Poor workmanship, Lies & deception @ contract and deposit. Not professional late unkept appointments, ghosting, ignoring emails, phone calls and texts for months. The Martians didn't do half of what was agreed at contract. The final product was subpar for there misgivings. The product was applied over wet, poorly removed old finish poorly prepped concrete, no orbital sander or hepa filter system used. Listen and read through the reviews. The Martians are good at getting reviews made to disappear. If the Martin's completed the project the way that they agreed and charged for we would not be doing this. What we would be doing is giving accolades and referrals and substantiate there Business People of the year award. Instead sent 3 Boys with hand held grinders. So you know where we are going. I'm pretty sure they will give you a long winded smoke screen rebuttal worth a chuckle. The Martians from Decocrete Concrete Services of Sarasota Florida are not what appears, and have no accountability for the lack of job/job performed. You have been warned and in case you have a small chance. I would say wait and look at there 10yr warranty if job is in crapper or 15 yr if ok either way it's useless. Ask for warranty and there secretly guarded cracking policy prior to signing and deposit. The pictures uploaded are the end result of Decocrete Concrete Services of Sarasota Florida. The prior deck finish was a Terra Coda color that you can see coming through delamination and cracks. This was relayed to Martin's 1 week after install. These geniuses now pitching hair line cracks, floating concrete theories and no accountability. Now we all know as we can see the old Terra Coda color through cracks. This debunks floating concrete theories and sinking concrete specialist and so called hair line cracks and what ever they think of. It wouldn't be removing old flooring, wet substrate, patching work and lack of prep, mixing the chemicals correctly and boys with hand grinders that made it a 7 day [censored] show. Somebody go to their homes take a few thousand bucks and leave them in the 💩 pooper and explain that not my problem.They will respond with integrity, Honesty, good family business people and on and on who cares it doesn't excuse your business practices.

Ask for all the highly guarded secrets. Always remember nice guy talk doesn't float it cracks.

The men at DecoCrete did a great job refinishing our garage floor. The workers were here early in the morning, were friendly and respectful, answered my questions about the process and completed the job in less than two hours. They were professional and left the area spotless. Several neighbors were impressed with the beautiful final result and will likely be calling for appointments. I would highly recommend DecoCrete.

Absolutely wonderful company! Devin is very professional and patient with all the silly questions. Jeff and another young man I cannot remember his name came to pressure wash. Found that grinding would be a better option which made a two day job one day! How Awesome is that... It turned out even nicer than Devin claimed it would. Concrete patio went from blah to Wow... Just had our driveway and front walkway resurfaced by DecoCrete Services and we could not be happier with the finished product. Devin and his crew provided us with a quality job at a fair price. Everyone was very professional and a pleasure to work with! We will highly recommend Devin and DecoCrete to anyone interested in a similar project. It was also a plus for us to be able to support a local, family owned business.

I just had my garage floors done after receiving nine quotes. I chose Decocrete and had the best experience since being in Florida. Family owned and from the sales experience (father) to dealing with the owner (son) and the crews were amazing. Not leaving you out Kyle, who came the next day to fix some things within 2 hours of my call. (Brother of the owner) we all know what contractors and companies are like in Florida. 5stars...give them a look, you will not be disappointed.

Took several bids to redo my pool deck. I selected Decocrete Services for the project simply because I was impressed with Devin's knowledge of the process, and attention to detail in taking the measurements and presenting the options available to me. Once I approved the quote and selected an available date to start the process went as smooth as can me. The foreman Jeff contacted me, showed up on time each morning and reviewed the next days work at the end of the work day. Fantastic job. Highly recommend this company.

These guys were outstanding! Professional, arrived on time, they were very meticulous in completing the job and we couldn't be happier! They have a nice variety in sealing color choices and Devin helped us select a shade that was PERFECT for our home exterior decor. The team that took care of our job was friendly and got the job done...DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM! I plan to keep everything off the surface for a little longer than instructed to assure no indentation, probably a little over board on my end, I just want to have a nice result.

