Poor Experience with Cuemath: Rude Teacher, No Refund, Heavy Accent, and Delayed Connection
Our experience with Cuemath was not a good one. The teacher we had was not very patient, and she was often rude and condescending towards our daughter. It was hard to watch her teach because she had a very arrogant attitude that left our daughter feeling frustrated and deflated after every class. We tried to switch teachers, but the staff was not very helpful and kept pressuring us to give the teacher another chance.
Unfortunately, things did not get better. The teacher seemed resentful that we had complained, and she continued to bully our 11-year-old daughter. We were fed up and asked for a refund for the remaining two classes, but they refused, saying that the account had expired. We were disappointed that they did not make any effort to resolve the problem and seemed more interested in keeping our money.
Another issue we had with the teacher was her heavy accent, which made it difficult for our daughter to understand her. Additionally, her internet connection was often delayed, which made the classes even more frustrating.
Overall, we would not recommend Cuemath. Our experience was really poor, and it felt like a waste of time and money. We hope that they can improve their services and provide better teachers in the future.
Cuemath Review: Disappointing Teachers, Frustrating Customer Service, and Spam Calls Galore
I gotta say, I ain't too impressed with Cuemath. The teachers are just regular, nothing to write home about. But let me tell you, the customer service department is a whole different story. They got me feeling like I'm going in circles, like I'm banging my head against a wall. We only wanted to try it out for a little bit, but they sweet-talked us into signing up for a longer program with promises of easy cancellation and free workbooks. But when we tried to quit, it was like pulling teeth. They want us to pay for workbooks we didn't even use, even though they said they were free. And don't even get me started on the spam calls. I got like 20 a day after I gave them my number. I asked one of the callers how they got my number, and they said it was probably from an "education" website. But Cuemath is the only one I gave my number to! It's been a whole month and I'm still trying to cut ties with these guys. It's a real fiasco, let me tell you.

Cuemath's Upgrade Policy: Is it fair to ask parents to pay double to match the curriculum?
I recently enrolled my kids in Cuemath, and during the enrollment process, I made it clear that I wanted their curriculum to match the US syllabus. However, my child has now raised concerns that the curriculum is not matching up to what they need.
After discussing this with the Cuemath team, they have informed me that I need to pay double the amount to upgrade to Cuemath Plus, which will match the curriculum. I enrolled my kids in November last year, and now they are asking me to pay an additional $1200 to upgrade for the next pending months.
I am not sure if it is appropriate for them to ask me to pay double the amount to match the curriculum. I feel like this should have been communicated to me when I first joined, and not after my child raised concerns.
The only option I have been given by Cuemath to match my kid's syllabus is to upgrade to Cuemath Plus. They did not inform me of this when I first joined, and only after my child raised concerns did they ask me to pay double the amount.
In the email they sent me, they stated that the additional features, such as syncing up with the school curriculum and test preparation, are part of the Cuemath Plus program. They also mentioned that it is not mandatory for me to upgrade my existing 68 classes, and that I can continue with the program I am enrolled in.
However, if I do want to upgrade to Cuemath Plus, I will have to pay a difference amount of $635. This will give me 64 classes for Cuemath Plus, and the note at the end of the email states that 18.7 USD per session is applicable until March 31st, and they are planning to make it a standard 25USD for all from April 1st.
Overall, I am disappointed with the way Cuemath has handled this situation. I feel like they should have communicated the need for an upgrade to me when I first joined, and not after my child raised concerns. Additionally, I am not sure if it is appropriate for them to ask me to pay double the amount to match the curriculum.
Transforming My Math Skills with Cuemath: A Game-Changing Experience
I used to despise math, but since I found Cuemath, things have turned around. Back in school, my math skills were not up to par, and I struggled with the subject. However, as I've grown older, I have come to appreciate the significance of math in our everyday lives. If you can do basic calculations and multiplication, you are probably ahead of roughly 20% of the global population. I decided to look for a tutor to assist me in gaining the knowledge and skills necessary to improve my math skills.
