Custom Snuggle Scam!!!!!

Placed order on December 16th via TikTok, the provided tracking number is not valid and they continue to provide the following same BS response to every inquiry...

Custom Snuggle Pretty much the same issue as other customers

Pretty much the same issue as other customers..I ordered the 1st week of January and it is now April 5th! Still no tracking number or anything on my order. I send emails and they just keep saying oh we apologize we will contact shipping and get your order shipped. BULL! I've emailed again to just refund me and supposedly answer emails within 48 hours but guess what?! It's been over a week and still no response! This company sucks, do not order from them. Can't blame covid because I ordered and received a blanket for a friend with no issues during covid times!

I have ordered from them previously and the blankets I got were amazing. Ordered more in February 2022. I received one order update saying the order was delayed. No contact since. I have reached out multiple times. Now I see that their website is gone. I have filed to have my money refunded through Amazon Pay.

This website is a scam I ordered 2 blankets in January 2022 for my niece well I was emailing with them and then just out of the blue they quit emailing back. I wish I could give 0 stars but they only way I could leave a review was to give it a star. I asked for a refund and they told me it was being processed well that is $79.00 I will never see again

I bought 3 baby blankets during the pandemic [protected] that were beautiful so I thought I'd order Feb 16, 2022 a Throw Blanket with BOGO and I haven't received anything or heard anything. It is now May 13, 2022 & no blankets. I've tried to email and get no response. I'm so disappointed in their customer service.

Custom Snuggle This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM. 4 months later and no receipt of order. They have answered my emails but with no resolution to date. They keep saying its due to Covid delays. Their website does say there is a 2 week delay but after 4 months, I am convinced they are not honest and a scam. According to their website they are located in ***, *** which means the last 4-5 months *** has not experienced any weather or natural disasters that *** cause a delay of this magnitude. I am grateful for the reviews below. I will call my credit came immediately and file a dispute and claim.

Custom Snuggle Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. I ordered on 1/29, was payment was charged the same day and I have still not received my order. I have emailed countless times. The first time I emailed I got a response saying this was unacceptable and my order would be shipped ASAP (this was in late February ). I am still waiting. I have sent more emails (I cannot find a phone number) and I have not received another reply. This is very unacceptable. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Do not waste your time or your money. I have asked or a refund and have not gotten a response about that either.

I wish I could give 0 stars and still write a review. I ordered from them before and received my blanket. Then I saw in January they were having a sale on their website so I ordered two more blankets for my kids. I emailed in March and received a reply stating they were behind. I then checked back a few weeks later with no reply. I have since emailed them 4 times with no reply. I am now going to file a claim through my bank in hopes to get my money back. PLEASE DO NOT USE ! THIS SCUMBAG will take your money!

I have ordered several blankets, baby wraps thru this company with no issues. But my last order at the end of December was never received. I sent several emails, to which they responded they were short staffed etc. Last email I sent at beginning of March went unanswered. Its a shame cuz the previous items Ive ordered were beautiful. Unfortunately it seems they are no longer in business, and should not have still been taking orders!

Custom Snuggle DO NOT ORDER FROM CUSTOM SNUGGLE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM CUSTOM SNUGGLE! I kept following up with them on my order and they kept giving me the same response - we're delayed but working on your order. I kept requesting an order number, which they would not provide me with. After 6 weeks of the same answer I finally told them to cancel my order and then they were quick to reply that production was completed. I requested them to confirm the order they produced for me and to provide me with a legit tracking number so that I can see when it was shipped and arriving, and since those requests I have not heard anything back from them.

I ordered 2 blankets on March 13th, one for my son for an Easter gift, and one for my nephew for his baptism. Its been almost 4 weeks and Ive received no information from them regarding my order. They were quick to pull money from my account, but will not respond to my emails regarding my order. Very disappointed as it says a 2 week production time and the baptism has now passed. I will not be ordering from them ever again even if I ever receive my blankets I order. Very sad.

This is a scam company. I ordered four blankets from them at the end of February, three weeks later I emailed them about the status of my order, to which they replied they were behind. I emailed them twice after only to hear nothing back. I then disputed the order with my bank, only to find out their IP address isnt even a business and is just some random persons bank account. Theyre stealing money, and I dont understand how their website is still up and running because theyre not even a business.

