On February 22, 2022, I had my *** Altima towed to *** of business at ***. *** agreed to do a motor swap on my car 'cause the motor was blown. Later on Feb 22, I went to *** and paid him $400 cash and he wrote out the agreement and reciept. We agreed on $1100 total costs for the motor replacement, including all labor, parts, storage, etc. Around April 14th, I went back to *** and paid him another $400 cash and he wrote out a hand-written reciept. He said he had to do an oil change and then install a motor on a van before starting on my car. It's now the end of May and he hasn't done any work on my car. He doesn't seem to have any plans to work on it or give me a refund. He told me to take my car off his property too.