Cuemath connected me with a math teacher, and we launched into learning. It was a bit intimidating at first, but my tutor was excellent and made learning seem like a breeze. I'm currently up to date with some basic math theories, and I'm pleased I chose to learn math. I'm now more confident in completing mathematical tasks and feel better prepared to apply this knowledge to real-world scenarios.
I can confidently advocate for Cuemath, as it has been a fantastic experience. If you're interested in enhancing your math skills, I highly recommend you give it a shot. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
Cuemath - An Amazing Journey of Learning Math for my 7-year-old Daughter
My daughter, who is 7 years old, has been learning Math with Cuemath for the past 3 years and let me tell you, it's been an amazing journey so far. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after seeing how much my daughter loves the subject now, I'm really glad that we chose Cuemath.
The teachers at Cuemath are fantastic! They have a unique and practical approach towards teaching and make the subject interesting by incorporating games and puzzles. This has really helped my daughter to not only understand the concepts better but also enjoy learning Math. I think that's extremely important when it comes to any subject - if a child can enjoy learning it, they are more likely to retain the information and excel in it.
Cuemath has some really cool features like the Math gym and revision sheets which are really helpful, especially during exams. The puzzle cards have also been a hit with my daughter! She loves solving them and has developed a love for problem-solving thanks to these cards.
Overall, I think Cuemath is a wonderful program for children who want to learn Math. It's especially great for those who struggle with the subject and need a different approach to understand it. I'm really proud of how far my daughter has come, and it's all thanks to the dedicated teachers at Cuemath. Thank you, Cuemath!
Cuemath Review: Relentless Harassment, Disappointing Referral Program & Questionable Coding Curriculum
So I enrolled my kids in Cuemath, and let me tell you, they just won't stop bugging me. I mean, their army of referral is relentless! They call, text, email EVERY SINGLE DAY. I've blocked so many numbers, but they just find a new one to use. It's like they're stalking me or something.
And now they're trying to get my kid into coding? Seriously? My kid is only in 3rd grade! I'm not ready to turn them into some kind of tech genius just yet. And to top it all off, they keep asking me for phone numbers of my friends to refer them to the program. I gave in and gave a few numbers, but now my friends are complaining to me about the constant harassment!
A few of my friends actually enrolled in Cuemath based on my recommendation, but it's been MONTHS and they haven't received any referral incentives. What a rip-off! I feel guilty and embarrassed for recommending this program to my friends.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Cuemath to anyone. There are much better programs available here in the US, like Russian Math. Plus, the administration is the absolute worst. They need to learn to back off and stop harassing people like crazy.
Cuemath: The Program That Makes Math Fun and Understandable for Kids!
I recently found this program called Cuemath, and I've been sending my daughter there for the past 5 yeers straight. The thing I like about this program is that it makes her think, whereas school is all about doing and memorizing without real understanding. Cuemath has hepped my daughter prepare for math comprehensively with courses that are logic-based and solve everyday problems. Even though she is only in senior kg, her basic understanding of math strengthens everytime she goes to this program. Additionally, it has helped her build a strong foundation in coding.
I've found that the way concepts are introduced in Cuemath are much different than the way schools are teaching math. Cuemath has a way of making math fun, so that childeren find it much more enjoyable. I highly recommend Cuemath for parents looking to get their kid a strong conceptual base in math. This program has brought in the best practises for teaching so that kids understand the concepts of math, instead of just memorising it. So, if you are a parent looking for a program that will help your child with math, I suggest Cuemath.
Cuemath: A Master Mentor for Math - A Parent's Review
My kiddo has been with Cuemath for a good ol' three years now, and let me tell ya, I ain't never seen them so eager to learn math! Back in the day, the classes used to be in person, with a teacher leading the way and all sorts of fun things like worksheets, exercises on a fancy pants tablet, and playful puzzle cards. But ever since March of 2020, when the world got turned upside down, Cuemath has been hosting online classes on a special platform they cooked up called Leap Interface.
