TJ Brooks is a SCAM Artist, please be aware! He will take your money, promise you things that will not happen, and when held accountable, never measures up. He comes across well educated, and is very good at sales. He likes to use the switch and bait, he drafted a contract for me to pursue a loan, and the terms he drafted were very attractive. I had to wire him $3, 000, to get my loan app going. He told me he does loans like this all the time, and that there were plenty of people out there to lend this kind of money at these great terms. Well, that never happend, I never received a loan offer, only a letter of intent, and the terms for on the letter of intent were way off from his original terms in our contract. If you have any questions regarding him, please feel free to email me at [protected]@goofficepro.com.

I urge anyone reading this to do some investigating. Mr. Brooks has a long history of scamming people, look up Thomas H. Brooks, look up Ibanc Investments, you will find random people with no relation posting comments about how he has failed to pay them, and failed to close on deals. OfficePro and Jamin Arn's record speaks for itself, numerous awards and recognitions, not to mention community service and a clean record. Doing business with a man who has to constantly change his name and business name, should raise a red flag.

what kind of a man posts someone's personal information? If my identity gets stolen, Mr. Brooks is to blame. When I posted my complaint, I just wanted people to know that Mr. Brooks and his business, in my opinion, took my up front fees, even though his web site says there are no up front fees, and he drafted a bogus contract that lead me to believe that I could get financing at a great rate, and that never happend! Mr. Brooks has taken this way too personal, and legal action will take place because of it. Thanks T.J., for giving the whole world my personal information, truly a new low for you!

hey Tom, why dont you go back to school and learn how to spell and type! your reading and writing skills are about as lame as your service. Don't you have to pack your things and move out of town and set up another phony business? Spending all this time slashing me and putting my personal info on the web, I would think you would be looking for a new hole to crawl into, or a new business name! How about T.J.'s Scammers R Us, that has a nice ring to it!

What kind of client who tell untruth information to the public regarding his business loan and consulting services which we rendered and not collected our fees for our services. Then, he goes and start posting untrue personal and business information about our firm to try to influence people to take a negative look at our company who provide great services to our clients. Mr. Jarn is a bogus person who who the blame for his situation and not owning up to the truth and legal actions has already began on our part of pursing Jamin Arn for unpaid bill and damages. You probably need to hire an attorney, to scam your way out of paying for services rendered to you. And for the record, our company complete consulting and loan services and never charge Mr. Jarmin an upfront fee before we found him a lender who would close his loan. Mr. Jarmin post that he do $5 Million a year in sales to fool everbody, but we know different and one bank said he is a joke, and wouldn't even think about loaning him $800, 000 because he running a poor business from a cash-flow stand point.
