Debonairs Pizza review: waiting time and rude service 1

I order a pizza from debonairs pizza Jabulani mall at 13:41 on 02 December 2019 i waited for my up until 14:24 when i went to ask why it was taking so long the one male staff replied while walking away that my order was not yet done while tge other two frontline female staff members made comments saying why didnt i say that i was at work in such a rude manner all i thought was i have already been waiting for almost an hour for my order and no one thought to apologize to me for the long wait and i ended asking for a refund and even as i was leaving the restaurant the two female staff members continued making comments i was so disrespected for nothing. That was one horrible service from debonairs pizza Jabulani mall