Nowadays, the te-cha is right there on the screen with my child, guiding them along the way like a master mentor. Whenever my kiddo gets stuck on a problem, the teacher hops on an audio or video call and gives them helpful hints. With so many awesome tools at the teacher's disposal, they can keep a close eye on my child's progress to make sure they're mastering each step in their math journey. And boy howdy, let me tell ya, the teacher knows how to make math fun! There's all sorts of interactive games, math quizzes, rapid fire rounds, and constructive activities to keep my kiddo engaged and excited about learning.
I reckon this is one of the finest platforms around for kiddos to dissolve their fears of math and blossom into problem-solving whizzes.
Cuemath: A Wonderful Math Program for Kids with Effective Teaching Methods
Me daughter is wit Cuemath for like 3 years now and I must say the way dey teach the kids is just amazing. The syllabus is taught in a way that the kids can understand easily. Cuemath is always up for improvement activities and makes sure they provide the best to the kids.
The concept of WHY before What learning is one of a kind where the kids are made to think and solve problems on their own. This way they become independent thinkers.
Math gym app is one of the great features, which helps the child to train de brain, do analysis and solve problems in given time. The parents can also see the activities of their kids on de app with de sheets completed, and how is the child's progress day by day.
The teachers are nice and humble as they understand the capability of the child and uplift their studying curve. They also conduct regular PTM for parents to know about their child's progress.
I appreciate the work of Cuemath teams for designing such a wonderful program for the kids. It has a great curriculum and effective teaching methods which makes it de best.
Cuemath: An Innovative Online Learning Platform for Mathematics and Coding - A Parent's Review
Cuemath is a remarkable online learning platform that is tailored towards mathematics and coding. As a parent, I can attest to its effectiveness in teaching and imparting knowledge to children. The CueClassroom has an innovative way of breaking down complex topics into simple real-life examples that children can relate to, making the learning process more engaging and unforgettable. It is exciting to see how the teachers use animations and graphics on the platform to aid in illustrating ideas with ease.
The quality of the teaching, the content, and the visuals in Cuemath Learning Program are simply superb. And as a result of this, I've noticed a significant change in the way my children approach problems and tackle challenges in their day to day activities. Their ability to grasp ideas and solve problems has improved tremendously, and I believe this can be attributed to their participation in the Cuemath program.
Another impressive feature of the Cuemath program is that parents can closely monitor their children's progress. The platform provides immense support for students, ensuring that everyone understands concepts easily. My children have become more independent in their studies, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in their creative thinking abilities. As a mother, I recommend the Cuemath program to any parent out there who wants to see their child thrive academically.
In conclusion, my experience with Cuemath has been phenomenal, and I will confidently recommend the program to anyone looking to advance their child's learning journey. The Cuemath learning program is trustworthy and offers conceptual teaching that aids in every kid's personal development.
Cuemath and Nishanth Sir: A Game-Changer for Online Learning
It's no secret that the past year has been a rocky one for students all over the world, and my family has not been immune to those struggles. My daughter, in particular, has had a tough time adjusting to online schooling after spending her entire life learning in a traditional classroom setting. When we heard about Cuemath and the help they could provide, we were hopeful that things might start to turn around.
We were fortunate enough to be paired with Nishanth Sir, who has been an absolute godsend for us. Not only does he provide top-notch teaching materials like syllabi, assignments, and homework, but he goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is accessible and easy-to-understand for a 3rd-grade student like my daughter.
One of the things that really stands out about Nishanth Sir's teaching style is how engaging he is. Even over Zoom, he manages to make every lesson fun and interesting, providing puzzles and other tools to get my daughter's thought process working in new and creative ways. He also takes the time to reinforce good manners and other positive behavior, which I really appreciate.
Perhaps most importantly, Nishanth Sir focuses on building a strong foundation of fundamental concepts. He provides homework that takes Veda from a basic understanding of a topic to a mastery level of 0-10, which I believe will serve her well in the long term.