If 0 stars was an option I would choose that. I have waited over 2 months when I was quoted between 2-3 weeks to receive my order. I have emailed several times and the only response that I got was that my order was made and awaiting shipment which was a month ago. I have not received my blankets and have not gotten shipping information. The last two emails that I sent inquiring where my order was got no response. I have asked for a refund and been ignored. Custom Snuggle They sent the wrong name and wrong towel

They sent the wrong name and wrong towel. I didnt think it was a big deal, just an honest mistake. I emailed and was told they would direct it to the correct department and get back to me. Nothing for 2 weeks. I emailed again. Same thing, in the same email response/thread. I still have the towel because I was fully ready to ship it back so the right person could receive it, This has now been 3 months. I have private messages on Instagram, nothing. They deleted my comment requesting a direct line to customer service. No where to review on the website. Im extremely disappointed in this company.

If I could give this ZERO stars I would. This company is horrible. Do NOT order from them...you will never receive the product you ordered. I ordered on 4/6 and paid in full. They sent me a tracking number of which the post office has never received anything associated with the number to actually ship. So they make it appear as though the post office "lost" the item. Nope, they probably never intended to ship anything. They were first very responsive to emails, but now have stopped responding at all. Please save your money. If you send it to this company you will never get anything in return.

I placed my order on 2/9 and am still waiting for it! I have sent multiple emails and received one response after the 3rd email stating that they basically looked into the issue with their warehouse staff and was assured that it would be resolved immediately! I'm not sure the owner of this business or their employees know the meaning of immediately. I have emailed since receiving that email and no response. I would not recommend this business to anyone. My baby is due in 6 weeks and it doesn't look like I will have the blankets I purchased and was informed would only take 10 business days to make!

Custom Snuggle Well just like everyone else, I was scammed

Well just like everyone else, I was scammed. I ordered 2 blankets on 12/22 and here we are on 3/7/22 and I have nothing (they took $80 *** out of my account the day I ordered). I contacted their customer service team nearly 10 times and I kept getting the run-around like everyone else already mentioned here. Blaming it on COVID and then saying they will escalate to their manager. It's insane to me that this place is afloat and legally up and running considering all these folks indicating they were scammed as well. I filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back. This site needs to be SHUT DOWN.

If I could give less than one star, I would. This company is a scam. They took my money but never delivered my order. After o this if trying to reach someone at their so called company, I have given up and have come to the realization that I will never see my order or money again. They are definitely not a *** company, as they advertise. They have no contact info other than an email address. After two or three scripted replies to my inquiries about my order, they have gone mute. It infuriates me to see all of their online marketing and numerous emails and texts trying to sell me an unsuspecting consumers products they will never receive. This scam needs to be shut down! Beware!

If there was a way to give zero stars I would. I ordered a baby outfit in November .. it is now April 2022 and have not received my order. The site says 2-4 weeks but clearly that is wrong. I have sent around *** January they my item has been made it is just waiting to ship. When it still hadnt shipped two months later I emailed again asking for a refund. They said the same thing that it was made just waiting to ship. I now have chalked up my order as a loss and will never purchase from there again and will be sure to let anyone who has considered them to not order because they steal your money. I wish I would have paid through PayPal so I could file a dispute.. *** learned. Do not buy from them.

Custom Snuggle I ordered 6 blankets on November 15th

I ordered 6 blankets on November 15th. I should have recognized there may be an issue when there was no estimated delivery date provided when I ordered. I heard nothing until December 7th when I received an email that my order was on the way, and included a *** tracking number. After several days of only seeing that the label was printed but the package was not on the way to me, I called the credit card company and asked that they reverse the charge. I sent an email to the company but heard nothing. I finally got a notification that the package was on the way 12/14. I received the blankets 12/15, an entire month after I ordered. There is no telephone number on their website and they never replied to my email. This is the worst customer service I've experienced when ordering through the mail. Do NOT order from this company.

