Cult Beauty Cult Beauty's Customer Service Needs Improvement: A Disappointing Experience

at Cult Beauty. It's a shame because I used to love shopping on their website. But now, I'm hesitant to make any purchases because I don't want to deal with the headache of their customer service.

It's not just the cancellation of my order that's the issue. It's the way they handled it. Rocio was dismissive and unhelpful when I reached out to her for an explanation. She didn't seem to care that I was a loyal customer who had spent a lot of money on their website. It was as if she was doing me a favor by canceling my order.

And then there's the inconsistency in their policies. If they're going to have a maximum order limit, they need to make sure all their customer care consultants are on the same page. It's not fair to customers like me who are following the rules, only to have our orders canceled because of a miscommunication.

Overall, I'm disappointed in Cult Beauty's customer service. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make some changes. Otherwise, they're going to lose more customers like me who are tired of dealing with the arrogance and incompetence of their consultants.

Cult Beauty Cult Beauty's Black Friday Sale: A Nightmare Experience with Dodgy Customer Service

I recently made a purchase on Cult Beauty's website during their Black Friday sale. I was excited to snag two expensive items at a discounted price of 25%. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when I realized that the system had applied the wrong discount, resulting in me paying more than I should have.

To make matters worse, because of Cult Beauty's mistake, I was hit with local import taxes due to the invoice amount being higher than it should have been. I immediately reached out to Cult Beauty's customer service team to request an updated invoice so that I could request a refund with DHL. However, this is where the nightmare began.

Despite my repeated requests, Cult Beauty refused to issue an updated invoice or update my account online. When I asked why, the sales person simply said that they couldn't do it and that they would escalate the issue to a senior person to contact me. However, I am still waiting for that contact.

I find this whole situation to be really dodgy. How can a decent company not be able to correct a mistake and re-issue an invoice? As a result of Cult Beauty's error, I am now stuck with a wrong price charged to my card and local import taxes. It's ironic that I ended up overpaying compared to what the Black Friday discount was supposed to give me.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Cult Beauty. Their customer service has been unhelpful and unresponsive, and their mistake has cost me both time and money. I would caution anyone considering making a purchase from Cult Beauty to be wary of their practices and to double-check everything before making a purchase.

Cult Beauty Disappointing Service and Outdated Returns Policy at Cult Beauty

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Cult Beauty. I've shopped around at other beauty stores and their service just doesn't compare. I recently had a bad reaction to an expensive cream I bought from them and when I asked for a refund, they bombarded me with a ton of questions. Like, come on, can't you just take my word for it? And to make matters worse, they claim they never received the returned package. I can't prove it because they don't provide any kind of code that can be scanned at the post office. Instead, you have to write out the Freepost label yourself. It's like they're stuck in the past or something. If you're thinking of using their returns policy, I'd suggest going with another business. I'm out of pocket because their process is so outdated and puts all the risk on the customer. And when I asked them to delete all my details because I didn't want to be their customer anymore, they were all too happy to oblige. A better response would have been for someone higher up to reach out to me. So, yeah, be careful if you decide to buy from Cult Beauty.

Cult Beauty Cult Beauty's Customer Service: A Disappointing Downhill Spiral

Cult Beauty, what's the deal with your customer service these days? Ever since they got taken over by the Hut Group, it's like they don't even care about their customers anymore. I've been shopping with them for years, but now it seems like they've gone completely downhill.

I know that everyone has issues with online retailers from time to time, but judging from the other reviews I've seen, this seems to be a pretty common problem. Specifically, people seem to be having trouble getting refunds.

I recently ordered an Advent Calendar that cost me a whopping ?215.00. And wouldn't you know it, I never received it. I tried calling them, but apparently they don't take phone calls anymore. So I had to resort to messaging them endlessly.

I provided them with plenty of evidence that I never received my order, but all they could say was that they were "looking into it." They even threw in a bit of patronizing "we're sorry you're disappointed" language, which just made me even more frustrated.

After repeating myself over and over again, I finally had enough. I reported the issue to Action Fraud, which is not something I wanted to do. But when a company takes your money for items you never received and then refuses to resolve the issue, that's fraud.

All I wanted was for this to be resolved in a professional manner. But instead, I had to resort to extreme measures just to get their attention. It's really disappointing, because I used to love shopping with Cult Beauty. But now I'm not so sure.

Cult Beauty CULT BEAUTY Review: Great Selection & Customer Service, But Return Policy Needs Improvement

Living in Germany, it's not always easy to find the makeup products that I want. I used to order from the US, but then I had to pay taxes and it was just too much hassle. That's when I discovered CULT BEAUTY! I was so happy to find the makeup item that I had been searching for and I ordered a few more things while I was at it. The best part was that I didn't have to pay for shipping because I spent over 40 Pounds.

