Subject: Repeated Complaints Regarding Dawlance Air Conditioner (Mega T+ 1.5 Ton) Date of Purchase: 26/05/22

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my deep frustration and dissatisfaction regarding the persistent issues I have been experiencing with the Dawlance Air Conditioner (Mega T + 1.5 Ton) that I purchased on May 26, 2022. Despite my initial faith in your brand, my ongoing ordeal with this product has left me extremely disappointed.

The first issue arose shortly after the purchase on 30 May 2022, when the air conditioner exhibited a low gas problem, prompting me to file a complaint and seek assistance from your service department. While I understand that occasional issues can occur with any product, it was unsettling to encounter such a problem with a relatively new unit.

However, my frustration has only grown in the subsequent months. Approximately December 7, 2022, six months after the initial low gas complaint, the air conditioner suffered another gas leakage issue, requiring yet another service call. This recurrence of the same problem left me questioning the quality and reliability of the product.

To make matters worse, just over one year and four months after the purchase, I am now dealing with a band leakage complaint on the same air conditioner. This ongoing string of issues not only disrupts my comfort but also places a significant financial burden on me due to repeated service and repair costs.

I believe it is only fair to expect a product from Dawlance to function reliably and efficiently for an extended period, especially considering the brand's reputation. Regrettably, my experience has been quite the opposite.

I kindly request an immediate and comprehensive solution to address the recurring problems with my air conditioner. I urge you to thoroughly investigate the root causes of these issues and take necessary actions Replace with New Unit to prevent such problems from affecting other customers who place their trust in your products.

Additionally, given the series of problems I have faced with this air conditioner, I request that you extend support and warranty coverage beyond the standard period to provide assurance and peace of mind to your loyal customers.
