One of the worst experiences in my whole merchandising career. I have worked with several merchandising companies and this is a total scam job. I reviewed many complaints from indeed.com etc... and have had same bad experience with them. No support whatsoever. Work was always inconsistent. Trying to get in touch with manager was like pulling teeth. Would never answere phone or return phone call. I completed work and when I got home to submit the work on my computer my work assignments disappeared. I did the work and now I will not get paid. Scam! Beware. Apparently manager will delete them from your work assignment without any notice or reason. Will not answer phone or e-mails. I assume she is pocketing money herself and claiming she did work. I don't know for sure, company too unprofessional to comment. Pamela Rowlands was her name. Anyone in the Reading Area, beware! I went above her head to complain and was fired pronto. Same comments and scenario as other complaints I have read.

Pamela Rowland’s is giving me issues too .. she is covering the district I work as a merchandiser for .. she is rude and awful . She deleted multiple assignments of mine .. I just don’t know what to do bc I need to make money but I’m getting screwed out of my money

I am having the same problems in Louisiana with Shirley westfall... y'all beware...I asked for more hours and they put me on leave because I called her on out having favorite employees that she gives most of the work to even on slow months... I was getting 6-8 hours a week and I asked and asked for work and when the company was actually getting busy again she put me on leave because I kept complaining and I also tried going above her head to a corporate manager and she was exactly like Shirley. So you don't want to waste your time on working for this company. I hope this helps people be aware of what they do to employees

My husband and I were doing a job for this crap of a company and due to the horrible working conditions we left and now they don't want to pay us. #### we don't work for free and I am filing a lawsuit against them

I thought that I was the only one who had such issues with this company. When I started with driveline I was going into stores that had never even seen a driveline rep, and didn't even know what I was doing there. I worked for several months and I got the managers to work with me. We set everything up and I did resets and got everything organized in four stores. Then, suddenly one week I had an emergency and was unable to complete all of my work by Friday. My DM erased all the work from list and refused to give me any other work unless I could work every day between 8 and 5. The stores that I was working in preferred me to come in the late evenings when it wasn't as busy and I could have room to move around and do the work. I kept receiving emails about how my team needed workers, but the DM would not give me ANY hours. I think I actually did too much work and the slack ### in this area wanted to continue to lie about work being completed. What a joke! I went above the DM to the regional and was basically laughed at and lied on. Run from this bunch of lazy, rude scam artists.

I was just filling in the paperwork to become an employee of driveline When reading some of the trems i became a little uneasy with some of the content, so did a search. Very glad i did thanks for the heads up on this company i shall search for alternative work. Thank the lord for the internet :)

If you have the ability to travel, SASR is a good company to work for. I worked for them remodeling Family Dollar stores. I have 3 kids and can't travel, so had to find something else.

I am complaining about this company I worked for, Driveline, that first of all worked alot of hours for little jpbs that would pay nothing. Second, had other employees lied about me then it was blamed on me. Third, was in my opnion the only one in this area that cared enough to make the managers of Dollar General happy, even went back to redo resets that werent just mine to correct and get an email saying I was terminated due to increasing my hours ( falsification of hours). I am totally over this job, the only employees they have left are the ones that have issues with other managers all the time. No, I agree with the other complaints I have read, they do not care about you as an employee. If you work overtime on a job they get really out of whack about that when its only a couple of hours. Yes, I would love to report this to BBB and to dare them not to pay me my last paycheck. I will certainly take them to the labor board and seek an attorney. Worst company I have ever worked for!

I will not let them get away with this

I have tried to work with Donna allfather and Crystal Stultz Driveline Management . They refuse to pay me.

I am truly sorry for bothering you with this situation. I understand how busy you are. However, I continue to either get paid late for a project or not at all. My time for projects I get is being split with people that did not complete the projects with me. There are over 70 projects I have completed on my portal that I have not been paid for.(have proof) I have completed work only to go back on the Portal and I have to resubmit the work. Now that I am complaining that I continue to not be paid for completed work. Crystal is not giving me any work? Why am I being retaliated against? I just ask to be paid for work completed. She refuses to pay me on time for my projects or just not at all. I'm a good worker and what is being done is unfair. I have gone hungry as long as 4 days because crystal never put my work in when Portal was not working in the beginning of my employment.

There are stores that claim crystal is calling them trying to get them to complain about me. One stated they have worked the store for 3 years and never once did crystal call them. I have gone without food to have gas to get to work and yet still I continue to either get paid late or not at all. I am a hard worker who just wants to get paid for my work. Now I am not getting any work by Crystal and I feel it is because I continue to complain that I am not getting paid . Thank the good lord I have proof . Why can't I just go to work and be paid without worrying about these things? All I have asked of crystal is to be paid on time. That's all . I spoke with a prior employer whom had the same exact problem, causing him to quit because it was happening to frequently. Not getting paid was causing him to go into debt.

I have all work I submitted with proof of completion and yet I continue to be paid whenever Crystal decides. It has been 2 months that I am waiting for projects I did that I am not paid for? Crystal asked me to catch up the stores and I did. Most were seven projects behind. I caught every store up. Yet, I have not been paid.

Driveline is a good company and I am honored to be employed by them. However, Driveline must be aware of the fact I am not getting paid on time and 70 projects completed by me, I have yet to be paid for. This needs to come to someone's attention at Driveline that will help me.

I am a simple woman whom causing no problems for anyone. But how can I survive if I am spending all my money on gas to complete projects I know I will either not get paid for or will be a month or two before I get paid. Its a terrible feeling to wonder everyday if I will get paid for my projects. I just want to go to work and get paid . That's all.

