Couples Therapy Exposed review: Counseling sessions never received

So I ordered they're saving my marriage packet and paid 50 dollars for it. It came with two free one-on-one sessions with the option to purchase then these so-called sessions or end that service well; I never used the free one, and when I declined the service, it was not because they continue to charge me for this service I never once used and have repeatedly asked for my money back and to stop charging me. With no luck, this is $ 22. And some change each time.
