Ronnie with Dauenhauer made a trip to my home to diagnose the source of a leak in the crawlspace of my home. He quickly determined it was not a plumbing issue, but an issue with the caulking in the shower allowing water to drip into the crawlspace from the shower. Not only was he prompt, and professional, there was no charge for the diagnosis. This is my second great experience with Dauenhauer. Thank you!

Dauenhauer Plumbing came to my home to fix a leaking faucet and replace the cutoff valves under the sink. The representative did the installation and everything seemed fine at first. I paid more than $750 for the work and also paid $83 for the new faucet,sprayer, etc., which I had to go get myself. Next day I noticed one cutoff valve was leaking. I tightened it and it seemed okay. The day after that I noticed more leaking, from another spot. After a close inspection, i realized the gasket under the faucet mounting plate was not doing the job. I called them again to get it fixed. Later the rep who had done the work called and said it would cost me for the time-which meant at least another $150. At that point I gave up on it. I don't think it is fair to ask someone to pay more to fix the job that should have been done correctly to start with. Aside from having to pay an arm and a leg and another arm for slipshod work, the rep's laconic and even surly attitude was extremely off-putting.

Dauenhauer was a saving grace for our family. We purchased our first home and immediately had major plumbing issues. They came into the situation and worked with us to not only diagnose the problem but to fix it over a period of time. It was no easy task and our issues were likely too big for some plumbing companies. We can't say enough great things about the Lexington team (Joe, John, Ron, Josh and all the guys at Dauenhauer) that have helped us through this challenging time. They turned a terrible situation into one that was manageable and positive. We will always use them for our plumbing needs and highly recommend them!