Now that I am complaining I see on the portal I cant submit work because all projects say status 0.. Not update. I dare not ask crystal to get paid now that I see she is trying to get rid of me. I would enjoy this job so much more if I was guaranteed a pay check for my completed projects.

Please help me if you can? I enjoy working for Driveline. I just want to be paid is all. I am starting to get scared I will be fired for telling someone .

This company is run by a hedge fund. you never get a raise unless you beg, then it takes forever,
Mileage and drive time was changed so you dont get paid your miles or time...and get this, both are calculated the same..so on your pay sheet, the numbers are the same. Go figure.
You cant call anyone but your DM.on the phone. Ive NEVER worked for a company where you cant contact HR, payroll or a live person at the office. Everything is email.
They take on all this work by low balling the rest of the bids from other companies( im sure) and there isnt enough GOOD help to work the large resets.
Plus the work they have been taking on is ridiculous...working in freezers in Walmart resetting pizzas and ice cream. Get real. Everybody is sick .The reps for these products should be resetting their own items. They make much more than we do.
For large projects that the Paying account requires a certain number of staff...well, its staffed with names...the actual person doesnt show up or confirm so the good people( and IDK why we all stay working for such a crappy company) have to do the brunt of the work. So the DM, s are lying to the accounts by staffing with people who dont show up for work or AREN'T even on the payroll.
I would say RUN...fast and quick away from Driveline.

Driveline does not work in Walmart doing resets anymore. At least in this part of Georgia.
They have gotten bad because now they're hiring people for $15-$16 an hour but those of us who've been there longer are lucky to get $10 an hour.
And there's an another rep that I know works extremely hard and every time that they ask her to do something extra she jumps on it and does it but yet they treat her like a dog.

I googled these people before signing on with them. Class Action Lawsuit August 2014. I had already started the paperwork process before googling. Come to find when it came to signing documentation, payroll sheet says pay rate $10/hr when over the phone I was told $13 even though in the text back and forth the person representing this company says it was $12.50. I have docs and texts so I'm not making this up. I ask for documentation stating the pay rate show $12.50 before signing on and I was told to have a nice day. I can see why there is negative feedback on line.

I've never had a problem getting paid the actual time that I work. And I've had to go behind people that "say" they did the work. Falsified their reports AND got paid for lying. I get more work than I want sometimes because of people like that, so if it doesn't work for you... then get a job where you have to be controlled by a time clock.

been with this company two years...why i am not sure...go to work come home jobs are gone contact dm sit and wait and wait i have worked in retail over thirty years this comapny is an embarrassment lying dm, regional no better i see there is a lawsuit pending...gonna join it

I am with unicorn they rip you off worked for them too spent way more on gas & wear on vehicle than they ever paid for sometimes no mileage paid at all didn't do much good to talk to dm had project took us 2 hrs longer than allotted time they would not pay--real rip off
was a very stupid time consuming reset would like to see the one that set it up do it on time
if you can work for them and make money without being totally stressed out then you are lucky
stay away from them if you can SPAR isn't much better lucky to ever get any mileage from them

If they will talk to the DM and let him/her know you went over the allotted time, they will let you have the amount of extra time. All you have to do is email him/her and put the store #, date and the amount of actual time you spent on that job. This has happened to me a couple of times because the Store manager made me stay a lot longer to satisfy them before they would sign off on my project. My DM is very understanding and if it was not for this job, I would be in the poor house. I work 3 days for an Insurance Office and 3 days for Driveline. This job certainly supplements my pay. I would be lost if I did not have this income.

Have you ever done a Neilsen audit for Driveline? They never really tell you how much you get paid and the work order says 1 minute. Long story short, I got screwed out of 10 hours. At Walmart I scanned over 4 hours and was paid 15 minutes. I scanned a Brookshires 4 hours, paid only 46 minutes, also a United 4.5 hours only paid 50 minutes. Apparently you get paid by how many barcodes you scan, how much though, who knows. It would help if the application you used to scan actually worked. That's why it takes so long it won't pick up the barcode 99% of the time. I think new employees must get put on the Neilsen Audits because they don't know any better. It didn't take me long to learn. I'll get my 10 hours back, by extending actual time I work on upcoming projects. I learned by example!

Yes I do agree. I worked for this company well over a year. They rip you off and in all reality YOU PAY THEM to work there. They manage this because they pay you by the minutes. Then mileage they pay you less then .25 a mile then tell you after you drive over 30 they pay . They don't . You can drive 100 miles and you will get 0 to 18.00 every 2 weeks. Speaking from first hand. So when you total things up with just your mileage coming and going you are working for less then 2.00 an hour. And the job pays only 5.00 if you get paid 30 minutes. So 2.50 if it is 15 minutes. Work is handed out by dm and when they have picks you will get no work. Payroll is non reachable by phone and if they know they owe you money you will get no response from them. But now if you ask about why you did not get a referral bonus they will answer and tell you oh you did not fill out the proper forms. 2 times I got burnt on that. Then while working they want you to advertise for them to get more people. Ha I advertise real well and tell everyone I know or asks to stay away. You pay them to work . And I will continue to advertise every place I can and every chance I can run they down. NEVER in my life I have left a job hanging. This one I dropped 7 or 8 stores in there lap not knowing what was going on other then jobs have been left NOT completed. Sad I spent over a year at this place. So beware if you work here. They rip you off on pay and mileage. Hope someday they do get sued or shut down. And I will continue to advertise for them. I have worked for other companies and none of them do this kind of stealing from you like they do. They mostly pay by the hour not minutes. Master merchandiser but not paid but 2.50 an hour. Figure it out people this company is making money off the stores and the employees. What a racket. I feel some pay back in leaving them holding jobs not done. Haha to you but I'm sure they will find another to take the place of my pay to keep paying the company for work. Good luck and beware of what you are getting into.
