I signed up with DelSol in Feb 2021
I signed up with DelSol in Feb 2021. In late *** they told me my system was working, but in the first week of *** I found out that PG&E didn't approve it because DelSol put the main power line too close to the gas meter. They had to fix it from inside my garage, which meant I had to take a day off work. Two DelSol reps told me not to worry, but my system wasn't actually working. It took over 2 months to fix and get PG&E to sign off. Now I got a bill from PG&E for $1,548.60 for ***. PG&E told me my system wasn't working because of DelSol's mistake. I'll pay $378.92 for *** but I want $1,169.68 back for *** and July.

This company was supposed to install a generator with a noise-reducing zombie box, but the contractor made incorrect measurements and the box didn't fit. I've been trying to contact them for a while now, but they haven't responded. They dug a big hole in our yard and placed the generator on a pad, but it hasn't been hooked up yet. The job was supposed to be finished by Thanksgiving, but it's been 5 months and it's still incomplete. The city inspector won't approve the generator without the zombie box because of the noise. I'm frustrated with this company and their customer service is terrible. The boss seems like a nice guy, but the service is unprofessional. They started the gas line hook-up process weeks ago, but we haven't heard anything since. We've smelled gas near the generator, so I'm going to call PG&E to check it out.