I placed two separate orders with online retailer Custom Snuggle [Order *** and Order ***]. I ordered three beach towels and one baby blanket. I received my first package with a missing customized towel for my son. I was told the company would ship out the missing product immediately. This never happened. I then received my second package and the missing towel was not sent AGAIN. The processing and shipping time says *** days on the website and this has taken two months. The items were all gifts which came extremely late. I then request a refund for the one missing towel and was told they cannot guarantee this. So I have not been sent a product I already paid for two months ago and I have not received a refund. They are taking my money. I have been beyond patient and communicative and they have been lying to me non stop. I am requesting my money back for the towel which was never delivered. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I ordered 2 blankets on 2/18, I got a confirmation email stating I would have my blankets within 2 weeks and that I would be notified when they shipped. After the 2 weeks I emailed the company twice and got no response from them. There is no phone number listed for the company to call and talk to someone.

Purchased product from this company in November . When I noticed in December that no movement has been made on my package via the tracking number I started to email the company. First email was sent 12/14. I have a email chain contains 28 different email of me reaching out to the company to get my money back or to revive my product. The most current email was sent 3/6. The past 3 emails I have not received any response and this company dose not have a phone number for customer service. Now that 5 months have past this company still has not refunded my money or provided me my product that I purchased .

Custom Snuggle I ordered a blanket in the beginning of October

I ordered a blanket in the beginning of October. Received my order the very last day of the month, the 31st. I ordered a black blanket, it came GREEN as if they ran out of the black ink. I contact customer service email because you can't call, and advised of the situation as well as sent pictures the SAME day I received it. They responded days later advising that they would rectify the issue by sending a new blanket. Middle of November rolls around and they keep telling me they requested to replacement blanket and they will follow up. They were "following up" until the end of December when I finally got so fed up with the lies and excuses that I requested a FULL refund for the blanket as well as offer to send them the damaged blanket right back as I wanted nothing more to do with this company. They agreed to issue to refund and AGAIN kept "following up" on that refund until this month, March , stopped responding to me all together. I send emails and no one responds anymore.

On 11/01 I ordered a custom blanket and the total of everything was $39 with $5 for shipping which brings everything to a grand total of $44. I understood that it would take a few weeks due to the pandemic. I let a month go by then emailed them for a status. They stated it was on route to be delivered then was delayed. I emailed again a couple weeks later and was told the same thing. Its now 2/26/22 and I am still waiting on either the blanket or a refund. At this point I really just want my money back.

On 12/7, I spent $157.00 with Custom Snuggle on 4 personalized blankets for my grandchildren for Christmas. Order #***. The money came out of my bank account on the same day. I was aware that due to Covid and the holidays, my order might be slightly delayed, but was promised 2 weeks from the date the order was placed. I still have not received the order! I have emailed numerous times, and at first, they were responsive, telling me that they would look into it, escalate it to their manager, etc. The last response I received was on 2/9/2022 saying they'd check with management again as they had not received any updates. I've not heard from them since, even though I have requested a full refund. They have just stopped responding. There is no phone number I can call on their website. This is completely unacceptable.

My wife has contacted them multiple times and people keep telling her they can see them in the system and they are still in the facility but then they stop communicating with her after that. They will not issue us a refund nor will get us our blankets. On January 19 I placed an order for a *** baby blanket which said it would take 10 days to produce. On February 27 this blanket was finally delivered after numerous emails to customer service which went unanswered. After a month of no response someone did finally reply and say sorry for the delay. Upon receiving the item, it was not the correct color which I immediately emailed them again. Someone actually responded (a week later) and said they would reach out to production to redo it. I have emailed for an update several times now with no response. Clearly this company is not ready to be an actual company. On top of this, right after I placed my order I received an email asking for a *** ad review in return for a free blanket. I quickly did as asked and emailed them the screen shot. I have emailed them to follow up on this 10+ times with no response. This is unethical to ask for something to receive something in return and not following through with their side.