Impossible to say enough about how happy we are with Devin and his crew. Caught in the middle of construction with an incredibly tight time frame, the guys at DecoCrete came through big time. Began the work two days after our meeting with Devin Martin, the owner, showed up on time every day after that, worked hard and efficiently and gave us the most beautiful epoxy floor we have ever seen. Not only exceeded our expectations but blew our expectations out of the water. We feel like we have a piece of art on our floor. If you are looking for artistic quality and pleasant easy to deal with people, look no further than DecoCrete.

We had DecoCrete come out to stain and polish the floors in an out building here on a property we just purchased in Sarasota. The previous owners had covered the concrete slab with carpeting which had become nothing more than a smelly old sponge.

David introduced us to the idea of utilizing their polyaspartic floor covering instead of staining & sealing the concrete. I'm so glad he recommended that!

These guys came in, and from carpet removal to prep to finished floor took two days total.

And the floor is gorgeous, extremely durable, easy to clean and has a built in moisture barrier.

We couldn't be happier and look forward to having them upgrade our garage floors with the same product.

We selected this company to help us with our garage floor. The vapor barrier seal had eroded over the years. The several layers of paint the previous owner put on was peeling, and you could see calcium deposits from the water. Frankly, it was a mess! Christopher helped us figure out what the problem was and solved it. Our floor was one of the worst they had ever seen. They grinded off the old layers of paint, which made a huge cloud of dust that was so bad, the cars driving by couldn't see where they were going. Then we found the concrete was soaking wet. It took 30 days to dry out. Anyway, after that, they applied to vapor barrier seal and epoxy paint with the sparkly flakes in a day or two. Now it's so pretty! Very good job from a caring, patient team.

We contracted DecoCrete to resurface our lanai. From beginning to end working with Devin and DecoCrete was a very enjoyable process. I owned a pool business in New York State for twenty five years. During that time I taught many employees how to treat our customers. The crew that showed up to do the work would have made me proud. They worked quickly, efficiently and were very respectful of us and our property. I also learned that the way to judge a business is not by the jobs that go perfectly but rather how they deal with questions that arise after the final payment has been made. A few days after our project was completed I noticed what appeared to be a small bubble in the surface. Devin sent a tech over to check it out and the issue was promptly resolved. Our Lanai looks great! We are very pleased with DecoCrete and highly recommend them.

We wish to extend our appreciation to DecoCrete Services, Devin and his team for the recent project they performed in our home. We were very pleased and impressed by their thoroughness and great care from start to finish. We resurfaced our garage floor, using the color '[censored]ake", a most beautiful color that meshes so well with the beige, brown, grey tones of the house and pavers. We have received great compliments from our neighbors and even from strangers passing by.
Devin and his team executed a great design plan for the wall cabinetry and incorporated it so well by adding overhead racks for storage. Now everything is off the floor and our garage looks like a lovely organized room! Also, we appreciated how diligent the team, and Devin as well, worked to ensure that the cleanup was done to perfection.
We are so very pleased with the outcome of this project. We would highly recommend DecoCrete Services to anyone considering doing this type of project.

One of the reason that you can see a good rating, because bad reviews wiped by owner. I wrote few, they was wiped, and the company have a good rating again. I can say the truth about this service. Really I had a bad experience with this company, my floor has crack and grooves, and Devin didn't solve these problems since August . Devin (the owner) communicated nice before the problem came. First was a grooves in the epoxy floor and bubbles. Devin said me, that we will solve it, just pay the last 50%. After I paid, I didn't have any help from Devin. He ignored my messages, emails etc. The problems coming bad. The crack in the floor, that the employees of DecoCrete repaired not properly or didn't repair, come bigger. They seemed more interested in rushing to the next job. And more likely that not fix the crack properly. Devin refused to solve these problems. The truth that he just stopped answer me when he received the last payment. Not good customer service. If you will have a problem, Devin not solve them. Not industrial grade. Not recommend. Actually done resulting in very poor value for the money.