At first, I had some trouble with their courier. It took them a whole week to deliver my package, but I was just happy that I didn't have to pay any taxes (this was before Brexit). I'm not sure how things will be after Brexit, but I might have to stop shopping at CULT BEAUTY.

But, I have to say that their customer service is amazing! Every time I've emailed them, they've always been helpful and quick to respond. I even asked them about a foundation shade and they did everything they could to help me. I'm so grateful for their help. Thanks CULT BEAUTY!

One thing that I wish they would improve on is their return and exchange policy. I understand that buying makeup online can be tricky, and sometimes the color or product just doesn't work for me. It would be great if they could be more like Sephora and allow returns and exchanges even if the product has been opened.

Overall, I'm really happy with my experience shopping at CULT BEAUTY. They have a great selection of products and their customer service is top-notch. I just hope that they can improve their return and exchange policy in the future.

Cult Beauty Disappointed with Cult Beauty's Delivery and Customer Service: A Review

I recently ordered the Cult Beauty advent calendar from their website, cultbeauty.com, on the 14th of October. I was eagerly waiting for my package to arrive, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive it. The estimated delivery date was supposed to be on the 16th or 17th of October, but the tracking information from Hermes stopped updating on the 16th of October 2021.

I decided to contact their customer service team on the 18th of October to inquire about my order. They responded on the 19th of October, informing me that they were investigating the issue and that I would receive an update or resolution within 3-5 working days. However, I did not receive any updates during that time. So, I decided to follow up on the 27th of October, and they advised me to wait for an email update as they were still looking into the matter.

As a customer who has already been charged over ?200, I don't think it's reasonable to just wait for an email update. I asked for more information about my order, but they told me that they needed to raise the issue with their financial team and that I should wait for an email update.

I couldn't understand why they couldn't provide me with a sufficient explanation, so I contacted their customer service team again. This time, they told me that my order had been passed to the courier team for investigation.

I feel frustrated and disappointed that I have been kept in the dark about my order. I was really excited to receive my package, but now I regret ordering from Cult Beauty.

Overall, I am not satisfied with the service I received from Cult Beauty. I don't think I will be using their website again in the future.

Cult Beauty Disappointing Experience with Cult Beauty: Possible Scam Alert

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Cult Beauty. I thought I had found a legit website to order from, but it turns out they might be running a scam. I wish I had done more research before placing my order, but I was feeling pretty stressed out at the time and just went with it based on the reviews I saw. Big mistake.

I placed two orders, but haven't received any confirmation emails or information about delivery times. After reading some of the other reviews, I started to get worried that I might have fallen for a fake product scam. So I tried to cancel my orders within 24 hours, which I thought was plenty of time. But Cult Beauty refused to cancel them, saying that I had missed the one-hour cancellation window. That's not what the law says, though - I know my rights as a consumer, and I should have had seven working days to cancel.

It's frustrating that Cult Beauty won't even provide me with a way to follow up on this. They're breaking the law, but they don't seem to care. I'm starting to doubt that I'll ever actually receive the items I ordered. I'm going to have to contact my bank and see if they can help me get my money back. I've got screenshots of the live chat I had with Cult Beauty, as well as some of the fake reviews I saw on Trustpilot. It's pretty clear that something fishy is going on here.

Cult Beauty Terrible Experience with Cult Beauty: Wrong Address and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Cult Beauty. I was trying to send a birthday present to my friend in Germany, and at first everything seemed fine. I got a tracking number and was told it would arrive a day before her birthday. But then, things went downhill fast.

DHL sent me a message saying the order was going to be returned to Cult Beauty. When I asked what was going on, they said the address was wrong - half the street name was missing and it was sent to some town I'd never heard of. I know I entered the address right, so I don't know what happened there.

I reached out to Cult Beauty's customer service, and they said they'd resend the order as soon as it arrived at their warehouse. But when I asked for updates, they kept telling me they were waiting for the parcel to arrive. I even showed them the delivery status, but they said it was wrong and they still hadn't received it. I call BS on that one.

Honestly, I feel like I got scammed. I paid for the order and gave them the right address, but they couldn't even get that right. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them - if you want to burn your money, find a better way to do it. And even if they do manage to send the order again, it might not get there until next year at this rate.