All of this effort has paid off in a big way for my family. Since starting with Nishanth Sir and Cuemath, we've seen Veda's interest and scores in class improve dramatically. She's more self-motivated than ever before and is eager to keep advancing to the next level of learning.
In short, I can't recommend Cuemath and Nishanth Sir enough. They're truly doing important work and making a real difference in the lives of young students.
Cuemath: Math Learning that's FUN and Effective!
My kiddos are quacking and filling with glee at Cuemath! They're flat-out having a blast whilst learning, and as a mum, that's a fact that fills me with pride. True, routine formulae and maths are a snooze, but this ain't your average math class.
Cuemath's program helps my kids understand groundwork concepts rather than just aimlessly code-crunching, which is a boon. By breaking down challenging problems into easy to grasp steps, and the clever use of cueing and relevant questions, kids can penetrate complex topics with relative ease. The icing on the cake? The use of fab visual simulations that help cement learning.
And that's not all, folks. Cuemath has also earned STEM accreditation, which is no small feat. The program offers customisable learning paths that account for my children's specific needs and interests. And because the teachers are trained to individualise their teaching, my youngsters are always engaged and learning. It's not just learning; it's FUN, FUN, FUN!
What sets Cuemath apart from other programs is its focus on problem-solving skills. My kids are slowly but surely honing their reasoning and logic capabilities, which will help them all throughout life. Cuemath, you are the bomb! Keep up the good work, and give our darlings a high-five from me!
Cuemath Review: A Holistic Approach to Math Education for Kids!
I've been a parent with cuemath for 2 and a half years now and I must say, it's an incredible platform that's really got my kids to love math! What I like about it is that the teachers over here don't focus on memorizing formulas, unlike most schools these days. The foundation is so strong that the children themselves understand the concept instead of rote learning it. Being a parent, one always wants to ensure their child gets the maximum understanding and this platform provides exactly that. Cuemath ensures that the children go through the previous grade topics before they are taught the current ones. This leads to a stronger understanding of the concepts.
In cuemath, children are not only taught school math, but also logical reasoning, aptitude thinking, mental calculations, and daily math. They have a lot of sources available at their own pace and don't need to compare themselves with others. All they have to do is to compare themselves to their past self and keep improving at their own pace. My kids love their cuemath classes and I'm glad they do.
What's overwhelming is the olympiad prep kit that is provided, which covers all topics from the beginning level and goes on to advanced levels. This is a great practice for higher competitive platforms and makes the children confident in such environments. I'm so glad the classes provide one-on-one attention while still allowing the children to do independently.
Overall, I'm really happy with cuemath and what they've done towards making math enjoyable to our kids. I really appreciate all of the amazing resources provided by them. As a parent, I'm expecting even more surprises from them in the future!

Terrible Customer Service and Disrespectful Teachers: My Experience with Cuemath Math Classes
Cuemath is a company that offers math classes for children, but let me tell you, their customer service is just terrible. I tried to cancel my remaining classes, but they wouldn't let me, which is such a scam. The teachers are also not very nice. They can be rude and disrespectful, and they don't teach very well. My daughter has complained that they go too fast and don't slow down even when she asks them to. It's frustrating because we're paying for these classes, and we expect better. I wouldn't recommend Cuemath to anyone. They'll just take your money and leave you feeling ripped off.
Cuemath Review: Cancelled Subscription, Promised Refund Not Received, Possible Scam?
I been using Cuemath for 1.5 years for my child's math classes but decided to cancel it and get more face-to-face sessions locally. They promised me a refund for the classes that were not taken but I have not received it yet. I submitted the refund details as per their request on Feb 28 and have followed up with them over emails several times. Every time, they raise a case and provide a ticket number but within a week, it's closed out. The person who was in touch with me no longer responds. I am worried that this might be a scam. I hope they will resolve this issue soon.