I had ordered a blanket on December 24th. Knowing the Covid restrictions and holiday rush would put a longer wait on my order, I waited patiently. On their website they state that even with Covid restrictions and holiday rush orders will be shipped no later than 3 weeks after the buyers date. After 4 weeks, I reached out to their only email to find any updates on my order. No reply. I then reach out to all social media accounts associated with the business and email about 3 times that week to find any sort of answers or a refund. After another week and a half of no answer, I wrote a last email saying I would file a complaint with the Complaintsboard.com for fraud and within 24hrs on a Sunday I received an apologetic email with reassurance that my order was being filled and they would check on the status and update me within 48 hours. It has since been 3 weeks of sparse emails, no updates and being danced around the idea of a refund. Once I looked into the company I have now found that many people have been scammed just like myself. This is not a business with proper ethics, any sense of proper goods vs. services or morals for that matter. This is a scam. This woman is out there scamming many people and making off with their hard earned money. I am just glad I only purchased one blanket from her and didnt lose more than the $54 I spent, but there are people losing hundreds of dollars to this woman at a time. Just pitiful. I hope everyone can be made aware of this faulty business and that their business license is taken away as soon as possible to prevent any more damage. Times are hard enough.

I had ordered numerous itmes on Dec. 28, 2021 and have not had any shipping information or product updates. I have tried a few times to get update on order, with no luck. Have gotten automated messages. See attachments. The latest *** on Feb. 7, 2022 they responded again with automated message stating my order was expedited and to give them 48- 72 hours for an update. As of today, Feb 21, 2022, I haven't received anything. I am asking to be refunded my $150.

I made a purchase with Custom Snuggle on December 21st for two blankets totaling to ***. My order number is ***. I reached out to the company via email on 1/14/22 to get an update on my order. I received no response so i emailed them again on 1/19/22 asking for an update on shipping again. I did receive an email back on the 19th stating things were backed up but the information was forwarded on so the items would be shipped IMMEDIATLEY and i would get an update when it was shipped. I never heard anything further so i again emailed the company on 1/28/22 seeking an update. They emailed me back on 1/29/22 saying my order had e escalated and to allow them *** hours to give me a more accurate "update". Again nothing was relayed to me and nothing has been shipped or received. I allowed them the *** hours to respond and then on 2/8/22 I asked for a refund. They emailed me on 2/9/22 saying they havent received any updates and sorry for the inconvenience and they would "check again". Again - nothing. No product and no refund. I emailed them again yesterday and told them to refund my money once more and told them i was contacting the Complaintsboard.com. No refund or product again - and no response from the company since the 9th of february. i can provide any and all email communication if needed.

Custom Snuggle Regarding Order #**** with Custom Snuggle placed on March 9th of 2021 in the amount of $268.00

Regarding Order #*** with Custom Snuggle placed on March 9th of 2021 in the amount of $268.00. I ordered 5 custom snuggle blankets, one with fleece backing and the other four with sherpa backing. On April 26th the custom snuggle created to separate shipping label, one for the fleece backed blanket and another for the other four blankets. Then sent two separate email with the tracking numbers for each of the labels. 24 hours after receiving said email, I check the tracking information, and found that the single blanket was on its way, but that the label for the four blankets had been cancelled. I will say that I did receive the single blanket, but have not received the other four, and have had no response to any emails regarding the other four blankets. When I log into their website it stated that my order was fulfilled, but I can prove, with just the tracking number that they provided me that they never sent my four sherpa backed blankets. Uploaded Shipping Info for the 4 blankets.

Paid $34.25 for a blanket with my sons name November 18. Emailed company on January 3, 2022 asking about the status. They said they'd look into it and reply in 48 hours. January 16, *** the coming week. February 12, 2022 still no order.

On 12/1 I placed an order thru their website for 3 customized blankets Order #*** for a total of $150. The money was immediately debited from my account. I waited but received no further correspondence. On 12/27 I emailed for an order update and was told that everything was backed up "but I can see that this is already done with production so I've passed this info to our shipping staff for follow-up so this can be sent out immediately". I waited very patiently for a tracking number or my order but never received one so I emailed again on 1/19/22 and I was told they were escalating the matter to the manager and please give them 48 hours to respond. I never received another response and I sent another email on 1/28/22 and requested a refund. They blamed covid and said " if you wish to proceed with the refund instead, I can raise that request for you, please be advised that this will be for approval". I never heard anything further and never received a refund. I emailed again on 2/13/2022 in response to one of the emails they send daily advertising their products to buy! I have not received a response since end of January saying they would get approval to refund.