Cult Beauty Cult Beauty Review: Misleading Promotion and Small Product Sizes

Yo, listen up! I gotta tell you about my experience with Cult Beauty. So, I was browsing their website and saw this sick deal on the Glow Recipe Glow Getter kit. It was supposed to be ?44 with a 35% saving. But, hold up, there was no info on the size of the toner and moisturizer, just a photo. So, I hit up customer service to verify and they said the toner was 40ml and the moisturizer was 60ml.

I checked the individual prices and saw that the toner was ?14 for 40ml and the moisturizer was ?36 for 60ml. So, if I bought them separately, it would have been ?50. But, with the "promotion," the saving was only ?6, which is only 12%, not 35% like they advertised.

I tried to get customer service to explain why the product was smaller than advertised and why the discount was so low, but they just said that the promotion was for the items I received and that it included a cheap plastic bag that was worth ?12. Like, seriously?

I just wanted the full-sized products and not some crappy bag. I even double-checked the sizes with customer service to make sure I was getting what I wanted. But, nope, they didn't want to help me out. So, I'm returning the kit and getting a refund.

The customer service team was nice, but they didn't really want to deal with me after they said I got what I paid for. They offered me a ?5 credit, but that didn't really fix anything. This was my first time using their site and I don't know if I'll use it again.

So, my advice to you is to double-check everything before you buy from Cult Beauty. Don't get your hopes up that they'll go above and beyond to help you out.

Cult Beauty Disappointing Experience with Cult Beauty: Poor Customer Service and Delivery Issues

I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about my experience with Cult Beauty. I was in the Netherlands visiting a friend and wanted to get her a gift, so I ordered from Cult Beauty and had it shipped to my sister's place in the Netherlands. Seemed like a good plan, right?

Well, turns out the package got stuck in the distribution center for six whole days. I've ordered stuff from the UK to Germany before and never had this happen, so I was a bit confused. I reached out to Cult Beauty to see what was up, and they basically just brushed me off and said it was "normal" and "fine". But here's the thing - their website says standard delivery is supposed to take between 2-8 business days, not six days stuck in a distribution center. Come on, guys.

Anyway, eventually the package was marked as delivered...but nobody actually got it. I emailed Cult Beauty again to let them know, and they just made me jump through a bunch of hoops to confirm everything I'd already told them. I'm visiting, so I don't have access to a printer, and I paid for a gift that I won't even be able to give to my friend in person. It's a real bummer.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Cult Beauty to anyone. If they mess up a delivery, it shouldn't be on the customer to fix it. They need to step up their customer service game. And the worst part is, there are other companies out there selling the same stuff that actually seem to care about their customers. I'm not gonna name names, but if you do a little research, you'll find 'em. Save yourself the headache and spend your money somewhere else.

Cult Beauty Terrible Customer Service and Refund Process - Avoid This Company

This company is a real letdown. If you have any issues with your order or need a refund, be prepared to wait a long time and get really annoyed. I ordered something a month ago and asked for a refund. They said it would be done in 48 hours... but now it's been a whole month and I've sent them 20 messages and still no refund. I would recommend avoiding this company. They do have a good range of products, but there are other websites out there that offer the same things and treat their customers better.

Cult Beauty Cult Beauty's Lack of US Shipping Policy is a Major Disappointment

I gotta say, I'm pretty peeved with Cult Beauty right now. I was browsing their website, eyeing up some sweet items that I wanted to add to my collection. But when I went to checkout, I was hit with a nasty surprise - turns out they don't ship to the US! What the heck, man? Why didn't they tell me that before I wasted my time adding stuff to my cart?

My experience with Cult Beauty was not great. At first, everything seemed fine when I placed my order. However, when I needed to return some items and get a refund, things went downhill. I returned two items at the end of November and have been trying to get my refund ever since. I've contacted their chat reps many times, but all I get are apologies and promises that I'll get my refund soon. Unfortunately, nothing ever happens.

It's frustrating that the "finance team" responsible for processing refunds cannot be contacted directly. It feels like they're hiding behind a wall and making it difficult for customers to get their money back. Cult Beauty Disappointing Experience with Cult Beauty: Lost Package and Poor Customer Service

I ain't gonna lie, I had a pretty bad experience with Cult Beauty. I dropped a hundo on some beauty products about a month ago, but the package never made it to my doorstep. Apparently, the delivery folks lost it as soon as they got their hands on it. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service for over two weeks now, but they ain't been no help at all. They keep telling me to wait "just a few more days," but it's been at least ten working days and still no sign of my stuff. And get this - they won't even give me a refund because they think the package might still show up. Like, seriously? The tracking code ain't even working no more, so I don't know what they're waiting for. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with Cult Beauty and I don't think I'll be shopping with them again anytime soon.

