So, I was browsing around on Curateur.com and found this really cool item that I just had to have. It was in stock and not part of the membership, so I thought it would be a quick and easy purchase. Boy, was I wrong!

After waiting for what felt like forever, I realized that my item had never been shipped. I reached out to customer service after two weeks, but still no luck. I tried again after three weeks, but this time I was locked out of my account. What gives?

I have no idea why my item was never sent, and I never received any explanation from Curateur. It's really frustrating to spend money on something and then never receive it. I'm not sure if I'll be shopping with them again in the future.

I've been a loyal customer and subscriber of Curateur for more than three years now. However, my recent experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing. In conclusion, I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Curateur. Their customer service is terrible, and their products are not worth the price. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company and find a better alternative.