I purchased two throw size blankets on 11/27 the price of which was $100. It stated *** business days (not including weekends) for production. On 12/14 I reached out stating it had been 11 business days and I had still not received any tracking information and requested an update. I received a response from *** on 12/16 which said they were working at limited staff due to social distancing and that my order was just finishing up production and will be shipping out within a few business days. I followed back up on 12/28 indicating I had not received any tracking information or the order. They stated again it was finishing up production and would be expedited. I followed up again 1/5 and on 1/7 they stated it should have shipped last week. On 1/14 I stated if not shipped in 1 week I wanted a refund. on 1/19 they stated they would request a refund. On 2/12 I asked if it had been processed and the response I received indicated they hadn't even started it.

Custom Snuggle I ordered 3 personalized blankets November

I ordered 3 personalized blankets November . On Christmas Eve I received them even after being told by seller that Id get priority shipping for it taking so long. The blankets link had spread all over and stained 2 blankets (I had kept received the 3rd blanket at this time). I contacted seller to send me new blankets since they dont refund per their website. They complied. A month later they sent me blankets that were even worse, no straight lines (basically a circle shape, not a square he way a blanket should be) and streaked ink AGAIN. I sent pictures to seller, they tried to give me a product discount for future blankets, which Id never use since I never got what I was promised. They finally said theyd refund after a month of back and forth. Every time I follow up they never respond to my emails. I still havent received my refund. I emailed them on Instagram and wrote bad reviews. Other people commented on my review with similar complaints. I have since been blocked on Instagram and cannot view their page or comments.

On October 6 I placed an order online for 3 blankets. My account was charged in full. On the website, it says the location of the business is in ***, *** which is about 1.5hr drive from my home.It did say that holiday orders may experience delays. On 11/11 I emailed the company *** and received a response on the same day saying they are backed up on orders and that they will coordinate with me and provide a tracking # once available.On 12/1 I still had no tracking # or blankets delivered. I again emailed. 12/6 No response to my email 12/6 later on that ay stating that they sent a message to the "shipping staff" to send it out as soon as possible and they would send me a tracking # once it is available. Today is 1/7/22 and I still have no blankets, no tracking # and no updates from this company. They have my money debited from my checking account in the total amount!At this point, I would like a full refund AND my blankets. But I will settle for a refund only. I believe this business is totally fraudulent. They continue to *** my email and my social media feed with offers and sales daily.

Custom Snuggle On 10/27 I ordered a blanket from custom snuggle for $59

On 10/27 I ordered a blanket from custom snuggle for $59. They money came out of my account the same day. On 11/19 I contacted the company to see why I hadnt even received a order number, I waited this long because they said it could take two weeks to process and get shipping for the order. They responded and said that the order was almost completed and would be ready for shipment soon. I received an order number and a tracking number. Since the 11/19 the tracking number says that the pre shipment info was sent to *** and that *** awaits item and there was a shipping label created. On 12/15 I reached out to them again asking again why I still hadnt received my blanket it had been over a month and half and it still said *** was waiting the package. They replied on 12/16 apologizing yet again for me not having it yet. The person also stated that they escalated the issue and the shipping manager said that it would be out within *** business hours. As of right now 1/18/22 at 12:24 pm. My tracking number is still stating that it is awaiting item at the *** in *** and that she shipping label was made. This blanket was purchased for my daughter as a name announcer for the hospital pictures.

I ordered a custom blanket from Custom Cuddle on February 16 for the amount of $41.65 which was deducted on the same day from my bank account. I had not received any update regarding the status of the order so on February 25 I emailed *** to check in. I received the following response via email "Hi ***,Please accept our sincerest apologies because of the delay in getting the order.The last time I checked, your blanket was finishing *** in production. I followed-up on the tracking number to have this shipped out asap. We will also cover the cost of priority shipping.Again, we are truly sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused because of this delay, and thank you for your understanding and patience." I waited until March 27 to email again letting them know I still have not received my order. There is no other way to reach them besides the email they provided. I received an automatic reply stating give them 48 hours to reply. By April 7 I did not receive a response to my email so I tried to email again. To this date, 4/12, I still have not received any response to my inquiry. I requested a refund in my last email; however, again I did not receive any response.

