Billing edi issues
I have been calling evere other day to have someone at Dr Crono help with an EDI billing issue. They are blaming Anthem BCBS that its thier fault. I cannot talk to a human and when I do I am promised a call back that day and a month later noone has called me back. I have gotten timely filing on my claims and becaue of the neglagence with the Dr chrono team.
Claimed loss: $6000.00
Desired outcome: I would love someone to fix my billing issue and call back.

Absolute garbage!
Do not use company, support is never available they are hard to reach by phone and messages. Unconcerned with your issues when an representative do decide to contact you 4 to 5 hours later. Horrible customer support!
The site is always going down, rendering your business to operate in an professional matter for e-scripts to be sent. It is always something wrong with this site, avoid them by all means!
Yep. In addition to being super frustrating, and costing your business money, it makes you look incompetent to your patients, and erodes their trust in you.

False advertisement, False promises. Setup of EHR takes months and till then you pay them the subscription fee. They record everything you say, but makes false promises of giving you extra for no cost on non recorded line and then charge after you sign a contract with them. Beware, this is not a fair company to deal with. Their product too is worthless. You can create a better EHR on your MS database than this.

Unethical behavior - Constant spam delivered to me
The e-mails below tell the story. I can't imagine that anyone in the world would want to have anything at all to do with this bunch. It’s incredibly easy to use. That’s why we’ve been the #1 EHR platform in the iTunes Appstore for 5 years. Can I show you how it can help Right at Home get 30-40% more in reimbursements? Or is there maybe someone else I should reach out to? Refuse to issue refund
This company has horrible customer service. I was charged $3600 for services that were never received and now they just give me the run around every time I contact them. They transfer me back and forth to different people. Then say I'll be getting a refund, then they don't even know what they charged me so they're trying to refund me $798.00! Such a terrible way to do business and I am so disappointed.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Bad service
Drchrono is functionally not useable. They will likely fail unless they step back and Fix the multitude of problems that seem to worsen by the day with this program. Examples include frequent crashes, freezes, lost data, buttons that don’t respond, unreadable mixed up notes and on and on. The positive press is only coming from their company and not really their users. It is the right concept and what doctors are waiting for but very poorly executed.
I agree! They refuse to answer my request for a refund of $3600 for services they never provided and they only give me the run around every time I call them!
