DMA Claims Services Abysmal customer service/terrible communication

Why doesn't anyone answer the phones?

Why doesn't anyone give me a call back after endless voicemails?

Why doesn't anyone respond to emails?

I have numerous questions and would love to actually speak to a real, live person. This is making an already stressful, inconvenience 10000 times more stressful!

Someone with Noblr Insurance hit my car and took full responsibility. Noblr used DMA David & Morse to handle claims. Had a claims open with them, they sent a settlement check and closed the claim. I was not satisfied with the settlement amount. I've never used the check as it's now expired. I've been reaching out to them to reissue the check. I also needed to know how to go about getting an amount closer to the amount that the body shop quoted me. They let me know that the repair shop should email a supplement to them. Which I'm skeptical about because this company is impossible to get in contact with via phone/email. I've seen numerous reviews of body shops not wanting to deal with DMA. I would also need a rental while my vehicle is being repaired. I have no idea how to go about this because no one responds to anything. Do they handle booking the rental? Do I pay out of pocket and pray that I'm able to reach someone for reimbursement? They've closed my claim but this claim is very much still open, due to the fact that my car is still fd up.

DMA Claims Services Claims

I have been trying to reach someone regarding my claim for MONTHS. I cannot get call back. No one will answer the phone when I call. Emails go unanswered.

It’s absurd!

My claim number is DMA-0256742. The craziest part of it all is all I need is a denial. I was delivering for Amazon flex at the time, however, I cannot proceed with their insurance until I get a denial from DMA.

Is there a special trick to actually talk to a person?

DMA Claims Services represents the interests of Turo Inc. they are delaying the settlement of my claim opened Oct 1st by not providing me the docs DMA Claims Services represents the interests of Turo Inc. I was provided a settlement letter for the total loss of my vehicle. The email & letter dated Nov 23, 2020 states that I need to sign a DMV Power of Attorney form and Lien Holder Authorization form. They failed to provide me with those documents. I requested them and it took 15 days for DMA to respond, only sending me the DMV Power of Attorney form. I requested the Lien Holder Authorization form and to date they have not responded.`

Claim # DMA-XXXXXXX. Horrible slow service, my car at the shop apart waiting for repair to be done. I have no car and no payment for damages, they drag payout. Its unacceptable, my car was covered and should be fixed right away without run arounds. I will be filing more claims and asking for more money for damages and waste of time!

DMA Claims Services My Turo rental vehicle was totaled July 4th

My Turo rental vehicle was totaled July 4th. 2.5 months later, no one is responding to me. I've called and emailed hundreds of times. My Turo rental vehicle was totaled on July 4th. I was passed onto multiple claims specialists, first Kimberly F, then Cynthia S, now Melisa M. It took about 3 weeks before someone could get to me and help me with my total loss claim. They blatantly ignore my calls and I know they screen them because they will answer with my name after I call multiple times. They have undervalued my claim and it takes about 2-3 weeks between every contact. I am currently dealing with Melisa M and every time I hear from her, which is every 2-3 weeks, she forgets everything about my case and we're back to zero. I have to explain the situation again and keep her on the phone or else I will not hear from her or anyone at DMA for 2-3 weeks. The vehicle comps they provided to me to determine the value of my vehicle have huge errors in 2 of the 3 vehicle comps and I cannot get anyone at DMA to call me back or address my issue. We're going on nearly 3 months to settle my claim. It is really shady that no one calls back despite my calling and emailing hundreds of times. Someone call me back! Claim #:

Unprofessional and Lack of urgency to resolve a claim in a timely manner. Over 40 Days since vehicle has been missing and is considered a total loss I was advised via Turo that DMA was handling my claim. After waiting over 30 days for information s to what happens next they advised me that they will proceed as a total loss and get me a valuation for my vehicle. it has been over 10 business days and i still do not have an eta or valuation to my vehicle. customer service does not exist. i leave multiple emails and voicemails over a span of 3 business days and still no answers. i refuse to be a victim to there unprofessionalism and will make sure i do everything in my power to make all future clients of there's are aware of there poor communication , professionalism & overall very slow process. Ideally how long does it take to put a value on a vehicle ? this is a 48-72 hr process at most via 90% of all insurance companies , so why is this such a long process ? , why am i suffering loss of my time & income due to the negligence of DMA and the duties they were tasked with from Turo inc. Bad adjuster practice leading to think DMA is a complete scam helping Sea Harbor Insurance avoid responsibilities. July 18 my vehicle was hit by an irresponsible driver that was texting while driving and ran through a red light. After trading information I found that he was insured by Sea Harbor and after contacting them I was turned over to a DMA claims adjuster by the name of Kenya Veil in Irving, TX. after submitting requested estimates, pictures and provided accident report, witness name and contact information I still cannot get a response back to what the status of my claim is, this is 3 months after the accident. I called today Sea Harbor only to find out that they are waiting for my pictures, after letting them know that I was actually told by DMA that my claim was being reviewed by their estimating department then I was informed that all the information was received just yesterday "3 months after the accident" which is ridicules'. I've called DMA rep Kenya Veil and no answer, I have emailed her multiple times and copied DMA and still no answer. I would like to warn the general public about this scam and the way DMA conducts business. If you are ever in an accident with Sea Harbor or in a situation with DMA you are probably better off seeking legal advise from a layer instead of trying to keep it simple which was my mistake. I am probably better off taking this matter to court instead of waiting for a response back. The sad part is that DMA and their rep don't care ! DMA Claims Services This is an insurance agency

