Peterson real fyre 30-inchoak log set
bought these from amazon on Oct. 28 2019 they quit working in Jan. worked wit Amazon trying to get them fixed. they said it was diybbq problem. first they was going to send me a new burner but it did not happen then it was a thermal couple but that did not happen then they was to send me a prepaid barcode to send them back to get them fixed that did not happen I have called them on [protected] and [protected] at least 50 times and thy have never returned my calls the year warranty
will be up at the end of the month it will be cold soon I sure need help

Very unprofessional company
I have ordered several items from this site DiyBbq and later received a notification that two items were no longer available. I decided to cancel the entire order and buy from another place. DiyBbq support told me they were not able to do that, they offered me a partial refund and said that was the only thing they could do. Few weeks later I received my items and my money. Even though they kept their promise regarding my money I was still very disappointed with all difficulties they caused me. I'm not satisfied with DiyBbq service and would not recommend them. Very unprofessional company.
