I purchased a vehicle from crown nissan in February
I purchased a vehicle from crown nissan in February. Was told a price for an extended warranty and whwn I got home price did not reflect what I was told. I called and noone would return my calls so I went in office and canceled the extended warranty. It was $1900 added to my purchase and I'm finance charges. It is now September and I am still paying the $1900 and the interest on it because dealership has still not credited my account even though the warranty is not on my vehicle. I want the $1900 removed from my balance and Bill and want the finance charges that I am paying on the 1900 refunded on my account also. I am paying for a service that I do not have but the dealership is refusing to remove this charge and interest. I have called and talked to store manager, salesperson and the finance pwrson and they always say they will check on it and call me back and they never do. I just want my account to be fixed and not be charged for something I don't have.

Crown Nissan 3900 W Wendover Ave. (Service Department) Greensboro, NC 7:30am: March 17 I took my 2020 Altima in for a routine oil change & tire rotation.. Also asked them to check the foam that was coming out of the dash.. Picked up car on my lunch hours. Thought I was in the wrong car because my windshield had a large crack... I did not leave and had the service Advisor take a look. He verified that it was not cracked when it was brought in (He read the VIN# through the Windshield).. I was just surprise that they were going to let me leave with a crack windshield. I was told that Crown would take care of this. (Verbally & Writing) I keep getting we are gong to take care of this, but no actions. Even Mr. M Service Mgr. said it would be Friday 3/26.21... Called and left messages on Tuesday, 3/30. 3/30 the parts & service department had no record of an order for a windshield... I just want someone to give me an update... 2 weeks and still a broken windshield.