This is an insurance agency. Kendra from dma claims. I had a car accident. (Was backed into by one of their insurees in March) can't get a call back. One of their insurees backed into my car in March. Since then I have had to make ANY and ALL contact. Which has been very little. The one handling my case is kendra. My claim number is dmaXXXXXXX. No one would ever answer or call back. I got in touch with them TWICE since the accident. They told me because of where I was hit, and supposedly a statement made at the accident I was 50% liable. But this was never reported to police, we handled it together. I got the guy that hit me on video saying it was his fault. I got three estimates, as they asked me to. It was going to run approx $2,300 to fix. Months and months go by, it's now December. I get ahold of kendra and she says "oh we sent a check out and it got returned, for wrong address" I asked her what was the amount for ...she said 50% and the check was for $469! How is that half of $2,300 fix? Also she put the check in my fiance's name who was not even at the accident? She says they'll send it back out...I have tried to reach her regarding this amount for two weeks now..with nothing but an immediate voicemail. I have left at least 10 voicemails and numberous emails. I have children that I drive my children in this car, that makes me so nervous because I'm still driving a messed up car. What are these damages doing to the rest of my vehicle for driving it like this so long? I wasn't in the wrong, so I shouldn't have to come out of pocket to get my car fixed. This company is a joke and has no customer service.

On or about 7/27 I reported a not at fault hit and run accident to the number provided by Seaharbor Insurance Agency. On or about 7/27 I reported a not at fault hit and run accident to the number provided by Seaharbor Insurance Agency, when reporting accidents. Claim number: DMA: XXXXXXX. Although my information was taken, it took several days and efforts to receive a return call. I did however, receive a letter documenting that the agent attempted several times to contact me which was materially false. Because the adjuster continued to avoid calls and not timely return messages although she was provided times of availability I had my vehicle towed at my own expense to Caliber Collision. After days of attempting to make contact I contacted a Mediator to attempt to settle the matter and immediately the adjuster began communicating. However, the adjuster still refused to come out to appraise the vehicle but demanded the body shop do so. The body shop complied and provided an estimate and pictures on or about August 5th. Although the amount was $11,000 the adjuster sent a partial payment of $6,100 on or about August 14th and has since refused to review the supplemental appraisal which was provided on or about August 12th. Not only has this claim taken more time than expected to resolve but have created an undue financial burden due to the deceptive trade practices the agency and adjuster have engaged in. We will not initiate any repairs until all known damages have been paid for. More importantly the adjuster have not taken into account all out of pocket expenses that continue to accumulate as a result of her tortuous interference to my contract.

DMA Claims Services A resolution to my current total lost claim where management does not return calls

