So, I ordered from DermalMD and never got my stuff. The tracking said it was delivered, but I never got it. I talked to someone in customer support once, but then they stopped answering my emails. I'm super bummed and mad about it.

I feel bad for my mom who lives far away! She bought a bunch of things from DermalMD and got charged 193 yen. But she never got her stuff and they gave her a tracking number that doesn't even work! I tried calling but no one picked up. They need to give her money back! This can't keep happening!

I ordered my product like a week and a half ago. Just like the reviews down there. My package was messed up and still got sent to me in the mail with nothing inside. I tried emailing this business, but the email don't work. I also tried to send a chat on their website, but no one answered. This business is a SCAM! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I bought one thing from DermalMD but I didn't get a screen that said my order was confirmed. I only saw a quick flash of the amount charged and it was double what I thought it would be. I never got a confirmed order screen. I messaged them right away on IM and then I got an email saying my order was shipped. I emailed them but they didn't write back. I'm going to complain to Consumer Protection and the AG office. I'm also going to complain to my bank.

I bought DermalMD and they said they'd give me all my money back if I didn't like it, but there's no phone number to call if you have a problem. Plus, they didn't even tell me when it was coming or anything. When I finally got it, it didn't work like they said it would. It made my skin less moist and didn't even make it tighter. They didn't give me my money back either.

So, I got my order from DermalMD and it was an empty envelope. Like, seriously? Did they forget to put my Acne Serum in there or what? I don't even know if they're a real business anymore. I'm so mad that I wasted my money and waited a whole week for nothing. This is such a scam and I'm reporting them to the ComplaintsBoard.com and PayPal. Don't even bother ordering from them, they're not legit. I can't believe they would send me an empty envelope. It's just ridiculous.

This brand serum worked properly for my teenage son acne. You have to be constant and use it for more than one week to start seeing a change. If he is going a couple of days without it he starts to break out again.

I never got my hands on the Make Skin Lighter product from DermalMD. I ordered it on April 14th, but it's been two months and I still haven't received it. I know the corona situation is tough, so I waited patiently. But on May 21st, I contacted support and they told me to wait another two weeks. I did, but still no product. On June 14th and 17th, I asked for a refund, but no one replied. I want my money back, please.

I got it in October sometime and asked for return and refund instructions. They said to try it out first, but they'd give me a refund if I asked. I tried it for a week and didn't like it, so I hit them up again on 10/15 for the return instructions to get my refund. They ignored me though. Got two things from DermalMD. One was good, but the other was expired for a year. I got my Anti-Aging Serum and Under Eye serum on April 27th. When I opened the Anti Aging Serum, it had a date from March . I wasn't happy with that old stuff. I talked to someone on the live chat and they said they'd look into it. But they just keep giving me the runaround. So I emailed customer service. They said the product was sold out and they'd give me my money back. I sent the first email on May 4th. The next day they said they gave me the refund. But it's been a few days and I still don't have my money back. Last time they talked to me was on May 7th, when they said they'd double check. But now it's May 14th and I still haven't heard anything or gotten my refund! This is so stupid! I'm never buying from them again! The product was like $60 before taxes and shipping.
