I purchased a shirt for my husband from Perry Ellis Menswear LLC and faced a frustrating delay of 20 days in delivery. This delay caused the gift to arrive too late for Father's Day. The customer service response was unsatisfactory, blaming a nationwide delay for all carriers. In comparison to other brands like Zara, the quality and service fell short. I strongly advise against ordering from Perry Ellis Menswear LLC, as there are better alternatives available for similar products.

I gotta tell you, I was pretty bummed out when I couldn't get in touch with nobody over at Cubavera customer service. But, their email response put a smile on my face. The package had gone MIA (which, let's be real, happens all too often with those shifty folks over at Fedex), but the Cubavera team sorted it out quick as a flash. When I entered it in the form, however, the system said that order number wasn't even in their database. I've read this has happened to others as well.

Overall, I would suggest staying away from Cubavera.com. It's definitely not worth the hassle and frustration of dealing with these types of issues.

Long story short, if you absolutely must have one of their shirts, go ahead and order it, but be prepared to wait for several months and make multiple exchanges. And who knows, maybe you'll actually receive it, unlike me.

Hey, let me tell you about my experience shopping at Cubavera. I decided to order a shirt from them and unfortunately, it wasn't the right fit for me. I decided to return it on August 22nd but it took a while for me to figure out what was going on with my return. Apparently, they use a third party shipping service called newlogstics to handle their returns and it was in limbo for almost a month. I had to reach out to USPS to get it sorted out.

When I finally got in touch with a rep at newlogstics, they informed me that the item was delivered to Cubavera on September 4th. However, I didn't receive my refund until I had to call them. It took almost a month for them to process my return. Their customer service team didn't even make an effort to reach out to me and provide me with an update on my return. It's a good thing I called because they would have kept my money and not given me a refund if I hadn't followed up.

To make matters worse, they use expedited shipping for their returns and don't specify this. I was charged 20 dollars to ship back a 44 dollar shirt. Who does that?

In my opinion, this company is pure trash and I highly recommend that you don't buy from them. I was extremely disappointed with their customer service and the quality of their shirts is also subpar. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

To my dismay, his birthday was already over and I still haven't received any updates about the item that I ordered. As of now, we're already in May, and I am still waiting for the package that should have arrived a long time ago. Honestly, I was utterly disappointed with this experience.