A resolution to my current total lost claim where management does not return calls. I'm a current host on the Turo platform and as Turo puts it, due to the level of great service that I provide to my guest / customers, I'm what is considered to be a Power Host. What this means is that I would be assisted more promptly than say a regular host. Needless to say that has not been the case with this total loss claim that I submitted back on 7/24. On 7/24, I submitted a claim to Turo that my vehicle had experience severe damages by the Ture guest / customer who rented my 2018 Dodge Charger RT / Daytona 392. Upon opening the claim I was given claim #XXXXXX. As the damages were so extensive the claim had to be passed on to DMA Claim Services with Claim #DMA-XXXXXXX. As this is the normal process which I'm very familiar with since I've had multiple total losses unfortunately. Needless to say as the claim got presented to DMA on around 7/29, it took them a couple days to dispatch an adjuster to take a couple at the damages. A week and a half pasted by and the adjuster came out and completed his part. I was then informed that my car was considered to be a total loss on 8/7 and that I should here something in regards to the approval of the settlement in the next 3 to 5 days. I did not hear anything from anyone and then a few days later I was informed that my claim had been transferred to another person which I found later on through my multiple calls that she was a manager. The transfer occurred on 8/15 and I have been reaching ever since 17th and she has yet to return my calls. There's been multiple calls and everyone try's to get with her while being on the call with me and she always let them know that she would give me a call that same day and not once has she emailed or called me back to provide any aspect of update. Multiple customer service reps would send her an email copying the VP of the company as they would inform me and yet still no response from her which is so unprofessional as far as I'm concern. The settlement / valuation has been completed from ever since the 5th or 7th and all that needs to be done is for it to be approved and I've been trying to find out why is it taking so long to simply get an approval. As I mentioned earlier, I've had a couple previous total losses and actually for this same situation of DMA & Turo taking so long to process the claim, it has costed me $2500 out of pocket and I refuse to come out of pocket with that type of money due to the lack of DMA & Turo not processing the claim in a timely manner. The extended warranty and GAP companies have a certain time frame for them to receive the needed documents in order for them to process the claim and pay out their part. It's been over a month now and I'm making a 2nd payment on a car that's been a total loss according to Turo/DMA, so it's costing me money day in and day out while these folks continue to not move forward with the claim in a time manner. I simply need this to be completed and management needs to understand the importance of great customer service because that's the level of service that I provide to my / Turo guest / customers. Lastly, I just placed a call to that manager today before this complaint and she did not respond to the agent that tried to get her to reply for over 30 minutes of me being on the call with the rep. Thank you very much for your assistance

Its been over a month and two weeks and nothing has been provided I'm writing to complain about services not rendered as stated. On June 4th I rented my personal 2018 dodge challenger awd GT on turo to a guy named Travell. He came got the vehicle from my home. Then on June 8th a girl called me named Caribbeanqueen and informed me she had an accident. I told her she was not the renter and needed to be added by the renter. Afterwards, I met the young lady at the impound yard she told me she asked him to rent the dodge challenger and her girl friend used her credit card to book it. She was happy I was not mad however I was very upset and saw her arm inside a sling because she dislocated her shoulder. My compliant is that turo accepted Travell with a credit card that didn't match his name. The credit card was from another woman. Turo rental policy states the renters driver license and credit card must match. Reason I know this is because I asked what insurance did he chose and she informed me "we chose premium insurance coverage ". She told me on the 9th or 10th turo took the $500 from her credit card. Not the renters nor the female who was driving but the girl friend who let travell rent the car for the other female friend. These two girls just turned 21yrs of age and both rented dodge challengers for their birthday they told me so they made sure to get full coverage as advised by their parents. If turo would have caught this I would still have my custom awd 2018 custom dodge challenger Gt. I paid and put a *** of alot of money into that AWD GT 2018 dodge challenger which only had 6000 miles when I purchased and XXXXX miles from what i remember prior to being totaled. I even uploaded over 50 pages of custom work i did to the vehicle. DMA claims/and or turo (David Morse and associates) claims has not paid me nor given me my"loss of income" as promised because I had the premium insurance protection plan also. Nor have I recieved money for my total lost. Also, today is July 15 and the interest accruing on a daily rate from the automobile loan i took just 7 months ago. Then the longer they take my vehicle is depreciating while they are stalling/and or waiting for approval. No one has any answers why this process is taken so long. I need the money owed to me to take off my credit. Turo did provide me with a rental car credit and helped me by removing cancelation charges due to my car being toteled but did do their job by paying my loss/ or DMA claims by paying my loss nor by verification of travell credit card used. This is taking too long the turo customer service claims specialist even replied on a email DMA claims never take than long. However, the verification process failed to protect my very expensive AWD Challenger which is a rare vehicle based on the other dodge challengers made between XXXX-XXXX. I cant find a replacement at a good price and when I do I have no funds nor credit to buy because Turo/DMA claims has not paid the vdhicle off nor my loss of income payment . They have not even told me what the ACV= actual cash value is yet?. Im discouraged and saddened by my Allstar host statue with over 660 rentals since 2016. I been on turo for 4 yrs and did what they asked me to do. This process is too long! Thank God dodge/mopar is going to partial refund some the warranty I purchased.

Spoke with Nicole baker sent her every document needed. Then she went ghost never heard back from her. It’s been a month and I can’t get in contact with anyone there,it’s not fair I’m out of a car and a rental is expensive..My claim number is DMA-0260663
