost them my business. I recently purchased a set of glass T-tops from one of their competitors for $1274.00, which they could have made had they made it right on the small amount of shipping.

As a shop owner, I urge others to shop around and find online stores that appreciate your business. There are many other sellers out there offering quality Corvette parts, and I was able to save $155.00 on the glass T-tops from one of their competitors. So, buyer beware and do your research before making a purchase.

Eckler's Corvette Disappointing Experience with Eckler's Corvette: Unreliable Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I had some real issues with Eckler's Corvette. I ordered parts for my baby twice, and both times were a real hassle. The wait time for customer service was a real pain in the neck - I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes each time I called. And let me tell you, I called a lot.

The first time I ordered, I was told my parts would be delivered in two days. But that was six weeks ago, and I still don't have my parts. I mean, come on, guys. I'm not made of money - I can't just keep waiting around for parts that never show up.

So I called again today, and they told me my parts would be here in two days (again). But there are still parts on back order that won't be here for who knows how long. I'm just about ready to give up and buy my parts from someone else.

What really gets me is that I specifically asked if every item was in stock when I placed my initial order. And they told me everything was good to go. But clearly that wasn't the case. And to top it all off, I was dumb enough to buy the club membership. What a waste of money.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Eckler's Corvette to anyone. This place is a joke. Save yourself the hassle and buy from someone else.

Eckler's Corvette Eckler's Corvette Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Communication

I recently bought a set of gauges from Eckler's Corvette website and boy, was I excited! I mean, who wouldn't be? Gauges are the perfect way to add some style and functionality to your ride. However, my excitement was short-lived when I realized that my credit card was charged $475 right away. I received an order confirmation email that said I would be notified when my order shipped. But after two weeks, I still hadn't received any notification.

I tried calling their customer service number, but I was put on hold for 45 minutes on two separate occasions. I never got to speak to a real person. I was getting frustrated, so I decided to send an email. But guess what? I didn't receive any response. I was starting to think that I had been scammed.

To make matters worse, when I clicked on the link in the order confirmation email to check on my order, it couldn't find or confirm my order. I was so confused and frustrated. I decided to reach out to the gauge manufacturer, and they told me that they weren't currently producing the gauges I had ordered.

At this point, I just wanted to cancel my order and buy gauges from another vendor. But I couldn't do that because of the nonexistent customer service at Eckler's Corvette. However, I did notice that the charge had been dropped from my credit card.

Overall, my experience with Eckler's Corvette was disappointing. I was excited to buy gauges from them, but the lack of communication and customer service was frustrating. I hope they can improve their service in the future so that other customers don't have to go through what I did.

Eckler's Corvette Eckler's Corvette Review: Good Deal Turned Bad

So, I got this postcard from Eckler's Corvette, saying they'd give me $15.00 off if I spent over $15.01. I thought, "Hey, that's a pretty good deal!" I had a bunch of parts I needed for my Corvette, so I figured I'd give them a try. I mean, why not, right?

I needed a Relay that cost $20.00, so I ordered it and used the coupon. But then I saw that they charged my credit card for the full amount. I was like, "What the heck?" So I called them up and talked to this really nice lady. She said they'd adjust the amount when they billed me, and she gave me the right amount to expect. She also said the part was in stock, which was good to hear.

But then, almost three weeks went by and I still hadn't gotten my part. And the pending charge on my credit card disappeared. I was like, "Uh oh, what's going on here?" So I called them up again, and they couldn't find my order. I was pretty upset, especially since I'd spent $1,800.00 with them before and never had any problems.

I gotta say, Eckler's has some big management issues. Like, huge. I'm not sure I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon.

Eckler's Corvette Unreliable and Disappointing: My Experience with Ecklers Corvette

Ecklers Corvette is not a good place to buy from. They lost my first order even though I had an order number! It took them a few days to cancel my order and re-order the item. I didn't hear anything from them for a while, so I called them five days later to see what was going on with my second order. They told me that it was on back order for two months. I decided to wait because their description said that it was made to the exact specifications of the original, by the original supplier to GM.

After waiting for two months, the part finally arrived, but it was not to the exact specifications as the original. I was also disappointed to find out that they had the part on sale when I finally received it, but they wouldn't honor the sale price. I suggest that you buy from Amazon, EBay, RockAuto, Corvette Central, Southern Auto Parts, or several other quality companies that will take care of you. Ecklers doesn't deserve your money, and you'll get better treatment elsewhere.

Eckler's Corvette Eckler's Corvette: Poor Customer Service and Unresolved Issues

I recently bought a L88 hood for my 1981 Corvette from Eckler's Corvette website. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I noticed some problems with it and it was too high for my liking. Since I had already disposed of the box it came in, I decided to order a stinger hood instead and return the L88 when the new one arrived. I paid for the stinger hood and returned the L88, but I have been having trouble with their customer service ever since.

I have been trying to call them for weeks to see why I have not been credited back for the L88 hood, but every time I call, I am put on hold for hours. I have also sent them numerous emails, but all I get in response is that I was not charged for the L88 hood because the order was canceled. However, my account was still charged and the hood was delivered, so I am not sure what is going on.

Their customer service is a joke, and I would not recommend buying your Corvette parts from them. I have been dealing with this issue for over a month now, and I have not received any help or support from Eckler's customer service. I am now considering getting the attorney general and the better business bureau involved to get my $1300 plus dollars back.

In conclusion, I am extremely disappointed with Eckler's Corvette and their non-existent customer service. I would advise anyone looking to buy Corvette parts to look elsewhere.

Eckler's Corvette Disappointing Experience with Eckler's Corvette: A Warning to Potential Buyers

I ordered a whole bunch of parts from Eckler's Corvette towards the end of 2016, and I gotta say, I was pretty excited about it. The sales rep I talked to was real nice and said that if I ordered everything at once, I'd get a discount and free shipping. Sounded like a pretty sweet deal to me, so I went ahead and did it.

Now, I gotta admit, I'm not the fastest when it comes to getting things done. I told the sales agent that my falcon was going through a complete restoration and it might take me a year, maybe even a year and a half, to get everything done. But he said that was no problem, as long as I didn't open any of the parts until I was ready to use them. And if there were any issues, they'd take care of it. Seemed like a pretty good deal to me, so I went ahead and ordered everything.

Fast forward to now, and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed. The carpet they sent me is all wrong, the rear quarter panel letters won't work, and the front fender emblem has the paint peeling off. I tried to get in touch with them to see if they could help me out, but they said I had the parts for too long and there was nothing they could do. I tried to explain what the sales agent had told me, but they didn't seem to care.

Honestly, I gotta say, they're the worst company I've ever dealt with. And I've dealt with a lot of companies, let me tell you. I've restored a bunch of falcons, and I was planning on doing some corvette work too. But after this, I don't think I'll be buying anything from them again. Maybe they don't realize that word gets around, you know?
