Dream Singles review: Online dating membership wrongful removal/ blocked

I have been using Dream Singles dating app for the past 14 months.

I have met in the past 5 months my soulmate & we were planning on meeting in the very near future that is until Dream Singles pod of colleagues decided to play judge & jury & blocked me on the wrongdul ground of abusive conduct (flatly denied & unfounded or substantiated).

This particular staff member has appeared in previous complaint(s) put up on your website, however, she and her colleague decided despite my numerous attempts both written & verbal to request not to speak with her or her colleagues but independently to the manager who could independently evaluate the numerous attempts (commenced 19th Sept, Wendesday left unanswered call(s) revert(s) to voicemail leaving Visa debit payment instructions to deduct as normal & previously occurred event $99 for 50 repeat message texts under my diamond membership & to phone back)

I had made every possible effort to pay in advance of my girl friends imminent birthday 24th Sept & my monthly renewal on May 1st.

What happened in between was a no reply followed by a need to introduce a new Revolut Visa Debit whereby, having failed to deduct or phone back in 48hrs approx

I afforded them this new Visa debit.

Again, no phone back but voice & email left requesting some ex gratia free text to tide me over my girlfriends birthday (2 free texts which I am grateful for) but I still wished to exercise my standard purchase.

Ended up anxious & fed up of a now show on over the phone as normal Visa payment

Ended up transacting to online push payments one €.92 cent payment noted in my history payment the other €92 was pending (sent the payment link 3 times)

Denied receiving it despite my sent mail confirming all 3. Ask her to open on Wends 26th she would not nor made a jot of sense

Accuse of talking over card, didn't want to resolve, asked for 24hrs etc I accused her of been purposefully obtuse.

Got blocked etc
