great overall experience from the begining of the process until the unloading everyone was very professional. i was very happy with the service and would recommend dircks moving & logistics to anyone who needs to move. they were very helpful and made the whole process easy. i would definitely use them again in the future.

dircks moving & logistics is the best! they got me a good deal and their service was top notch. they helped me with everything from the start to the end. they talked to me about what i needed and gave me a good price. they picked up my stuff and delivered it to my new place. everything was smooth and easy. i would recommend them to anyone who needs to move.

steve the driver was amazin he was extremly professional and knowledgable angie followed up all the time and was great everyone did what they said they would do that means alot to me the process could not have been better i will always use and recommend mayflower thanks.

The movin process was good from start to finish. They came to our house to give us an estimate and then packed and loaded everything in AZ. The crew was good and got the job done fast. The driver kept us updated on the drive east. Because of the rain, we had to wait a day to unload, but the driver suggested it. The guy who helped us unload was great and put everything where we wanted it. We're happy we went with Dircks Moving.

Movin is so stressfull, but Dircks made it easy. They gave me a good price and the driver was on time for pick up. The guys who loaded the truck were awesome. When I got to my new place, the truck was there like they said it would be and the guys who unloaded it were quick and nice. I would tell anyone who needs to move to use Dircks.

I gotta say, Dircks Moving & Logistics is a real piece of work. My hubby just retired from the Army and we've moved all over the world, but this was the worst experience ever. The salesman, Scott K, was cool, but that's where the good stuff ended. The packers were lazy and forgot stuff, and our furniture got messed up. The driver, Dustin, was a real piece of work too. He said our stuff weighed more than estimated and couldn't fit everything, even though we scheduled plenty of time. He only took half our stuff and couldn't even get the truck up the driveway. He even tried to use our truck instead of the shuttle we were authorized. And now they won't tell us the total weight, which we need for a refund. Ashley, the move coordinator, was rude and kept saying we got all our essentials, even though we were missing beds and dishes. We're still finding broken stuff too. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I had Dircks move my glass shelves and tops for my bedroom furniture. Other companies I used before unpacked what they packed. The glass was wrapped in padded paper and packed in cardboard. The boxes were stuffed making it impossible to move. In one box, a smaller package with 3 shelves and packing paper weighed a ton! I'm 71 and can't lift and take apart these boxes. The coordinator, ***, wished me luck and ***, the salesman, said he should have mentioned a charge for unpacking. I think common sense would dictate smaller, lighter boxes. The people they hired to move can lift and carry more than the average person. I also told *** that the packages were not labeled. The large box I was working on in the bedroom had nothing to do with the bedroom. They were shelves for the Living Room and Office. Thanks for checking this out.

I asked Dircks Moving & Logistics to move my stuff from door to door for an interstate move. I told them I didn't want anything stored or partially moved to avoid loss and breakage. But they used sneaky tactics to force me to allow storage and partial shipments. They called me on a Friday night at 4PM to say that my stuff was going to storage on Monday morning. After lots of phone calls and cancelling the Monday move, they scheduled a full truck that could only take a few of my things. They planned to take the rest to storage and tell me after the truck was loaded. This caused me a lot of problems, like not being able to plan for my new apartment or coordinate with my work. They also charged my credit card twice for $10k each, maxing it out. I asked for an invoice for the packing and TV removal, but they said I had to pay again before they'd refund the double charges. Now I have to travel 20 hours to another state with a maxed-out credit card because they won't release the funds immediately. I have to hire another truck, driver, loaders, and unloaders while they've maxed out my credit card.