Disappointing Experience with Cuemath: Unfriendly Teachers and Technical Issues
I gotta say, Cuemath is not the best. The teachers are not very nice and they don't let you cancel classes even if you have a good reason. Plus, their system is always messing up and they blame it on you when it's really their website that's the problem. I could go on and on about how bad it is, but just trust me and don't waste your money on this website.

Cuemath Review: Disappointing Teachers, Group Classes, and Lack of Communication
I gotta say, I'm in total agreement with the other reviews about Cuemath. It's a real bummer that the teachers don't always show up, and even when they do, you can't access the lessons until they're unlocked. And when they do show up, they just solve the sheet and don't really explain the concept to the kiddos. That's not what I signed up for!
They promised me a 1:1 class, but then two months after I enrolled, they changed the policy and now it's a group class. That means kids from different grades are all in the same class, which doesn't make any sense to me. It feels like a scam, honestly. They're just trying to take advantage of parents who want the best for their kids.
And don't even get me started on the lack of communication. They won't give you anything in writing, and if you try to email customer care, they'll just call you back instead of actually sending an email with concrete information. It's frustrating, to say the least.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Cuemath. There are better options out there for kids who need extra help with math.

Terrible Company: Cuemath is a Scam and Not Trustworthy
I had a terrible experience with Cuemath. They're not trustworthy and they don't care about their customers. They're just trying to make a quick buck. Like other reviewers have said, Cuemath is a scam. They try to make you refer as many people as possible to their program so they can make more money. It's really disgusting.
The Cuemath site is a mess. It's so hard to navigate and find information. They don't explain their program clearly and make it seem like they're doing you a huge favor by helping your child with math. But in reality, they're just stealing your money.
I signed up my child for their program and immediately regretted it. The tutor they assigned to my child was terrible. She didn't even know how to explain basic math concepts. It was a waste of time and money. I'm so glad I canceled my subscription and got my money back.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Cuemath to anyone. They're a terrible company and they don't care about their customers. Stay far away from them.
Cuemath Review: A Reliable and Effective Way to Improve Math Skills
inquiries. But then after taking the plunge to pay for the full Cuemath program, I was blown away. The material and teaching methods are both challenging and fun. The teachers are real experts and seem genuinely interested in their students' progress. The format is also convenient, as everything is done through the Cuemath app, which means no time wasted travelling to a physical location.
My child has shown significant improvement in their skills since starting with Cuemath. They are more confident and engaged with math, which has translated to better grades in school. I also appreciate the regular progress reports that show me how much they are improving, and the Cuemath team is always quick to respond if I have any questions or concerns.
Overall, I highly recommend Cuemath to any parent who is looking for a reliable and effective way to help their child improve their math skills. The free class may have been a letdown, but the full program is definitely worth the investment.
Cuemath's Marketing Tactics and Privacy Concerns: My Experience
I just have to say, Cuemath is really annoying me lately. The way their marketing team just keeps hounding me with calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages- it's enough to drive anyone batty! And what's worse, I've told them multiple times that I don't want to hear from them so much, but they just keep on going!
As if that wasn't bad enough, I also found out that they actually went and sold my child's information to a third party. I mean, seriously- what kind of company does that? Don't they understand anything about privacy? It's like they just don't care about their customers at all.
I know I'm not the only one out there who's fed up with Cuemath's relentless marketing tactics. It's just plain frustrating when you're trying to go about your day, only to be bombarded with more and more unwanted messages from them.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend Cuemath if you're looking for a company that respects your privacy and your time. Stick with someone else who actually cares about their customers.
Cuemath's Customer Service Lacks Empathy and Understanding
Well, let me tell you about my experience with Cuemath. My kid joined their program last year, and I have to say, it was pretty good. The teacher was nice, and my child was learning a lot. However, we had some personal issues that made it difficult for us to continue with all the classes. I talked to the teacher about it, and she said that the remaining classes would carry over to the next year's enrollment - which sounded great to me!