Cult Beauty Cult Beauty Review: Terrible Customer Service and Missing/Damaged Items

I recently got an order from Cult Beauty and it was a bit of a bummer. I was supposed to get 4 items but they were nowhere to be found. And to make matters worse, 2 of the items that I did receive were damaged. I mean, come on! I had to pay for shipping and customs on an order that wasn't even correct. And when I reached out to customer service, they were not helpful at all. They made me sign some legal document saying that I was telling the truth about what happened and I had to send them pictures and messages. It was such a hassle!

In the end, they didn't even replace the missing items and only gave me a partial refund for the damaged ones. I was so disappointed. I should have known something was up when I saw that you can't even call them and the live chat is always disabled. What kind of customer service is that? It's just not right.

Overall, I would not recommend Cult Beauty. Their customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. It's a shame because they have some really great products, but it's just not worth the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

Cult Beauty Great Products, Frustrating Checkout: My Experience with Cult Beauty

This website, Cult Beauty, is pretty cool. They've got a lot of different things to choose from and the prices seem pretty good too. But, I gotta say, I had a bit of trouble actually buying anything.

I tried to place my order like 10 times over the course of a whole week. Every time, I'd go through all the steps on the website and it would say "thank you for your order" and give me a number. But then, like 5 minutes later, I'd get an email saying they couldn't process my order. So frustrating!

I tried to get some help from their support team, but all they told me was to try again with the right info. They also said to clear my browsing data, which I did, but it didn't help. I just kept getting the same error message.

After the 10th time, I was so over it. Plus, some of the stuff I wanted to buy had sold out by then anyway. What a waste of time!

Cult Beauty Warning: Do Not Order from Cult Beauty - Lost Package and No Refund

I put in my order on the 5th of October and was eagerly waiting for it to arrive. However, after a whole month of waiting, my package never showed up! I was so disappointed and frustrated that I decided to request a refund of about 300 aed. After waiting for what felt like forever, I finally received an email from the Cult Beauty team saying that my refund had been processed and that it would take 10 days to show up in my account. But guess what? Those money never came back to me! I was so upset that I decided to reach out to them on Instagram to see what was going on. They told me that they had sent my request to their finance team and that they would update me once they received an answer from them. But after waiting for another two weeks, I still hadn't heard anything from them. I tried to contact them again, but it seemed like I was talking to a robot because they kept asking me for my details over and over again. To make matters worse, their live chat stopped working and I couldn't get in touch with anyone from their team. I was so frustrated and angry that I decided to warn others not to order from them. Trust me, you'll never see your item and you'll end up losing your money! It's been three months now and I'm still trying to get my money back, but it seems like there's no chance of that happening anytime soon. Cult Beauty Cult Beauty: Great Products, Terrible Customer Service

I gotta say, Cult Beauty is my go-to online shop (I'm a level 3 customer, no big deal). But dang, their customer service needs some serious work. I mean, where's the live chat? It's always greyed out and unavailable. And don't even get me started on the app messages - it takes a day or two to get a reply, and it's always from a different person who doesn't seem to have read the previous messages.

I left a review on here before and was promised that someone would contact me to discuss my experience. Guess what? That never happened. So disappointing.

Look, I love everything else about Cult Beauty, but this is just unprofessional. You guys are a top-notch company, so why can't you get your customer service together? Until that happens, I can't give more than one star.

But seriously, if they can fix this issue, I'll be a customer for life.

Let me tell you about my experience with Cult Beauty. I was so excited to receive my order, but unfortunately, Hermes left it on my front door without my permission. As you can imagine, it got stolen. I was so disappointed and frustrated with the situation. The driver didn't even let me know that he had delivered it, so I had no chance to reschedule.

I reached out to Hermes, and they responded to my email with an apology and the next steps. They informed me that Cult Beauty would resend the parcel and claim a refund from them. However, after approximately 10 emails and reaching out on all available platforms, I still haven't received a response from Cult Beauty customer service. It's really sad because I used to enjoy ordering from them in the past.

But wait, there's an update! Cult Beauty finally responded to my email, but unfortunately, they cannot issue a replacement because there is no shipment or tracking number. Instead, they offered me a measly £5 credit as a goodwill gesture. Are they kidding me? I provided all the tracking details, and now they're offering me a tiny credit that won't even cover the cost of my stolen items.

To make matters worse, they recently changed their website, and it's a total mess. It's so frustrating to navigate, and it's making my already bad experience even worse. I'm so disappointed in Cult Beauty's customer service, and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. It's such a shame because I used to love their products, but their lack of care for their customers is a huge turn-off.