I ordered 3 blankets from Custom cuddle back in Sept. I received them in the mail mid October. One came damaged. I emailed that day and they wrote back saying they would replace defective blanket and rush order it. 1 month went by and I wrote again they I had not received the new blanket. They wrote back a week later stating they would check on this. I never heard anything back, so I emailed again another week later they said they'd check. Nothing again. I wrote back stating that I was frustrated *** it was now 2 weeks till Christmas and I still did not have blanket but they were offering sale on website that said if you ordered you would receive before Christmas and I'd been waiting 2 months for replacement. Yet again 1 week later stating they would see what the issue was. Never heard back. I wrote back stating I wanted a refund for defective blanket since it had been four months with no replacement. I felt that was more than reasonable. They wrote back stating they were sorry and would request a refund. Weeks went by no news. Sent another email and stating I had no received and was frustrated wrote back 1 week later saying sorry your disappointed I'll check with our person. Heard nothing again and 1 week ago I wrote for the last time stating I would contact you *** they have not helped nor replaced nor refunded my purchase. Beyond frustrated and just want my money back for the one defective blanket. They just keep ignoring me and I don't know what else to do. I have all the emails saved if needed.

I had ordered a blanket on December 24th. Knowing the Covid restrictions and holiday rush would put a longer wait on my order, I waited patiently. On their website they state that even with Covid restrictions and holiday rush orders will be shipped no later than 3 weeks after the buyers date. After 4 weeks, I reached out to their only email to find any updates on my order. No reply. I then reach out to all social media accounts associated with the business and email about 3 times that week to find any sort of answers or a refund. After another week and a half of no answer, I wrote a last email saying I would file a complaint with the Complaintsboard.com for fraud and within 24hrs on a Sunday I received an apologetic email with reassurance that my order was being filled and they would check on the status and update me within 48 hours. It has since been 3 weeks of sparse emails, no updates and being danced around the idea of a refund. Once I looked into the company I have now found that many people have been scammed just like myself. This is not a business with proper ethics, any sense of proper goods vs. services or morals for that matter. This is a scam. This woman is out there scamming many people and making off with their hard earned money. I am just glad I only purchased one blanket from her and didnt lose more than the $54 I spent, but there are people losing hundreds of dollars to this woman at a time. Just pitiful. I hope everyone can be made aware of this faulty business and that their business license is taken away as soon as possible to prevent any more damage. Times are hard enough.

Custom Snuggle On 10/14 I purchased several throws/blankets from Custom Snuggle

On 10/14 I purchased several throws/blankets from Custom Snuggle. They indicated to allow 2 weeks for the order to be processed due to limitations with the on going virus (Covid). I sent them a follow up email two weeks later inquiring about the order as I had not yet received any notifications of shipment. In total I ordered 8 items. One item however was placed as a separate order because I forgot to include that one originally. That order was received first ad what prompted me to send the follow up email about the others. To date Ive received 5 of the other throws and Im still missing 2 of them. These were ordered in Oct (all of them) and intended as Christmas presents for my nieces and nephews as well as my grandsons. Ive emailed them no less than 15 times inquiring on order status for the missing items and all I ever get back is - still checking on it. They have no other means of contacting them - phone or email except the original email that was provided during the confirmation of purchase. Ive asked repeatedly for a phone number and none has been provided. My last email to them gave them a deadline to either provide me the two missing throws or provide me with a refund for the two missing items. Their response was an email was submitted but no response back from management yet. I still have no info on the two missing items and still have not received my two missing items - which again were to be Christmas presents for 2021. We are now nearing end of January 2022 and still nothing. The items were not cheap and I spent over $300 on the 8 items total. At this point I want my money back fro the two missing items and those two kids will have to do without the personalized throws. I will have to find someone else to customize something for them. I have all the email communications from the order confirmation to their last response to me on 1/16 indicating they were still following up. Cant upload too many in email form.