But when I tried to enroll my kid again this year, I was shocked to learn that those carried-over classes were nowhere to be found. I contacted Cuemath, and I even sent them written emails and WhatsApp messages as proof of what the teacher had told me. But they stuck to their guns and said that I needed to re-enroll with the full amount - without any consideration for the classes we had missed.
I have to admit, I'm pretty disappointed. I thought Cuemath would be more understanding about our situation, especially since we had proof that we weren't just trying to cheat the system. It's frustrating, because my kid liked the program so much, but now I'm not sure if I want to keep paying for it if this is how they treat their customers.
A Parent's Review: Cuemath Provides Quality Education, But Lackluster Administration
Cuemath has been a great choice for providing education to my children. We were lucky to have Lata Lalwani as our teacher, who has been amazing and my kids absolutely adore her. The classes are not just informative but are also enjoyable for my kids. Her expertise and knowledge in the subject matter are evident in the way she teaches.
However, I did face some difficulties in reaching the Cuemath administration team after the classes started. They were not responsive over emails and we had to do a lot of follow-ups for clarifications. This is an area where I feel the administration team can improve.
Overall, I am satisfied with Cuemath and would recommend it to any parent seeking quality education for their children. With the right teacher, your child can not only learn better but also have fun while doing it.
Poor Experience with Cuemath: Lengthy Login Process and Disappointing Trial Class
Was trying to join Cuemath and got through a lengthy login process that took more than 30 minutes, which is not user-friendly at all. First, username displayed on WhatsApp but didn't know that it needs to be inputted along with some numbers in blue. Facing some connection issues, as they were not able to hear us properly on the call. They had promised to provide a free trial of 1-hour class, but to my surprise, we received less than 30 minutes. That added with the extra delay due to the network lag from India.
Finally, after struggling with multiple devices for a better connection, my daughter managed to attend the class. And, as per her review, the class was just okay. And, for paying the amount, customers will surely expect more value for their money. In conclusion, my overall experience was very poor as the system didn't seem to work properly.
Review of Cuemath: False Promises, Poor Quality Teachers, and No Customer Support
Man let me tell you about Cuemath, I ain't impressed at all. They be making all these big promises when you sign up, but they don't deliver on none of them. And don't even get me started on the quality of the teachers they got, trash. Ain't no coordinator to help you out neither, you'll be left to fend for yourself. And when you try to complain, they just pass you off to some other program with an even higher fee. Money hungry, that's what they are.
And if you think they gonna refund your money if you want to stop classes, think again. They claim they gonna do it in 3 working days, but it's been a whole month and I still ain't got nothin'. They ain't got no escalation levels or nothin' like that, just some guy named Pranjal Gautam runnin' customer support. And he just be closing tickets left and right without even trying to help.
I gotta say, my experience with Cuemath was the worst. They need to get their act together and stop makin' people beg for their own money. Shameful, it really is.
Cuemath: A Scam or a Letdown? My Experience with Paying $6000 for My Kids
I big time paid cuemath $6000 for my 3 kids, and lemme tell ya, it has been a total downer. I ain't heard a peep from them since I coughed up my cashola. These guys be playing hard to get or something.
The kicker is, when they wanted me to sign up my kids, they were blowing up my phone like nobody's business. I'm talking 28 phone calls all up in one day. That's just plain bananas, am I right?
So, I've been trying to get in touch with them since day one, calling them up multiple times a day. Can ya believe it's been a hot minute and I still haven't heard a thing? Ain't nobody got time for that kinda nonsense.
Honestly, it's giving me mad scam vibes. How can they take my money and then just vanish, like a fart in the wind? Scammers, I tell ya. I wouldn't recommend this to any parent looking to sign up their kiddos for some math lessons. It's just not worth it, ya know?
Save yourself the headache, my friends. Find yourself a good teacher online who charges you monthly, or even better, someone local. Don't get duped by these cuemath fools. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
Very bad experience with the customer service team and they do not have any standard fee structure. They charge you as per their wish and no standards followed. Rude customer service and fake promises.
