Set of Swarovski Crystal Filled Sterm Glasses 2 Champagne Flutes 2 wine glasses

Refer to above order that I just received this morning 12 Nov 2019 but being totally upset and disappointed as item received are not the one I purchased! The order I placed are as above described whereas the one I received are 2 sets of wine glasses ( all 4 are wine glasses without Champagne Flutes)! Besides, the metal ring at top and bottom of the sterm are scratched, package is poor that the boxes are scratched with corners almost broken. I duly attached photos for your reference.

I have followed e bay customer service informed to return goods to seller . I am very clear that all return expense must be pay by seller it is not my fault . Up till now seller no response / keep silent .

Just got response from different eBay customer service she told me as following : -

I am not agreed above points. I am contact with eBay HK and they let us to return goods to seller ( if not return can't get refund and the return courier fee will be pay by seller due to goods not matched listing as I ordered) Only 10 days for return if late will be closed the case .

Would you pls help to settle this issue and the seller is no response by mail I have chasing them many time and through eBay message and seller direct website .

E bay in worldwide service, it is fair to protect both party's and kindly assist this issue and feedback to us .

I am very upset, eBay seller is diamond affair and is ver poor service . The goods ship to buyer is not matched listing I ordered . eBay customer service can’t help to slove the problem and all let us to contact seller but the seller didn’t response how can I claim back the return goods courier cost.

Refer to previous conversation with e bay customer name Souvikkumar . My case no [protected], she will help to chase back all expensive . Pls see below support document for your reference.
