I'm so grateful for this company! Samir helped me every step of the way. He explained everything what I need to expect, what I need to do and the terms (for houses) that I didn't know since it's my first time buying a home. Him and his team were very helpful and responsive throughout the process. Overall it was a great experience working with them!

Buying a home during the pandemic was stressful enough. Let alone being first time home buyers. Going through at least 3 different lenders before Crefco had a lot of issues. Luckily Samir understood our issues with other lenders and completely blew them out of the water. Crefco communicates extremely well. We knew what was happening the entire time. Awesome company and have definitely already sent their info to other people.

Being a first time home owner I was absolutely clueless about the buying process. The Crefco team was so thorough and explained everything so well and made the process so much easier. We were kept in the loop about everything that was going on every step of the way. Any bump in the road we had they had a solution on how to fix it. This was me and my wife's second time working with Samir and his team at CREFCO. We successfully bought a house in November through them. Here in February we decided to refinance, we contacted Samir and he immediately remembered exactly who we were. He wasted no time and got the ball rolling on our refinance. I couldn't believe how much he was able to save us, our rate dropped from a 4.5% to a 2.8% I couldn't be happier. Samir! What a gem! And his team help make up the other gemstones. There is almost no words that describe my experience with Crefco. Amazing! Patience! Very informative. Some days I was literally in tears! Samir with that calm voice, help to make it to the finish line of closing. Being a fist time buyer, not having a clue as to what I was doing. I am so amazed to see how Samir and his staff worked with me i am a first time buyer that was so confused to where to start i had went through about the lenders located out of town was not during there job and giving false hope my realtor said she knew someone and he can get you into a house got in touch with samir and from then on .I was good to go they are so good at what they do please listen to every thing they tell you to do those are the right steps to take to keep things moving. it just went so smooth and i found my house on the 2/4/22 and i am closing on 3/28/22 Thank God to these amazing group of people that showed me that i can truly be a homeowner Mqy God bless them

The whole team at CREFCO is AMAZING! We couldn't have chosen a better company to work with! They don't just rush you through the process, they take their time to explain everything to you thoroughly! All questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Their communication was excellent! The staff is so warm and friendly! We closed on the date that was promised. After closing my husband and I went to meet the team that made it happen and they were just as warm and friendly in person as they were over the phone! Anyone looking to purchase a home CREFCO will always be my recommendation! I can't thank them enough for making this whole process stress-free! Looking forward to working with this WONDERFUL team again in the future!
